Epilogue Vol-1 (Loose Ends)
Earlier that day, at the wedding, as the scandal unfolded, Mitch slammed back in his seat with his head in his hands as he shook uncontrollably. Anyone watching could not be sure whether it was from anger or another emotion.
"It's all lost! It's all lost!" he kept murmuring. Wallace watched on with mixed emotions on his face, "Like father, like daughter," he also kept telling himself.
Eddy similarly had stood frozen as Ella had run out of the hall with the cameras capturing all actions and inactions as well. He heard a slight commotion and turned only to see Mitch clutching his chest and slumming down in his chair.
"He is now my father-in-law as we have signed the marriage certificate, so I have to help," he murmured to himself as he walked in that direction, quite slowly considering the situation. If one looked carefully, one would see that he had clenched his hands tightly as if to reign in his anger.
