Chapter 27 - The Tres Marias II

There was a disrupting of something in the fabric of space in the country of Egyptia where the lush meadows are lit up by the by the bright light of the risen sun of noon at the time of 11:39 AM in the cities clock tower.

The lush green dark forest behind the mountains of chocolate hills as it's residents being the dark oaks that stood up. This country is Egyptia, a country surrounded by the dark green forest with rivers that flows around the city. The city is located at the center of six mountains with a gap through the internal part of the city and the external part is where building stand tall outside of the six circling mountains that cage the internal part city where the tower is located being the center with over 200 floors in total.

People were filled with enjoyment as peace is surrounds everything yet to the swirling disruption inside the outskirts of city is being created, this disruption will a disaster that will cause a mountain of casualties from it's wake, it is swirling slowly yet it also waiting for an approach for the right opportunity.

"Have you ever heard the rumours of the tremors occuring in here?" A girl whispers to her friend sitting with her on the bench of the park.

"Yeah they told the tremors were some causes of the Anticleseus"

Her friend replied.

These two girls were high school girls attending at the academy of Alphas, of course they haven't turned in to the schools of the corps yet although since the rapid rate of events or occurrence of Anticleseus had risen, some schools had decided to a different approach on the matter they taught them to summon their signature weapons.

"Your signature weapon is cool"

"Yours too"

"Alfenrist"she uttered as the fabric of space near her hand swirled and a sword appeared.

"Haha there's no way this sword would be compared to other swords that are other worldly, the other world swords known by the corps from the ruins of the past are such commodities that explain the worth of the swords, I can't even say anything about this sword"

"Isn't that sword about hundreds years old in this world?"

"Yeah although isn't also astonishing?"

"What exactly?"

"Well how do we actually summon these swords, they could even transform at the will of the user according to the genes you possess and they could change more than three"

They continued on their chatter while sitting on the bench.

The fleeting time seems to be moving forward then a floating light was hovering around the air, it was a fruit like existence looking at the two female alphas with admiring faces.

"Wow!is that a Benecleseus?"

She said with sparkling eyes towards the creature.

"Don't those things appear rarely in human territory?"

"Yes so!"

The with an optimistic attitude runs to the direction of this creature that was has the size as big as the hands of a human fist.

"Kyu~"

"Wow!so cute!"

The other female alpha got near to the creature on the hands of her friend then it flew a few seconds later.

"Ah! Hey where are you going!"

The park was near one of the six mountains surrounding the internal city. And the creature flew to the direction of the mountain just seen in the field of view of the female alphas.

"Should we go after it?"

"Should we?!"

"We're on break so why not?"

The optimistic girl didn't thought of any consequences that would appear just from the looks of creature flying. Then the dark woods appears in the near distance just a few metres away, they were now outside of the park and the optimistic female runs into the forest.

"Hey wait!"

"Hey! It's getting away!"

They ran more deeply into the dark forest and the park was no longer on sight.

"Lisa"

"Yeah?"

The flickered peach Benecleseus hovers around in a happy manner in the air.

"Shouldn't we come back?"

"But Jennie~ the creature! It's so cute!" She expressed a bit of a whine in her voice as she pouts.

They look at the peach creature with it's flickering light becoming dimmer and dimmer until it turned dark. From the shadows of the trees an aura of dark aura walks out the shadows as it has been cut by the showing of a foot until it turned two and the whole body. It was a tall woman who's skin was dark like the dark woods that surrounds these two female alpha with the amber colour on it's eyes, her clothes being like warriors of the olden traditional ways of a tribe.

This ominous and malevolent feeling crawled to their bodies making them flinch.

"What's inside those shadows?" Lisa asked in a stammering voice from her fear.

"Alfenrist"

Alfenrist appears on Jennie's hand and she bowed her head lower making an terrible expression.

But there was something in her heart and she uttered.

"Run"

"Jennie?"

"I said run!" She shouted.

"What do you-"

"There's no time just run!" She shouted once more and Lisa was confused by her friend's words, it was an ominous pressure creeping out of the shadows that stopped their footsteps, this made Lisa shiver and felt the emotions of fear and concern to her friend.

"You need to warn the others right away! I can live!"

No she couldn't, in truth because her grip to her signature sword were greatly shuddering.

'What do you mean?do you want me to abandon you here Jennie?' Lisa thought.

"For fucks safe so that one of us can live just run and warn the others!" She screamed and the shiver down to Lisa's body dispersed and to that Lisa runs towards the way they ran before.

'That peach earlier...it became dim and turned dark, is that creature being controlled?what if the light colour of it disguised as Benecleseus were purposely alluring us? What if there were people who killed before me using these tactics... there's no way I can defeat them to this battle of hand to hand combat or even the play of swords...My own foolishness led us to this situation, so Lisa as for my recklessness you should live' Jennie thought as she glared at the creature standing in the shadows.

"Come and fight me!"she declared.

But then to the sudden movement, her head was cut off from her own neck as the blood sprinkles and splatter the green grassy floor of the forest be painted in blood.

Lisa was running as her breaths were catching up to her, she was huffing greatly yet she continued.

'What was that creature in the shadows of the trees?What are they? Are those Anticleseus disguised as a Benecleseus? If so I should warn the people and judging from the aura of that creature, fighting that would be suicide!She won't be okay! That Jennie, I'll take revenge on those monsters!

She said shook her head while running trying to focus to be more rational.

Tears crawled down to her face as the fresh perspiration of dew slides down from her face to her chin.

The exit was like a light at the of the tunnel. She was shedding tears more and more from the honourable act of a friend that laid down their life.

'The exit! There it is! I can escape it don't I?' she shought.

She was relieved and at the same time she was also scared, the reason was the relief of life was sacrificed being killed by the hands of death and she ran away from the grasp of death with the help of her friend but...

'I can finally-'

The halt of the thoughts from living became quite from the sudden imbrace of death from a slash of a spear. Peaches of dark texture appears from the shadows and came beside the dead body.

"Hshshshshs" All of these peaches laughed in a strange manner.

The female creature that was an Anticleseus pointed at the body letting all of these dark peach living creatures devoured the body with blood splattered without a trace and as clock tower moves it's arrows it turned 12:00 and the tintinnabulation like sounds rang.
