The next day.
Konan returned to Rain Shinobi Village with Yuki.
"Konan, can you put me down now?" Yuki asked, his voice muffled as only his mouth was exposed through the paper that wrapped his entire body. During their journey, Konan had taken the responsibility of feeding him water, an act which Yuki found intriguing, allowing her to continue without protest.
"Thank you for your cooperation, Lue-kun," Konan said as she released the ninjutsu, allowing the paper that covered Yuki's body to scatter and set him free.
"Please forgive my rudeness; I had to do this for Akatsuki," Konan apologized with a slight bow, expressing her sincerity.
Yuki responded, "No need for apologies. Respect for the strong is a fundamental principle in the Ninja world. Besides, you kept your promise and saved my student. It's I who should thank you, Konan."
"Yuki-kun"
Konan's eyes softened at his words, a surge of respect and admiration for Yuki evident in her demeanor. As an orphan raised in the Rain Shinobi Village, Konan had experienced the harsh realities of the world. She once knew Yahiko, a vibrant and spirited young man, but the cruel world of ninjas claimed his life. Since then, Konan had closed her heart, becoming colder and more distant.
However, upon meeting Yuki, who, despite not being particularly strong, had bravely stepped forward to protect his students, Konan saw a glimpse of Yahiko in him. This stirred complex emotions within her, a mix of nostalgia and newfound admiration.
Yuki noticed the change in Konan's demeanor. His lips curved into a slight, pleased smile, realizing the impact he had made. "Konan, you are a truly kind woman," he said softly, reaching out to gently stroke her cheek.
Caught off guard by his touch, Konan's face flushed with a blend of surprise and charm. She quickly stepped back, trying to regain her composure and restore her usual stern expression. Despite her efforts, Yuki's gentle gaze seemed to melt her resolve.
"I'm sorry," Yuki quickly said, removing his glasses and offering an apology. "I acted without thinking. It's offensive, and I ask for your forgiveness."
Konan, trying to appear calm, simply replied, "Just be more mindful next time."
"I will," Yuki assured her, detecting a hint of ambiguity in her voice. He wisely chose not to tease her further and changed the subject.
"Is this the Rain Shinobi Village? The scenery here is quite unique," he remarked, noting the steel towers and the perpetual rain characteristic of the area. Konan conjured a paper umbrella to shield Yuki from the rain.
"Come inside. You'll be an educator in this village from now on," Konan said seriously.
"That sounds quite good," Yuki replied with a light smile, reaching out to share the handle of the umbrella with her.
Konan tensed for a moment but then understood his gesture, allowing him to take the umbrella. Together, they walked side by side into the Rain Shinobi Village, drawing curious glances from the villagers.
"Is that Lord Angel?" one whispered, while another asked, "Who's the man with her?"
The crowd was whispering.
"Lord Angel?"
Yuki looked at Konan beside him with interest.
"Ahem~ That's just nonsense nickname made by the people!"
Konan felt a little embarrassed at once, and her expression was subtle.
"Really? I don't think it's nonsense, Konan looks very much like an angel."
Yuki smiled.
"Huh~~~"
Konan took a deep breath and forcibly stopped the curl of her mouth.

As they reached the central tower of the Akatsuki organization, Konan announced, "I'm back."
Nagato, sensing their arrival, remarked, "And she's brought back a stranger with unusual chakra."
After listening, everyone cast their curious gazes at the gate.
They saw Konan next to a young man wearing glasses who looked elegant and easy-going.
Yuki greeted everyone warmly, "Hello, members of Akatsuki."
In the Akatsuki's central tower, the members gathered around, curious about the newcomer. Yuki, wearing elegant glasses and carrying a demeanor of ease and sophistication, greeted them with a friendly tone, "Yo~ Hello everyone from Akatsuki."
Orochimaru was visibly startled by Yuki's presence, almost choking in disbelief. "My god, she's brought back a devil!" he thought to himself.
Sasori, not recognizing Yuki, asked, "Who is this?"
Kisame, holding his Samehada, commented on the weak chakra emanating from Yuki, showing little interest. But Kakuzu's eyes lit up with avarice. He recognized Yuki from the bounty list in the black market. "Glasses, and that extraordinary face, you're worth three hundred million Ryo!" he exclaimed, aware of the high price on Yuki's head.
Konan, sensing the tension, swiftly intervened to maintain order. "He's going to be an educator here in the village," she announced, clarifying Yuki's role and purpose.
Yuki, unfazed by the various reactions, simply smiled and looked around, taking in the unique architecture and the intense atmosphere of the Akatsuki's headquarters. He could feel the power and the hidden stories behind each member's gaze.
The introduction of Yuki to the Akatsuki organization marked a new chapter, one filled with potential alliances, conflicts, and untold stories waiting to unfold within the walls of the Rain Shinobi Village.
