Beyond the grandeur of dominant nations lies an unexplored terrain fraught with peril—the domain of Demonic Beasts. In stark contrast to the structured societies of major countries, these wild expanses harbor creatures driven by instinct, launching indiscriminate attacks on unsuspecting humans. Li Xian’s Occupation

With the completion of his mission, Li Tian's Perception had even upgraded once again to the D tier. In his free time, he would converse with his family members and listen to stories told by Li Xian. The baby lived a rather enjoyable and carefree eleven months. Now, with the newly received anime, the baby shall halt on his cultivation progress to watch the anime.

'Ahhh! What are the top three animes in this world?' Happily, Li Tian loaded up the available file in his memory. It felt like he was booting up a movie in his head.

He checked the available files to see in this world, it seems that Shonen genre anime were also the most highly rated animations. The three animes were 'Glue Boy's Adventures', 'Fighting Force' and 'Big Jack'. 'Big Jack' was the longest anime with a total of 1780 episodes and it was still ongoing. This was even longer than 'Two Piece', which was the longest out of the top three anime on Earth.

'Hmm. Guess I shall start with 'Big Jack'. Hehehehe…' Taking it easy, using the disguise of napping, Li Tian proceeded to watch the anime with excitement. He had completely forgotten about the pains he had experienced the past few months.

Outside, Li Xian had left her quarters after she saw that her three children had fallen asleep. Only up to till recently, Li Xian had been staying inside the Li Manor. She had recovered up to her peak energy with the help of some Meridian Cleansing pills which her parents, Li Kui and Jing Hui Lan, had requested a pill refiner to refine. There were several tiers of pills in the cultivation world of the Land of Hua, Tier 1 being the lowest type of pill, while Tier 5 was the highest type of pill. With each tier, the refinement process was more complicated, and the ingredients required were rarer.

For the Meridian Cleansing pills, it was a Tier 4 pill. Most commoners and lower middle-income earners would never be able to afford this type of pill, due to the scarcity of the raw ingredients. It was because of Li Xian's family background that she was able to recover this fast. Both of Li Tian's parents were at the Core Formation Realm, where Li Xian was at the second stage of Core Formation and Ming Guang Rong was at the peak stage of Core Formation. There were three stages in the Core Formation realm. When a cultivator has completed the third stage, the cultivator would hit the bottleneck known as peak stage. At this stage, only when the cultivator can achieve a breakthrough in their golden core, and form a spirit core, could one enter the Nascent Soul Stage.

Originally, Li Xian had a better cultivation realm than Ming Guang Rong. However, after given birth to her three children, her body's cultivation faced setback after setback, which lead her to stagnate at the second stage of Core Formation. However, Li Xian did not regret her decision of bearing children as they were the light in her life. Cultivation was only a means of protection for her as her current goal in life was to see her children grow up healthily.

Today, Li Xian was heading to her store that she owned in the downtown. Having recovered, and with the aid of the helpers back at home, Li Xian could now go back and look at her business.

Besides normally being a stay-at-home mom, Li Xian owned a Demonic Beast Pet Store. When she was younger, Li Xian had studied in the Beast Taming Department in the Central University of Hua, which was the number one Beast Taming department in the country.

There were many other departments in the Central University of Hua. For Combat-oriented departments, there were Beast Taming, Brawlers, Swords and Sabers, Spears, and Archery. For Lifestyle-oriented departments, there were Pill-Refining, Technology, Modern Medicine, Cooking, and Herbology. There were several routes of entry into the Central University of Hua, depending on which department you would like to enter. For most students entering the Combat-oriented departments, the students were required to undergo a rigorous physical competency test. In addition, a theoretical test was also needed, testing students on their general knowledge that they would've learnt in high school.

Li Xian easily entered the Beast Taming department, with the strong foundation formed under the care of the Li Clan. Having learnt the ins and out of managing a newly born Demonic Beast pet, Li Xian decided to open her own store in Ningguo. For a cultivator to tame a Demonic Beast and make it into their pet, a cultivator was required to first obtain it as an egg. All Demonic Beasts are born from an egg form and as such, with the help of soul branding onto the Demonic Beast egg, a cultivator could then become the owner of a Demonic Beast.

Li Xian had named her store, Glory Beast Emporium. Even without much help from the Li Clan, the Glory Beast Emporium had grown significantly in size and had become a multi-storey department store that sold countless beast eggs and even had tutorial sessions for customers to learn how to take care of their beasts. Even though she could've branched out to different cities, Li Xian did not want the company to get even bigger beyond Ningguo as that may mean that she may have to leave the city for a prolonged period.

As she reached the store front, the Head manager of the Glory Beast Emporium had been waiting for her arrival. His name was Dai Li and he had been with Li Xian since the founding of the store. Dai Li was a middle-aged man in his fifties who exuded a strong powerful force around him. Anyone could tell he was a powerful cultivator above the Core Formation Realm. For him to work under Li Xian who was much weaker than him, was something rare.

The only ones who knew of his reason were the Li Clan as they were the ones who had employed his help. In the beginning, Dai Li used to be a divisional commander in the Li Clan's army but was forced to retire due to a back injury. Even though he was injured and can no longer stay on the battlefield for a prolonged period, the Li Clan did not want to let go of such a good seed and had requested for Dai Li to protect Li Xian secretly.

It wasn't hard for Li Xian to tell that this older man who had a strength much stronger than hers was someone who was sent by her own family. Rather than just keeping him as a bodyguard, Li Xian wanted to train Dai Li into someone that could help her in the store. As Dai Li's cultivation realm was high, his comprehension ability and beast taming skills were easily attainable. Within a year, Li Xian could already allow Dai Li to manage the store for her.

"Miss Li, shouldn't you at least drop me a call before coming over? What if I was not in today?" Dai Li asked Li Xian endearingly. To him, Li Xian felt like a daughter he never had. His whole life was dedicated to the safety of Hua and as such, he never sought after a partner. "How is your body? I've been hearing stories about your son from Patriarch Li. What a scary little boy…"

"Uncle Dai, there's no need for you to be here to welcome me every time," Li Xian smiled at the older looking man. "I know this department store like the back of my hand."

"My body has just recovered and you're indeed correct to say Xian Er was a little scary. I don't even know where my son had gotten such terrifying intellect from…"

"It could be from Patriarch Li. After all, not many people in this world could rival him now." The two spoke to each other as they walked into the store.

"No, don't stroke my father's ego anymore. Xian Er's talent is higher than my father and at this point, I am very worried for his future." Li Xian frowned as she thought about it.

"You're thinking about how Hua's enemies may send assassins for him?"

"Mmm." Li Xian nodded.

Within the Land of Hua, although the entire country looked to be harmonious on the outside, on the inside, there were several rifts that appear underground. These underground organizations were present since the last emperor's reign and the biggest of them all was the organization called the Demonic Cult. The Demonic Cult followers were cultivators that believed and worshipped a Demonic Beast god. They believed that the Demonic Beasts should rule the world and not humans. The Demonic Followers were known to kidnap teenagers and children to send as offering to the Demonic Beast god. The higher the talent, the greater the worth of the teenager or child.

Li Tian's terrifying talent was something that worried Li Xian. Both the twins were already very smart and talented in their own way, maybe just shy of Zhuge Ke Ming. Having birthed to a third genius and this one being more talented than the other two, Li Xian would often have a headache thinking about their safety.
