Alex looks at his present location, is mind whirling full course before it's clicked.
-'Oh boy, this will became messy really rapidly.'- Moaned CS, thinking having a little time before everything goes pear-shaped. He expected some world-ending disaster, the kind who rapidly strike and leave humanity at the brink of extinction, not some pandemic-Zombies infection one.-' How much time do we have?'-
'I'm not really sure; it at never been clear when the pandemic started. All I know is the main cast students part was between 17 to 19. One particularly should well know. -' How do you intend to do that? While you can use magic, it may raise suspicion; this world is more advanced than our original one, they would sight it quickly.'- CS worriedly said, knowing that human technological' advancement will be a threat here.
'Remember the guild payment? Everything was in coins, on my demand. Those coins are gold, silver, copper and iron. While the last two can be left aside, the two other are precious metals. They had stable value and can be cashed-in. The gold coins are a fifth of a troy ounce.
They pay me half the money in V1,000 coin, the only coin made in gold. With the silver coins into the V500 and V100 coins, that another half, as it would be too heavy to pay me with V50, V10 copper coin, lets alone V5 and V1 iron ones.

His short conversation with CS done; Alex looked on in and nodded before rolls of fabrics appear. Crafting a quick set of clothes from his years, Alex put on a dark slack and blue shit before a thick wool pullover. He didn't need the last much, but it would attract attention if he were to walk around in just a shirt in march.
His thick leather boots wouldn't attract much attention, thankfully. Storing his other clothes, he looked at the small travel bag he had with him when he appears. Inside was a legal passport, some document in the local language, a change and a toiletry bag.
All in all, Alex attire would make him more of a traveller or someone moving here, with the essential items, while waiting for the bulk to arrive.
For any other, the language barrier could have been a problem; thankfully, for him, the language wasn't a problem for a well-accomplished wizard.
Casting a translation spell on a pair of clear glasses he crafted, Alex wore them before spelling his tongue. It wouldn't avoid him the need of learning the language but would do until he had all the need to settle somewhere.
Looking back at the documents, he discovers that all legalities had already been completed and that he was owning an old plot of land inherited for a freshly deceased distant family member living here. As the sole remaining family, he had inherited and choose to move out to Japan.
'How wonderfully convenient.' Snorted him, knowing that his Mother had a hand in this. As the world lacked any higher power in presence, she had been able to slip easily and made the needed arrangement for him.
Due to those family link, Alex also seems to have a Japanese nationality as well.

Exiting the loo, clothed with a more suitable remnant that the one he wore a few minutes prior, Alex made his way to the exit, attracting a lot of gaze in passing. With his 198cm height, he was easily towering above most Japanese. Had to that his sharp features and long crimson hair put in a neat high ponytail, it was unavoidable for his to not to.
Before exiting, he was briefly stopped. His bag content checked but rapidly released when the authority discovers the documents and his actual double nationality, making him a Japanese by right and smoothing thing rapidly.
Unlike most visitor, his status opened more doors for him, avoiding a strenuous amount of paperwork to stay and move around.
As the airport was an artificial island, a few miles from the coast, Alex took the mainland' next ferry. He past time looking through the plotland's location through the document and an available map of the city on the boat.
The land was actually on the island connected to the city. While most of the ground coast was urbanised, the plot was a little deeper in-land in the more rough terrain. Like the general land disposition of Japan, only the coast was a suitable place for human construction. The core of the island was made of step mountains, leaving little space on the shore.
This was at the feet of those mountains that Alex new living land was.
-This will make things easier. From the general outlook, the island had only two points rallying the mainland. If those highways are cleared and closed, it will make the island a safe place once cleared.-
'That what I was thinking too. From the size of the land I own and the surface displayed on the map, the island shouldn't be more extensive than eighteen square kilometres. The mountain range takes around thirteen of those, leaving only five for humans to live on. With such a small space, there shouldn't be any large structure like a school supermarket. Most of the population is concentrated around the highway, while a small port and some warehouse.
That means the other side of the island would have nothing more than small villages spread around at most. I doubt most would stay there, or would it be the contrary? It's hard to know, over were, once thing calms down, I'm sure some tugs would try to assert their dominance, taking the island as their territory.'
-You will have a lot of work to do.- Sigh CS, thankfully for them, Alex was once again free to use magic. With a backward place like this island, the security is assured to be lesser than the crowded city a few miles far.
Even if the highway shows that the island wasn't more than two to three miles far, it was enough to make the place a lesser priority as the place had stay inhabited by an older generation. The lack of space for any intensive industry made all promoters turn to the flourishing city rather than the slightly backward place.

After twelve minutes of sailing, the ferry had rejoined the mainland, delivering it passengers before doubling over for another travel, bringing in those wishing to depart from the city. Due to the international airport's closeness, most of the administrative structure was in a close range, or rather, the airport was constructed near those, offshore.
As soon as they came in contact with a larger population of this world, both Alex and CS witnessed their initial world's slight disparity. The most striking difference was the physic of those strolling around. Unlike the HP world bassed on a closer resemblance with the 'real' world, this world had another scale for beauty cannon.
Most of those milling around had a fair, fairer complexion that those he had briefly been around in Hogwarts. While the wizard and witches were themselves more gifted than the rest of the humanity on the physical scale, they had nothing of those here, or even those he seen in the Danmachi world.
If before Alex, otherworldy physic had attracted all, he was more at home here.
-You know, I blame those One Piece origin of yours. While the males are far from being as jaw-dropping that women there, you won the lottery with your look and ancestry. I don't know how, but I sure that you remain some of this pirate world DNA somewhere! At least here, all you appear at is handsome.- Mockingly pouted and rented CS.

At the sound of his mates' name, Alex's face took a short mournful expression. It had been a few months since their separation, and he was missing both, Lily, even more as it had been nearly eleven years since their last moment together
Feeling the sudden change in Alex mood, CS cursed himself for bringing them back.
-Don't worry, I'm sure their fine, and you would be soon reunited with them.- Said him with a soothing and warm, encouraging voice.

-Do you think you would found someone here?- Asked CS while thinking about the little girl briefly.
'I'm not sure. While I know some Main Cast traits, I can't be assured that they are the same as depicted in the manga. A lot of people were different back in the HP world. I didn't stay long enough in Danmachi for making an idea for them, but Eina wasn't the one I know too. Granted, it was different from Bell, but still, the general demeanour was off.
Here? I truly don't know. This world was much fanservice than anything else. The impossible size of the women burst was a good example. Even if they are different, I don't think I would create a profound bond with any of them. I guess what I said to Susan. While I knew Lily before her, she is my first mate, and she will be responsible for keeping the girls in line.
I'm sure that she will link easily with Lily, but others? I don't know; they won't have the same value. Susan is a sweet girl, but she won't let others walk over her. Her early years of pureblood upbringing would always be here, and it will always be a baseline for her, no matter if she is aware of it or no.
If I were to guess, she would easily connect with female sharing those traits, high-class upbringing and magical one, or both. From here, the only I could truly see mingle with her would be Saeko if she kept he Bushido upbringing, that it. While raised in a traditional house, Saya is a spoiled girl that won't mix well with her. Shizuka is too childish, and Rei, I'm not sure about this one.
Even them, it really doesn't matter; until I encounter them and learn to know them, I won't have a rough understanding of their mindset. For now, let focus on our life here. I need to look around the mountains and see if I can found some suitable rock to turn into wardstones. If I can and found a means to power them, this would take care of many of our worries.'

While CS and he were conversing, Alex had walked through the city, an experience he hadn't assisted for aeons as he always took wizarding travel methods and had nearly never put a foot in London or any high concentration place of humans.
Entering the town hall, Alex stopped at the free receptionist.
"Hello, sir, welcome to Tokonosu town hall; how can I help you?" Asked professionally the woman being the counter.
"I have an appointment with Tokimori-sama in fifteen minutes." Announced Alex, looking briefly at the clock above the desk.
Hearing his words, the receptionist briefly type on her computer before looking back at Alex.
"Evans-sama?" Asked, before continuing, Alex nodding to confirm is identity. "Tokimori-sama had been warned of your presence. Take the stair on your right, third floor, at the end of the corridor; I wish you a good day."
