16. The Student Council pt.1

In the morning, the school holds a small congratulation party for Randy's return from the dead. Randy could only stare embarrassed at this. How not, this happened because of him.

After the party is over, the exam is held again. Even though Randy had a misfortune, he still could not be free from the nightmare called exam.

Today's exam: chemistry, Arts, and English.

The only subject Randy fears is chemistry. For him, the general lesson is easier than the specific lesson like science.

In the exam room, Randy, Ilham, Farida. And Hannah was already in their seats. Randy feels the sad and relieve aura of Farida and Hannah. But their auras are different. Farida has a high aura of guilt, while Hannah's aura is like a feeling of anxiety mixed with pleasure.

'Whatever it is, don't let this matter distract me from the exam,' Randy said in his heart as he clenched his right hand to symbolize that he could do it.

Randy begins to look at the grades of the other students, he must understand their characteristics in order to get to know how they are.

"Shit?!"

"A little more?!"

"Why is it minimum score so high?!"

The desperate voice from this room can be heard, many of the students were frustrated with their grades. But when Randy turned his head slightly, he also saw the students who were not cared about their grades. They can even still laugh with their friend while their computer screen show the bright red of their grade.

"Randy! Want to come along for a minute?" Ilham abruptly touch Randy on the shoulder.

"Where?" Randy asked in confusion.

"Let's go to the restaurant, my treat!" His face looked wistful, but he still forced his smile.

Randy feels guilty when he sees his friend face was like that. Randy could only nod weakly. Randy better be a little self-conscious about what's going on because of him.

"Okay, lead the way...!" Randy accepted Ilham's offer.

"Farida, do you want to come?!" Ilham turned to Farida who was sitting near Randy.

Upon hearing Ilham's offer, Farida turned her head. The look on the face of lack of sleep is thickly attached to her face.

"No, I learned too much last night..." Shortly after refusing Ilham's invitation, Farida immediately fell asleep on her seat.

"Poor girl, we'd better leave her alone. I am sure someone will wake her up." Ilham walked ahead of Randy towards the door.

Randy followed Ilham's steps out of the thing that called Infernal chamber. It's good to refresh at times like this. Randy felt that Ilham must be very shocked by this news. The exam was seemed to be interrupted by Randy's incident too.

BRAKKK!

"Ouch!" Ilham bump someone.

Randy's eyes widened when he saw who Ilham bump to.

Instantly, Randy closed Ilham's eyes, which were likely able to see her from below, slowly Randy dragged him backwards until he thought Ilham wouldn't be able to see her and finally reopened his eyes.

"Why did you close my eyes? This kind of events often occur in anime. And then I got opportunity to see her pant- (Randy touch Ilham's shoulder roughly)

Ilham's babbles was stopped by Randy's knock. Randy pointed right in front of Ilham's eyes, indicating that he should know who he bumps to.

Ilham followed Randy's direction and saw Celicia standing with her arms crossed. Her head looked down and looked at Ilham with a very upset face.

"Eh... Randy, I didn't say anything, did I?" Ilham slowly turned to Randy who was sitting on his knees next to him.

"Hopefully, she's usually a bit deaf..." Randy whispered to Ilham a fake fact.

Randy was just plain looks stupid when he said that.

"That's it, huh? Surely her ears never be cleaned-(He gets kicked up till stuck at the ceiling)

Now Ilham becomes like a ceiling lamp. Seeing that, Randy could only stand up and bow while saying: "Have a nice day."

Slowly Randy began to take a step back. He's realizing he will obviously be going to be the next target.

The person he was joking with was not just random person, she was Celicia Ambarwati. A student with perfect score since yesterday and always been got 100 and never less.

"Don't move, Randy!" Celicia was smile, but her smile feel terrifying.

Randy's body instantly froze in fear.

"Ye-yes!" Randy reflexively straightened up and faced Celicia with a face full of sweat.

Celicia and her 2 friends who was standing behind her approached the boy with a serious look.

"Ra-Randy... We, uh, want to talk with you... In private."Naura who was standing behind Celicia said it shyly.

Randy stared puzzled, What do these Valkyries want to talk about?

'Did they know I was a troublemaker?! Wait, it's gonna be bad... how could that end up like this?! I was just getting ready to make the first step and was immediately told to fight the final boss!' Randy's nervousness was visible on his face.

"We just wanted to ask you about yesterday..." Suddenly Ira came out of nowhere and whispered Randy.

Understanding what Ira meant, Randy nodded in agreement.

They (the student council) blushing while looked at Ira and Randy who just have a normal conversation. They misunderstand, no wonder they think it was Ira who tempted Randy to want to come with them.

"A-ah... Luckily you quickly agreed to come with us." Celicia said it firmly but while holding back her blushing cheeks.

Randy was taken to the student council room to be questioned by them. Randy will obviously answer all their questions with a lie. It'll be a bad if they find out.

Celicia sat at the main table where president has to sit, Naura and Ira sat next to each other in the guest chairs. Windy stood leaning against the wall near the exit door. And Randy?

'Why was I told to stand up here?!' Annoyance was seen on the boy's face.

But he should not be discouraged, he should still focus on his goal. He started staring around in the room.

'Somehow, I feel that they are trying to look at me from all sides? Randy's eyes glanced at the place where they are sit and stand right now.

"Magic Seal..." Randy had to do it before it happened.

Instantly the magic in the entire room in that place would be sealed. Those who cast magic may notice it, but that's if they keep watching like Hannah did at that time.

'But from my perspective, they're all watching me... I feel goosebumps now. So this is what it's like, one room with all the girls keep on eye on me, please strengthen my faith.' Happiness mixed with nervousness was fused in him.

But it all did not last long.

'Ahhhhh shittt, even though I want to be treated a delicious meal by my friend! But why it has to be like this... Again!'

"Can I get started, Randy?" Celicia looked calmly at the boy.

"Hmm(tilting head)? Oh, yeah, sure...!"(Randy)

What she will ask, Randy will answer.
