"before telling you the rules you must know that this place is black valley and i'm the master of thus place so you must be respectful to me"

"Rule no. 2 you are not allowed to tell anyone about this place or else you will be thrown out from this place well i don't think so you will tell anyone since you want yo leave safely"

"Rule no. 3 You must not bring someone who can tell about this place not unless you are sure that the person will not open there mouth"

"Rule no. 4 you must not break the first three rules ither then that you are allowed to do anything"

"now i will tell you about the alleys here" with that she point at the alley telling which the alley lead to there are atleast 37 alley leading to diffrent areas you muat need to careful not to lost in the alley if that happen then if you bumb into some thugs then it was not sure that you will stay alive.

feng-yan was kinda surprise when she heard that the girl is the one who had create this place with her own strength and influence well no one know about her.

she get to know that she was in central region most population city imperial city where the imperial palace was. this place is called lim valley it was like black market but it was totally diffrent from the black market a person can get any thing from the black market while in black valley any people live can live here.

it was also a place where you can find people for diffrent reason like assigning but these people work in black market both place had some connection between them.

feng-yan find from the tone of lim she seem to not like black market when she mention black market lim face trun sour like she had eaten flies and start saying that her place is much better then them they don't provide place to stay safely.

she was sure that there is some kind of history between her and the black market she listen to lim blabbering about to place where one can good food.

"lim i'm new here so i don't know about the central region so can you take me in bank" lim raise her eyebrow when she heard about going to bank she smrik.

At first lim go back to her hut actually it was not hut but simple courtyard it was not much large and was enough for alone person. lim first change her tattered cloth into beautiful deep blue colour skirt like her eyes and hair she was looking very beautiful in it.

both of them pass through the bustling street and reach the bank she enter alone in the bank lim said she will be in the flower restraunt which was specialy for women.

feng-yan reach the desk and knock on it cause the clunter was taller then her she standing on her toes when the incharge heard the noice he get up and look down only to find a girl with snowy white haur and ruby reb eyes she was standing on her toes making her look pitiful and cute.

"hey little girl what are you doing here" he ask while laughing at her her puffed cheeks which had trun little red adding more charm in her beauty she was wearing shabby cloth but they look good on her. he had notice the material of the cloth was expensive but it was covered with lot of dust hiding the expensiveness of it.

he was sure that the girl in front of him is from noble family but had sneak outside to play and end up in this condition.

"uncle i want to take some money from the card" she said while handing the card to the man he first scan it he became more respectful because the card was the high grade crystal money card which was very rare and own by the four main family and the imperial family.

he give her ten teal silver cause she had told him to give her silver then he retrun the card with respect to her she also leave the bank and had to buy some cloth she simply buy a peach color skrit with red flower embroidery on it she give the tailor her design and also some design for the kid she said she will pick up the cloth in three days and leaves the cloth shop and head to the flower restraunt.

when she enter the restraunt no one stop her knowing people judge everyone by cloth that why lim had dress simply but beautifuly she ask the waiter if a girl name lim had book a room then the waiter lead her in second floor she enter the room and saw lim sesting there eating her food when she saw she wave her hand at her to seat.

"I see you got some money to yourself so i can have my money" her eyes was shining when she spoje about the money feng-yan hand her one teal silver it was very much for lim since she had receive expensive thinks which people had scam or stole she never had recieve that much money she wad satisfied with it.

both of them eat in the restraunt and head back to the lim valley in the way she also buy some milk for the kids.
