Meanwhile at the Orange Company. Robert Chen chuckled because he got a idea for Jerico's fallen. "This time I got a best offer for Don Alfredo". He said to his secretary.

"What I can do for you sir?". Secretary Anton ask to him. Robert Chen replied to him.

"I want data and blue print about the new model of phone. This is the best way". He said.

Meanwhile at the Ponder Corporation. Don Alfredo Lopez has watching a new model of new model of Orange mobile. "This is the best new model of phone I think". He said to himself.

After 3 days, the Orange Company has issue about the new model phone release of Ponder Corporation. Jerico didn't know what happen of new model of the phone. "How Ponder Corporation plagiarized our new model?". He said to himself.

He ask to him personal lawyer for legal issue. And she said "who get the first launch of product is legal and if who the launch with same model is shown as a same or second than the first. I think the one way to claim this is model of Orange Company is catching the spy of the company ". She replied to him.

"So, who the spy of the company?". He ask to her.

"Who person know the access of the model. Maybe the officers? Engineer? Employees? Maybe who even the nearest to you". She said.

"You think so?". JV ask again to her and she agree.

Meanwhile at the Lee's residence. Max Lee ask to his wife. "You think what the next move of your son? I trust him but I hope he can". He said to him wife.

"I think he can do. Don't worry this is your son and our children can do for company. His sister Patricia willing to help him. I trust to them". She said to her husband.

"I give this fight to them and I wish thier can win against Robert". He said.

Meanwhile at the computer room. Regine research about the Ponder Corporation with her manager.

"The founder-Chairman of the Ponder Corporation is Don Alfredo Lopez. He is the 75 years old and one of the richest man in the Philippines. Ohhh, he is the competitor of the Orange Company. I think Max Lee and Don Alfredo has a deeply past. Even the brand and how competitive each other is very obvious.". Manager Pressy said to her while research.

"I see, so what motive of Don Alfredo why he copied the new model?". She asked herself.

"I don't think so, if what reason I think it is deeply". She said.

At the corridor Ryan Chen hear the conversation of Secretary Abante and the one of employees about the plagiarized the new model of phone. He didn't believe his father is a master mind of that. He keep the secret of this moment. He go the fire exit and suddenly his secretary saw him while crying.

"What problem my boss now?". Asked to herself.

Meanwhile Robert Chen call Don Alfredo via phone about the next step of the plan. He invite the private meeting for them. Don Alfredo accept the invitation of him.

"I think the launch of new model phone is delayed but need to launch for investors satisfaction. So CEO choose if launch the model and get ready for flop sales or delay the model and get ready for criticism of the investors and users". Robert Chen said to Don Alfredo.

"That's great idea for me". Don Alfredo said to him while chuckle.

At that moment Jerico and his sister Patricia with the engineers plan how to solve the problem.

"Maybe we choose the 2 ways if delay the new product or get ready to flop to the market". Patricia said to JV.

"No, no delayed and no flop. If we want a unique model. We need to change the features. I think we want a change a name and upgrade the features before end of this week". Jerico replied to her.

"So what the features we want to get expose?". Patricia asked to him.

Ryan Chen sudden arrive. "I think the best way and great achiever we have. In terms of academic and necessary to daily lives. We want expose the needs and wants of the users". He proposed to them.

"I think Ryan Chen's right. We want it". Patricia said to them.

"So you think engineers. You take it all the best way?". JV ask the engineers.

"If you lead me and my group so this product is great than the original model". Engineer agree.

"So, let's work!!". Jerico command to them. All are agreed.

While JV and the employees are prepared. Patricia notice Ryan Chen it coming from crying.

"Ohhh, what happen? I first time saw your softness". She said while chuckle.

"I'm fine, I find a truths of all". He replied to her.

"Truth of what?" She asks.

"I just kidding". He said while leaving the office.

Meanwhile, Ponder Corporation. Don Alfredo look his son's picture on his desk. He almost hide his tears. "I want bring back your life but I know I can't. This is my main reason to vengeance who killed you. I make sure if I'm fallen, I together fall with Max Lee. I willing to fall with him". On his mind said.

15 years ago, Don Alfredo saw his child with no breath in the morgue. He asked the police but no one can tell the happen. He saw his child on CCTV camera he hit by a car and run away from him. The car hit by his son own by Max Lee. Don Alfredo suspected Max Lee a main reason of his child but he didn't defend because the CCTV camera is missing when he give the police officer. He promised himself he vengeance who involved of his son's dead. Until he get break a technology company like Orange Company. His company name Ponder Corporation.
