Anton and Yanmei weren't sure if their decision was right, but it was either that or suffer the consequences of Nari getting sick more often and repeat hospitalization. 

The couple went along with their gut feeling. Selfish as it may be, they did not want their daughter to experience another admission. 

Before coming home, Junsu was tasked with the responsibility of obtaining everything what Nari needed, including getting two private nurses for the little girl's care day and night. 

On the first few nights, returning home to the mansion, Nari slept with her parents while still maintaining her medication. It was, at the same time, the number of days that were needed to prepare another room for Nari. 

Yanmei and Yeona had to work from the mansion temporarily, allowing Yanmei to oversee the work around the house and Nari's treatment progress.
