Truck-kun Ran Me Over: Reincarnated in a Magical World!

Jeremy, an unassuming otaku whose mundane existence takes an unexpected turn when he meets an untimely end under the wheels of a truck. To his bewilderment, Jeremy awakens in a parallel world reminiscent of Earth, yet with a fascinating blend of advanced technology, magic, and the intricate discipline of martial arts. Rechristened as Li Tian, he finds himself born into a distinguished Martial Clan in The Land of Hua. Determined to stay off the stereotypical path of anime protagonists, Li Tian resolves to lead a tranquil life as a background character, basking in the protective embrace of his newfound family. Little does he know that his rebirth comes with extraordinary gifts—an SSS tier Intelligence Stat and a mysterious system that adds a layer of complexity to his seemingly ordinary existence. Beyond the grandeur of dominant nations lies an unexplored terrain fraught with peril—the domain of Demonic Beasts. In stark contrast to the structured societies of major countries, these wild expanses harbor creatures driven by instinct, launching indiscriminate attacks on unsuspecting humans. Look forward to Li Tian's quest for serenity, as he grapples not only with the complexities of his newfound abilities but also contends with the ever-present threat posed by these relentless adversaries. Spy 2

Two hours since the spy had disappeared. Li Tian was resting soundly in his sleeping bag while his teammates were doing a comprehensive review of their abilities. The fight from earlier made them realise that they were lacking in certain areas. Hong Yao asked for a list of techniques that everyone could use.

Other than the standard Military Combat Tactics taught to every highschool student, everyone else had learnt unique techniques that belonged to them.

For Hong Yao, he explained that he knew two Life Techniques, called Uproot and Life Tree, and one Earth Technique, called Elemental Armour. Uproot was simply making use of the trees around his surrounding to his advantage and he could not drain Qi from his enemies with it. Life Tree was created using Hong Yao's own Qi, which resultingly, required more energy to use the technique. The good aspect about Life Tree was that he could correspondingly sap energy from his enemies with he fought. The Elemental Armour was not used, but Hong Yao could create an earthen armour that would fully cover his body. The defence and offense of him would increase, but conversely, he would be much slowly. As for Saber and Water Techniques, he did not have any.

Next, Kong Huo Yu, the teenager knew two Spear Techniques. Flaming Drill, which threw a flaming vortex towards an enemy using Fire Qi. Magma Rush, which thrusted a burst of fusion Magma Energy with an X formation using the spear tip. Lastly, he had also learnt the Earth Technique, Rock Burst, which propelled an exploding rock towards his enemy.

Lastly, Lin Xi Xi, knew two Archery Techniques. The first was Frost Arrow, which fired a permafrosted arrow towards her enemy using fusion Ice Qi. The second was Silent Killer, which fired a soundless arrow towards her enemy. This used Wind Qi to isolate the noise made from the arrow. As for elemental techniques, Lin Xi Xi knew Updraft which took advantage of Wind Qi to give her the feeling of weightlessness when in the air. This allows her to become faster when running or better dodging in airborne combat.

The team did not get the opportunity to ask Li Tian as he was 'asleep' when in actual fact, he was watching his anime. Li Tian could've woken up earlier, but he had reached the climax in 'The Princess And The Bee' and wanted to reach the conflict resolution in the anime. He had also been listening into their conversation just in case he needed the information.

Just then, Li Tian's group felt a light tremor under their feets. Everyone stood up from the ground, including Li Tian who knew something was coming their way.

"Everyone get on the tree!" Li Tian shouted out.

The team listened to him and swiftly climbed up the tree. With Hong Yao's Uproot, Kong Huo Yu and himself did not use much time to climb up the tree, while Li Tian and Lin Xi Xi had Updraft to glide up the branches. Not before long, tens of Rank 3 Iron-toothed Beavers had burrowed out of the ground and leapt towards the tree that the group was climbing up on.

Just like their name suggests, the Iron-toothed Beavers made easy work of the Red Iron Trees, biting through it like paper. The tree creeked as it begun to fall over to the side with the collective efforts of the Demonic Beasts.

"Jump!" With Li Tian's orders, the group hopped and grabbed onto the next tree that was still standing tall. They safely made it once again, but when the beavers noticed that their enemies were not on the ground, they started to munch on the next tree.

The scenario ahead of Li Tian team was very chaotic as the signal was in their bags which had long been trampled all over by the Demonic Beasts. With Li Tian's lead, the team was able to avoid getting attacked by the angry beavers. However, he knew that if he didn't do something about the Demonic Beasts, unforeseen circumstances may start to occur, such as dragging in other unfortunate students to the situation.

"Lin Xi Xi, you quickly scout ahead and help Kong Huo Yu and Hong Yao to escape. I'll stay behind to distract them."

"No! That's not safe!" Hong Yao beckoned for Li Tian to stop, but it was too late as Li Tian was already floating down the tree towards the beavers.

"Just go! I'll be fine." When reaching the ground, behind the beavers, Li Tian picked up a small pebble and flung it at one of the Demonic Beasts. This got the attention of the other nine. "You want me? Come and get me!"

"Chi, Chi, Chi!" The noisy bunch of beasts ran on all fours, chasing down Li Tian who ran in the opposite direction as his teammates. His target? The spy lurking in the shadows of the Red Iron trees.

Li Tian noticed the person's presence as soon as the beavers had started to approach their team. From his analysis, the Iron-toothed Beavers were usually found chilling inside their homemade wooden dams and would not bother to attack humans unless provoked. For them to become this angry and attack any random person meant that something must've happened to their homes, which was their prized possession.

The spy realised that his position seemed to have been compromised as Li Tian was darting towards him. Knowing that, he ran away as fast as he could, while Li Tian followed.

"Where do you think you're going?" Li Tian called the spy out. His eyes had scanned over the person and he recognised his stature. Judging by the information he knew about Jiu Lian Xiang's lackeys, the most likely person was him. "Jing Tie Ba!"

"Stop chasing after me! Stop!" Jing Tie Ba got scared after knowing that his identity had been exposed. He realised that with Li Tian's Updraft, the boy had easily caught up to him. Just as he called out to Li Tian, he felt a tug on his uniform and a feeling of weightlessness had hit his legs.

Jing Tie Ba was lifted in the air by Li Tian and somehow, his uniform was wedged on low hanging branch. The Iron-toothed Beavers had also caught up to them and now, they were leaping into the air in attempts to munch on Jing Tie Ba's hanging legs.

"Please! Please! I beg of you! Do not drop me! I beg!" Tears started falling down Jing Tie Ba's face, making his once scary-looking face very ugly.

Li Tian was sitting on the branch and shaking it ever so slightly. He laughed without sympathy. His eyes staring down on his prey. "And why should I listen to you?"
