With precision and intensity, Karan thrust his blade towards Fugaku, targeting his chest. Fugaku, however, deftly parried the thrust using the flat side of his sword, their eyes locked in a fierce exchange of determination.

Karan, undeterred, executed a graceful horizontal cut aimed at Fugaku's flank, but Fugaku's Sharingan allowed him to anticipate the trajectory of Karan's attack. He swiftly evaded Karan's razor-sharp strike, stepping back with uncanny agility, narrowly escaping the whistling edge of the blade.

After evading Karan's attack, Fugaku counterattacked with a crosscut using his sword, and Karan parried Fugaku's strike with his own sword.

Both Fugaku and Karan then stepped back and sheathed their swords.

Fugaku commented with a smile on his face, "Even without unveiling your Mangekyo Sharingan or resorting to its formidable techniques, you have proven yourself as a true equal. I am truly delighted to witness such talent within our esteemed clan."

Karan returned the sentiment, "The sentiment is mutual."

Fugaku, however, was taken aback by Karan's response, as only he and his wife were privy to the secret of his awakened Mangekyo Sharingan. The revelation left him momentarily speechless.

This battle was witnessed by some Uchiha ninjas, and it came as a surprise to them that Karan was able to match Fugaku as an equal.
