Did You Really Think You Were In Love With Li Jun?

Lin Yan was at lost, what does he mean by he doesn't want to and why was her heart beating so fast. Their lips were so close and for a second she wanted him to kiss her. Without even thinking much of it, Lin Yan used her forehead to hit Li Lingyun's and both of them screamed "Ouch"

Li Lingyun rubbed his forehead with his hand and glared at Shen Yi as he asked "Have you lost your mind!"

"If you keep saying such nonesense to me, then maybe I will." Shen Yi said as she rubbed her forehead in pain. Was his head made of iron? Why was it so strong. She glared at him and said "I am going to pick my daughter up from school, in the meantime, ensure you stay away from me." Lin Yan carried her bag and immediately left his office.

Li Lingyun looked at the close door and chuckled as he said "Maybe I'm the one who have lost it."

Lin Yan smiled and widen her hands as Li Xiao to her.

"My baby, how was school today?"

Li Xiao smiled and said "I learnt a lot and also I made new friends."

"Now aren't you happy you decided to go to school." Lin Yan smiled when Li Xiao nodded. She opened the door of her car and carry Li Xiao inside, she wanted to close it when she saw Fang Mei standing outside, probably looking for her mother.

Even though she knew Fang Mei wasn't a product of Li Jun affair, she still could not bring herself to even care for the child. Lin Yan sighed, entered her car and drove away without looking back.

After dropping Li Xiao at home, Lin Yan met up with Lin An at his apartment. She looked round his apartment and noticed that nothing was out of place, she looked at him and said "You have always been neat, what else did I expect?"

Lin An smiled and said "You were expecting my place to be disorder. We may be twins but you do me no justice by comparing yourself to me."

Lin An scoffed and sat down on his chair and said "Li Lingyun made me a part of a project and my job is to convince the people to leave their home peacefully within a week."

"Why would he do that?"

"Because I asked him to."

Lin An gave his sister a confused look and asked "Why would you ask him that?"

"We made an agreement. If I get the people out within a week then he will make me to be in charge of Greenville Hotel."

"Lin Yan, you know nothing about running an hotel. And isn't Wang Hua in charge of that hotel?"

"Li Lingyun agreed to help me out and the only reason I want that hotel is precisely because Wang Hua is in charge of it."

"You wish to take it from her?"

"Not just the hotel, I wish to take everything away from her and Li Jun."

Seeing the hatred in his sister eyes, Lin An sighed and said "Fine, you can do whatever you want but, aren't you getting too comfortable with Li Lingyun?"

"What do you mean by that?" Lin Yan asked with a frown on her face.

"When you were married to Li Jun, you hated him and was even afraid of him but now you speak about him with so much ease."

"What are you trying to say?"

Lin An looked at his sister briefly and said "Nothing. But Lin Yan, can you promise me something?"

"Sure, what is it?"

"Don't fall in love with him."

"What? Why would I fall in love with Li Lingyun. I haven't even gotten over my heart break with Li Jun." Lin Yan said defensively. But she noticed her brother looking at her deeply and asked "Why are you staring at me like that?"

"You are defensive. You are only defensive when you are guilty about it and besides did you really think you were in love with Li Jun?"

"What nonesense are you talking about? I lived with that man for three years and now you are asking me if I think I loved him?"

"Li Jun appeared in a time you were vulnerable, he was your escaped and that was why I later agree for you to marry him."

"I know my heart and I know for a certain that I loved Li Jun."

"Then are you falling in love with Li Lingyun?" Lin An immediately asked.

"Of course not."

"Ensure it never happens. If it is revenge you want get it and leave that family. Don't care, don't love. That is the only way you can start on a clean slate."

"I have a daughter now."

"She isn't yours. Have you forgotten what happened to your own child? Shen Yi who was now Zhou Xi check her phone and saw that Mu Chen was twenty minutes late. She was sitting in a cafe, waiting for him and it was already late in the night. At this point, she was already angry, all through her relationship with Mu Chen, she has never waited for him, he was the one who had always waited for her. What was taking him so long. She was about to call him, when a man came in, he walks closer to her and gave her a charming smile and said "Sorry I was late. I just had a last minute urgency, I hope I didn't make you wait long."

Mu Chen stared at the coffee she was drinking and saw that it was already cold, then he smiled and said "We didn't officially introduce ourselves at the film set." He stretched out his hand and said "My name is Mu Chen."
