Mountain Insurgency

Captain Andreas Jaeger stood within the mountains of Lombardy. By his side were roughly a dozen "rebels" that he had recruited since the beginning of the military exercise two weeks prior. Currently, he was dressed in the standard Jaeger uniform.

The Jaeger Uniform was based upon the M43 uniform used by German soldiers in the Second World War of Berengar's previous life. Atop this feldgrau tunic was a splinter camo smock. Adorned over this smock was a steel breastplate in the design used by German Stormtroopers in the Great War, but the Austrian Jagdkommando painted them in the same camouflage pattern as the tunic.

Worn on their heads was a M38 pattern paratrooper Stahlhelm painted in a similar pattern to the breastplate. This helmet had a webbing cover contained scraps of scrim that concealed its outline, much like a ghillie suit would.
