1. My First Crush.

I wake up to the sound of birds chirping in the garden. The French window is wide open letting the sunlight sink in through the shades. It's my favorite time of the day. After going through the daily mundane chores I went down for breakfast, well it's just milk and cereals for me.

"Oh God! Is that food? That's grass for us humans, you need to eat properly" my best friend Sunhye would've said that.

As I recall our time together, I miss her. It's been a month since she went to Seoul to spend summer vacation with her family. Today she is coming back, finally I won't be lonely anymore. Sunhye's dad and mine have been friends since their childhood. She has been living with us for the past two years as her parents need to take care of her grandmother, who is reluctant to come and live here.

"Dying at an unfamiliar place?" I saw the horror in her eyes when she was asked to live here.

I know it because I was there when they discussed it. She couldn't be convinced and her dad left his thriving business here in the hands of his subordinate and went to Seoul with Auntie. I admire that the most about him.

As I wait for the arrival of Sunhye's plane, I see Jordan waiting their too. Jordan - Sunhye's ex. I go towards him and he greets me friendly. " Jordan, I don't think it's a good idea to...."he didn't let me finish. " Wait, I'm not here for Sunhye. I'm here to receive guests". "Oh! Really? How do you know Sunhye is coming?"

" I have my ways" he smiles.

And just then the announcement was done for the plane's arrival. Among the arriving passengers was Sunhye. But she was not alone she was laughing, chatting with a guy.

He was handsome, really attractive. I had this weird feeling in my heart. I felt like crying but I couldn't do so. It was strange, that feeling I knew I'll never forget. It was my first Attraction towards anyone.
