Logging Out And Eating Sweets!

Nyx was holding his first summon in his arms and he was already in love with her. She was cute and fluffy. She was so loveable and had a lot of potential. Apparently, she is a world-ending pupper that needed lots of hugs."She is so cute! I can't believe you named her before I could name her. Now I regret being a Warrior because she is so cute." Snow was taking all the attention and love with ease. She was licking my face showing how much she loved me.

"So, Rose, it is getting late. We should grab a quest for tomorrow, or at least five simple ones. Then we can become a Rank E Adventurer. I want to do actual fights as soon as possible."He picked up Snow in his arms as she was being fussed over by Rose. He was checking the time. It was 11 pm. He wanted to get off at 12 pm. Then, he could get something to eat and then go to sleep.

"Well, we can ask Jessica at the front desk for any simple quests we could do tomorrow. That way we can increase our rank and level as fast as possible. Also,I am getting hungry. I don't want to play all night and then wake up at, like, 2 p.m. and waste half the day sleeping." She walked with him towards the guild while fussing over snow and giving her pats. Rose loved the new addition to our squad.

The duo finished with the summoning and went back towards the Guild to talk to Jessica. The Guild seemed less busy. It had fewer people. It was getting late and the sun was going down. They saw Miss Jessica just sitting there, looking bored. Then, she saw us walk in and waved us over. "Hello Mr Nyx and Miss Rose. When two promising adventurers knew each other and teamed up, I was surprised. Also, who is this little cutie you have in your arms?"She looked at Snow and started to pet her with a smile on her face. After all, no one can resist her cuteness

"This is my summon Snow. She is Fenrir and a new addition to the team. But we wanted to have 5 simple quests for tomorrow. We can rank up soon." She looked at Snow with surprise and then nodded. Then she looked at some papers on her desk and her notepad. Then she made a ball of wind and whispered to it and sent it towards a backroom. Then a few moments later they saw a small bird of fire appear next to her and then chirp at her and then dissipates.

"Well, usually we only let F-rank Adventurers do 2 jobs a day. But, with permission we can give you five jobs. But, you have to complete 3 first to show you can do the other 2. Then we'll rank you up to E." They nodded at the job rules. They made it so that F ranks would not rush jobs to rank up and die to monsters. But they were letting them due to their stats and potential. "We also wanted to know if there was an Inn we could stay at. It must be safe, as we don't want to leave our bodies unsafe in this world."

A fun fact about Twilight Online is that your digital body is almost like your real body. You need to eat and even sleep in the game. Also, your body does not disappear unless you die then you respawn. But, people can steal from your body when you are offline. So, it is best to be in safe zones or to have people you can trust so you can switch out. "There is an Inn that is free for Travelers for their first week here. But, after that,you would have to pay 15 bronze for 3 days."" They nodded at the information. It made sense. There were limits on how many free things or privileges they would get for being Travelers. 

Jessica told the Duo the directions to the Inn. She said to come back tomorrow to get the jobs from her. So, they headed towards the Inn. It was getting dark and there were some floating flames above. The Magic Guild provides mages to light up cities at night and solve common issues. This was interesting. The Inn seemed to be a two-story building with a sign that said the Dreamer's Inn. As they walked inside, greeting them was a woman with blue hair and blue eyes with an apron on.

"Oh new faces, it seems welcome to the Dreamer's Inn. How long would you like to stay? The price for 3 nights is 15 bronze, 20 if food is included."Nyx looked at Rose giving her a look expecting her to pay. Rose then smacked him on the head. "Sorry Miss, we are Travelers. The guild told us that we would get one free week here. We can pay you tomorrow if you prefer since we will be doing a lot of jobs tomorrow." The lady in question looked them up and down and giggled.

"No need to call me Miss Dearie. My name is Mary and Yes Travelers do get free food and stay for a week and you don't have to pay me back. All four factions are paying for this. The god demands travelers for the realm. This is the least we can do." They nodded at the logic but they still planned on paying as they don't want to be a debt to anyone. It seemed like something fishy was going on. They were getting a lot of free stuff. But, they were being paranoid. "You two can a room with two beds. I can get someone to bring you up some food for tonight for you and your summon. After all, this little cutie needs to eat too."

Snow licked Mary's hand as she mentioned food. We both laughed as she led us up the stairs to our room. The room was very nice, with two rooms, a table, and two chairs. On the table was a plate with cheeses, fruit, and bread. "I hope you two like this room. I will bring one of my workers upstairs. They will bring you some chicken for the puppy. They will also bring steak and potatoes for you two. We got a new shipment of food from the capital so this should be a fancy treat for you all. Well, good night you two and you little cutie!" She walked away with a sway in her hips as Rose was looking and drooling. He smacked her on the head and dragged her into the room.

"Well, that was nice of her Rose to give us a room together. But, please don't look at her backside all the time. I am supposed to be the guy here, not you."Rose pouted and took snow out of my arms and started to play with her." It is not my fault I like girls and the only guy I like is you. It's not like I am touching. Besides, if I touched, I would want you to touch too. Oh, and you should look at chat to see what's happening there. It's been a while." He sighed at her logic about looking at women and then looked at the chat.

Horses101: I wonder if snow would be fine eating cooked food. It should be fine. She is like a wolf. But, a wolf can eat gods. So, I think She can eat anything and be fine.

Golden Monkey: So the four factions knew that Travelers would Arrive. That seems like a bad sign. Why would the gods allow intruders into their realm unless they needed them?

Voidgazer: The Mage Guild, The Church, The Nobles, and The Adventurer's Guild. From each faction , a long time ago they used to be in a party together to defeat a demon king. Then they formed factions. But, they all made sure the Adventurer's Guild would be neutral forever. The other three factions could not touch them. Very interesting. I will look into this.

 Petlover: I still can't believe that Nyx got such a cutie as a summon. I wish I got to be a Beast Summoner now. 

Anegelsarehope: The Light is better than Mere beasts. After all they give us hope against the Dark and Despair

Darknessrises: The Dark will always be here the bigger the light the bigger the Shadow after all. Mere beasts could never win against that.

As he ate his food, he looked at the chat that had been brought up to him. Snow was eating chicken and gnawing on a bone. "Well Rose, we gotta go. But, we can play tomorrow after breakfast. "On Monday, we can go on a date and have fun."" Rose smiled and nodded. She gave him a kiss on the cheek as he was ending the stream for the day. He decided to leave Snow out and not put her in the Beast space which was like a pocket dimension for summons. He made sure to leave her a bowl of water and some more food that would tie her over.

"Oh Nyx! On our date, we can visit the wolves and see their pups. I want to see them and name some of the babies. We can also have a picnic with them!"He smiled at the idea and agreed that it did seem pretty nice. They both logged out and in. Just a snap and Nyx was back in his room in the pod with the headset on. "Well, that was a fun first day of gaming. I can't wait to see what else is in store for Twilight Online."
