Rebuked from Imperial family

" B-but we thought that you didn't have a child, so..." Hans spoke with his head down.

" So what !? You thought that I would allow someone who doesn't even carry the blood of Algar become the next ruler of our dynasty !? I have been ignoring this matter for a long time but I guess I can't avoid it further." Leon said with contempt. He gestured to Lucy to bring something and she brought a navy blue file along with her.

Leon didn't say anything and signed on the papers. He also stamped on the paper with an imperial seal. Which caused everyone to flinch and start sweating.

" Give these papers to the royal families and ask them for their signatures along with their seals. Tell them that if they disagree to sign then they would be regarded as enemies against the throne and everyone who is along with them." Leon said while calming down a little.

" Father, what are those papers ?" Lucas asked.

This won't be a small matter if the imperial seal is involved. The seal suggests that this nation is just not taken by the emperor but the empire as whole. That's why the royal family's signature and seal is required as well.

" According to those papers, except for you and me, everyone's imperial status will be rebuked." When Leon said that everyone present in the dining hall were shocked.

" B-brother, we were not involve—" The person who spoke this time was Leon's half sister but before she can even say a thing Leon shouted angrily :-

" Bullshit !? Do you think I don't know what you have done ? If I showed the proof right now you will be charged with High treason for trying to harm the imperial family member, the first prince." When Leon said that his sister looked at him with horror.

This was the biggest reason why Leon was so hell bent on removing them from the imperial family. This woman had tried to poison Lucas the third day his existence was announced. Lucas knew about this matter clearly but he didn't know Leon's decision of removing them from the imperial family.

After all, even though they were planning a conspiracy against him they were still his blood relatives. He just wanted to show them their place and stop them before making a huge mistake but Leon understood the day Lucas was poisoned they were beyond help.

" Don't you worry because even the royal family which was helping you will take their hands back now. After all, I have also dug enough dead evidence to even punish them highly." When Leon said that everyone present became pale.

" B-brother,....." Hans said while his feet were shaking.

" Yes I am your brother that's why I'm not just letting you go alive but also letting you have your wealth as well as your noble title and status." Leon said while closing his eyes. He was not able to see his siblings' condition right now.

" Guards, throw them out of the castle." Leon simply gestured to the guards. The guards disappeared and appeared right behind the former members of the imperial family. They took them and disappeared again.

Now only silence reigned over the dinning hall. The maids had been trained for much worse situations that's why they return to their composure almost instantly. Though they had a satisfied expression on their faces for some reason.

" What about the royal family ?" Lucas asked after pondering for a while.

" The royal family would probably take their hands back as the one who conspired with them was the first prince of the royal family." Leon replied.

The Holy Empire of Silvia covered a whole continent. It was a no joke that it was one of the biggest empires. To maintain control over the whole empire the first emperor created royal families who are in short direct subordinates to the imperial family.

Their status, authority and power is second only to the imperial family. There are four Grand Duchies divided into four different directions North, South, East and West. There are four royal families who look after each Grand Duchies.

They are not direct rulers of the land but they still have authority second only to the imperial family in their Grand Duchies. They look after the territories assigned to them by the imperial family.

" Will this cause any trouble ?" Lucas asked.

" Not really. I have already shown the results of the blood match to them. That's why they know that you are my direct son." Leon looked in the eyes of Lucas. Lucas understood that he didn't want to talk about blood match right now.

"Except for that family every other royal family has complained about my siblings and their families. Even if they don't want to sign they will be forced to sign as the other three Grand Dukes and the Emperor have signed on it. If they don't then a cold war will break out." Leon continued.

" Well, you should be ready to have trouble because as the first and only prince of the imperial family you will have to do a lot of tasks."

" You have to look into the matters of politics and most importantly you have to learn as much as possible before the age of 12. At 12 your debutante will happen and you will have to be present in a lot of noble gatherings and other stuff that you will have barely enough time to even sleep." Leon concluded.

Lucas knew about most of the stuff the imperial prince had to do. Currently he doesn't have to do much except learn and grow stronger but once he becomes 12 and has his official debut he will have to pay attention to the affairs of the empire. In short he just has to become a helper of his father. It's just formalities to get the approval of the royal families. Even though it is set in stone that Lucas will become a crown prince when it is for royal families to agree upon. This is also their way of testing and approving the next emperor by themselves.
