Chapter 5: Reason

"Francious News reports another murder!" the news reporter says exhausted from all the murders that have been happening. "The Alleyway Killjoy has been on a rampage as of late, they have no signs of slowing down."

Joshua and Sasha look at the news report and start to laugh. Knowing who the Alleyway Killjoy is, they both decide to keep the identity a secret. After all, no one has found the heads that the Quantum Yonder has beheaded yet. As Sasha and Joshua put on their clothes to go to school, Joshua hears a knock at his door. When he opens it he finds Sasha's little sister standing outside.

"Is my sister in here?" Gianna says concerned. "She didn't come home last night and I want to know if she's okay."

"Sasha!" Joshua shouted. "Your sister was worried about you!" "You forgot to call her or something?!"

"Oh crap, I forgot!" Sasha says as she walks down the stairs. Sasha hugs her sister tight as she profusely apologizes for making her worry so much.

Gianna hugs her back tightly while holding back tears. "I have something to tell you, Big Sis."

Sasha looks at Gianna concerned. "What's wrong?"

Gianna holds herself from breaking down, "M-mom... she's... she's dead."

Sasha looks at Gianna wide eyed. "You're joking right?" Sasha says trying to play it off as a joke. "You must be lying right?"

Gianna shakes her head, she told nothing but the truth. Sasha, tears flowing from eyes as her insanity thermos finally fills up. Whoever has done this, will know nothing but pain.

Joshua holds Sasha close, knowing that he didn't commit this crime. But he has a clue on exactly who did.

"Sasha, why did you let one of my family members survive dammit! I will find you and kill you myself, Brother!"
