The World of Gincad

An enchanted landscape with a long-lasting, brutal history. This world is alive, filled with its dreadful mysteries from the past and its unbearable truths. The essence of magic surges through the tangible Soil of the living world; making it accessible to even the weakest of beings. If it is prosperity you want, don't fall into the same fate as the ones who have parted. Only the eyes of the worthy will find the depth of the truth of this deceitful, wretched world.

Cleira: A flourishing civilization that bestowed and expanded its very name beyond even the world of Gincad. It was the Adtraic Family's home; a city that dwelled with countless gods, with a history that spans over a million years. A towering mountain peaks high toward the stars streak high across the stratosphere, with a massive castle overlooking the land. Fountains, spiraling staircases, divine pedestals, oversized pillars are surrounded by an almost indestructible wall-- all suspended above a sea of clouds. It was a symbol that served as artificial heaven. Now all of it was accursed to ruthless, unglorified devastation from the unknown.

Pladtioa: This is one of the first nations the wanderers end up arriving. It is a cluster of breeze-bathed plains, with hills, cliffs, and a massive mountain that towers over the country. Spoken softly among the dwellers, this place is secluded from the main continent of Gincad; Vehemat and is overrun by a Queen who declared herself as pure. It's once said that Pladtioa used to be connected to Vehemat, however, after one fateful day from the previous god who ruled the nation, he detached it and moved it toward the middle of the almost endless ocean.

Landmarks:

Forest of Plados: Some rumored that an ancient god used to roam these lands and create the pathways that the people of this world see today. Much like Plados' personality, the forest is covered in an everlasting breeze, with acorns, birds, squirrels, and all diverse amounts of wildlife roaming among the shadow-covered forest.

Grasslands of Purity: It is said that these eternal trails left behind the ancient god, stained across all of the grassy bumpy hills of this land. Filled with long grass, the sight of the ocean, oversized trees, and the towering mountain above, this swindling view is enough for any wanderer to fathom.

Pladtioa City: Where most of the people of Pladtioa live. From one winding staircase to another, there will always be sprawling amounts of activity scattered among this busy place. A prosperous city, with neatly paved streets, greatly carved water systems and bridges, and most importantly, the royal castle that overlooks the entire city from a huge mountain.

Purefell: A forest mostly consisting of tall, almost oversized deciduous trees. Lying at the lowest shores of Pladtioa, is a beautiful river that curves and swerves its way through the uniquely-shaped landscape. There is a noticeable drop off the cliff that leads to the beautiful view of a vast blue sea dewed with a warm orange glaze of light.

The Great Fountain: An extraordinary structure made of limestone, gems, and magical essence.. This fountain stands approximately two kilometers tall, with beautiful clear streams exiting and entering the surreal roundish shape of the structure. Though the prosperity of The Fountain may erode, nothing can beat seeing the Fountain at the lowest shore of Pladtioa.

Cliffthon Expanse: A dense forest consisting of many cob-web-infested buildings. It is said that this used to be the old city of Pladtioa, however thanks to erosion, most of the remnants fell down through the massive trench that splits half of Pladtioa into two. It serves as a good location to view the overview of this nation.

Nortmire: An enchanted forest filled with trees, streams, and mist. Most of this land used to be covered in a repugnant scent and nature. However, thanks to the God of Purity's blessings, the forest of Nortmire now is bathed in clear rays, rushing streams, and small cliffs.

Milmoor: A peaceful town that has a long history of hunting, and meeting new adventurers. Down through the beautiful crystal clear stream, the dense flower patches over the rolling hills, followed by the steep overview of the entire nation of Pladtioa, the villagers of this ambient town cherish the long-lasting beauty of an almost ancient town.

Deepenpond: A massive clear pool of pure, spring water from the carved moonstone that descended from the skies thousands of years ago. This landmark had a long history of grueling battles, thirst, and desperation. Though its emptiness may make this land uncanny, there are secret entryways that might possibly lead unfortunate adventurers to travel toward Destia, the other side of the world.

Dreamtoe Forest: An enchanted woodland enshrouded by a mysterious fog. According to legend, those who inhabit this forest meet the eeriest of creatures and discover the mind-manipulating mist that swirls over the majority of this land. The ancestors of this land have been rumored to be stuck within a village due to the preying beast who lurks within the shadows. Despite the destructive calamity, this mysterious forest was one of the only locations that have survived. The age of this forest dates far back to the primeval ages of Gincad when not even the nation of Cleira was created.

Linuxinia: This is the second nation both The Wanderers visit. The scale divides from the treacherous sandy dunes of Zomrack to the frigid peaks of Astait. This nation welcomes everyone with open arms, from the bustling docks to the towering mountains; to the peaceful ponds, vast glass forests, gardens, sanctuaries, and stretching waterfalls. The vegetation is filled with a vibrant hue of green, colorful flora all around, rolling green hills combined with massive green peaks and oversized trees is truly a sight for one to see. Wildlife thrives here, scattering all over the place from tiny insects to gargantuan grass golems. Happiness sputters all around. The sun shines its brightest here, making positivity burn bright. A massive dragon encircles Linuxinia Peak, observing the beautiful panorama below. The moment one steps on Linuxinia's soil, the feeling of joy and all other positive emotions erupt in you.

Linuxinia City: A bustling place filled with apartments, hotels, markets, towers, paint, and so much more. The Electricity runs wild here, powering screens, streetlights, and even people themselves. The flora and vegetation meld well with the city, giving this eccentric atmosphere of peace. The swerving mountains tower the city, with its tall turquoise trees scattering its magical, healthy leaves over the rooftops. Some say that Linuxinia City is one of the cleanest, most cheerful, active cities in The World of Gincad. No matter what, whether you arrive from the docks or the sturdy bridges, roads, and natural ramps, you will always feel welcome here.

Blossoming Stronghold: A secluded, ever-transforming palace encased in solid rocks and underground caverns beneath the thriving city of Linuxinia. They say this place is responsible for the random structure grazing upon the grassy hills and terrain. Others might have analyzed that this place is directly correlated to the Adtraic Church, rumored to be buried thousands of years ago. Now that this place has been unraveled, who knows what dangers hide within the Stronghold withholding its branches and roots extending from one corner of the nation to the other.

Lily Leila's Pond: A thriving, peaceful, and delicate place that deems itself as a sanctuary to lost wanderers. Streams of waterfalls wind, travel, and fume in the fizzing ecstasy lake, bringing with it a pleasant aura of beauty and peace. The water is as teal and blue as the sky, holding canopies of vegetation and contours with beautiful flowers all around; the entrance to the vast fields of Linuxinia.

Oksanna Village: A place twined and interconnected with harmony and observance. Structures mounting and scaling up the colossal summit of Linuxinia Peak never fail to shock vistiors. Some wanderers have claimed that this environment was what gathered oncoming visitors from the far seas and docks of Pladtioa or other outside islands toward this nation. It's the main focal point for training, learning, and seeing what the continent of Vehemat has to store. The only problem is that with so many visitors, sometimes one could put their corrupted hearts and ambush this town. Luckily enough, the house itself is still intact.

Toivo's Residence: A relatively tame place that resides within the center of an broad, expanding circle of tall lush green hills. All around is covered and shrouded with vibrant, luxuriant flora from every corner, even to the warm streams carving their way through an avenue of vibrant buildings. Within the center, of which have three bridges extending to it, is a lanky and elevated mansion owned by the kind and prudent, retired adventurer himself, Toivo. He owns seven maids and has built and established his own residence by sheer will and his unmatched wealth. When visitors, especially young men encounter this place, Toivo offers them training lessons that would further build and carve their personalities. It is a motto that once someone steps forth, they will be changed tomorrow. And with that encounter, there are several training areas awaiting for any boy who is eager to transform himself into a man. "The outcome is only temporary like a carton of milk, you must treat your body like care. If you continue, you will extend its duration, if not even better. Life is all about change and striving to remain stagnant, so try and do yourselves a favor, and try to make your hard-work stagnant as well. Because the moment you turn down from your progression, it all goes downhill from there."

The Nameless Caverns: A vast underground labyrinth with seemingly endless ancient structures of old, ruined, and untouched. Several billions had once dwelled here, and now, the population is but only a billion. It is told by the dwellers of this sea of stone and air, that a mighty dragon had once helped them on guiding them with its light, sculpting its way through tunnels all in the favor of keeping the people alive. Much is unknown about this place, and in some ways, it is forbidden for any wanderers to trespass. Not only had this underground world have structures of the old, it had also borne several landscapes matching a long-forgotten past. Grassy foothills, Long, sorrow waterfalls, lush primeval forests, and an expanding stone ceiling. It does not just reside underneath Linuxinia, but the entire world. The only reason for it existing is because of the forest of stone pillars that reside within every corner of this mysterious place. But that is but a tip in the ice-berg. Perhaps even more dark truths linger deep within this long-forgotten place?

(Through the eyes of the wanderers, the world opens itself to those who wait.)
