*Living in a nightmare*

"I don't remember doing that, you must have been dreaming"

Lisa calmed down and shut her mouth before saying anything that will make her lose her sanity. Obviously he didn't want to admit to what he had done thus making her look like the stupid one.

She moved slightly and her stomach grumbled turning her cheeks light pink. She had already eaten, why was her stomach doing this!.

'Oh lord, I hope he hadn't heard it' She prayed silently in her mind.

"Have you eaten?"He asked, looking at her curiously.

'Did he have to ask!?'

"I..uh..ye-" She got interrupted by a knock on the door and they both turned to stare at it.

"Lisa, come out!" Her brother's voice thundered from outside the room.

Lisa couldn't believe her luck. He wasn't around before what was he doing here?. She quickly leaned over to Lucas and covered his mouth who in turn lifted a brow at her.

"I'm coming Alex, give me a second!"She answered back.

Carefully she removed her hand from lucas'mouth and made him a sign to keep quiet.

"Be quiet"She whispered.

Meanwhile, Lucas wanted to die of laughter but nodded his head seriously. It seemed like this little deer of his had forgotten he could disappear in a second.

She climbed the out of the bed and walked to the door.

"Who is in your room?"He questioned her without giving her a chance to speak.

Lisa schooled her face and smiled sweetly. If it was acting, she was more than good with that"Hello big bro, why would you think someone was in my room?"

He looked at her suspiciously and replied"If there is no one in your room I'm sure you'll allow me to take a peep at it. Just to confirm my thoughts."

Lisa almost wanted to face palm when she realised that she forgot one of Lucas's powers.

"Of course, please come in."

She opened the door ushering her brother in but what they both saw left them speechless. Right in front of them was Lucas who hadn't made a single effort to move from his position.

"Don't stare you'll make me shy" Lucas smiled meekly but his smile was far off from the strange glint that danced around his eyes.

Lisa had to blink her eyes multiple times to understand what was going on right now. This was not a dream but a nightmare!.

She looked for something to say but nothing came to her mind. She kept on opening and closing her mouth like a fish out of the water.

"Let's.. have breakfast"She finally said.

Lucas nodded and followed Lisa out without even passing her brother a single glance who stood frozen in his spot.

Both Lucas and Lisa made it too her small dining room and took their seats. Lucas picked up his cutlery and started eating ignorantly.

Lisa glared at him while he was eating and he stopped for a brief moment to look at her.

"It seems like you are angry"He commented nonchalantly.

'Wasn't that obvious?'She screamed internally.

"What do you think?" she asked him and he shrugged his shoulders.

"Why didn't you leave the room?"

He dropped his cutlery and leaned on his chair"It's because you didn't tell me to leave."

Just then, Alex arrived at the table and gave Lucas an accusing look."What were you doing in my sister's room?"

"We were on the bed together"Came the unfiltered words from Lucas.

"Cough.. cough"Lisa chocked on the grilled chicken she was eating and Lucas quickly gave her some water. What he said was not wrong but it was the way he phrased it. It was totally embarrassing.

Alex stared at Lucas with a baffled expression and couldn't believe the extent of his shamelessness. "How did you get in her room, without my knowledge?."

"Through the window"He answered without batting an eye.

Normally, Lucas wouldn't be answering stupid questions like these but he just made an exception because the fool was Lisa's brother.

Meanwhile Lisa was sure that Lucas had finally lost it.

"I would have normally apparated there but that's not fun anymore, so I knock on her window every night and she welcomes me with open arms. Kinda like Romeo and Juliet."

"Juice?"Lisa offered him juice so that he could shut up. She didn't know when this started.

"No thanks, I would rather go with blood."

"Blood?"her brother asked, shocked.

Lisa who had finally concluded that Lucas had lost it said" I know a physiciatrist, maybe a session might fix you."

Lucas who was right next to her smiled brightly"Maybe next time but I will go with you. We can attend it together."

"Demon.. You're a demon"Alex whispered in realisation and Lucas only stared at him.

Lisa who had been holding a glass of water dropped it and the glass broke into pieces"Alex, you know about them?"

"I didn't want to tell you this but I guess this is the right time, Lisa.."He hesitated but continued" our mum was kidnapped by demons"He hanged his head low and confessed.

"You mean one of us"Lucas replied coldly where his smile had turned upside down.

"You're a demon too"He repeated still shocked by the revelation.

"Stop saying that you sound like a broken recorder."Lucas snapped back in an irritated mood.

Lisa knew that Lucas been the prince of darkness meant that he was either a demon or close to it but what did her brother mean by adding too?

"No.."She shook her head in realisation.

'No no no no!. This was not happening"

Looking away from Alex, she locked eyes with a beautiful pair of ocean blue eyes that looked back at her in worry.

"Lisa.."He drawled her name slowly.

If it were before she would have been overjoyed with happiness that Lucas looked so concerned about her but she couldn't think of that now.

Because her BROTHER WAS A FREIKING DEMON!!
