On the way back to Space…
Now I'm on the bridge. From here, I can see how clear the sky is today.
It's beautiful…
I lay down on Rain's right side while hugging his body. I can hear his heartbeat.
"Rain."
"Hmm?"
Rain rubbed my head repeatedly. It feels very calm and comfortable. I can't believe he's going to pick me up. My heart feels melted because of his sacrifice.
"I saw grandma and grandpa so happy to receive peaches from us," I said as I inhaled his scent.
"Yes. But strangely, why can't I take it, huh?" Rain turned to me.
"Uh, really?" I asked in disbelief, staring at him.
"Yes. I've tried picking and pulling the fruit, but I can't. So we only ate the fallen fruit." Rain told me.
"Good grief! Didn't you guys bring lunch?" I asked again.
"Bring it, anyway. But we were seeing the lush fruit, our desire to want it. So we tried to pick it up," explained Rain.
