497 I've Got Your Back

"I'm sorry, Salvi. I - I need to think things through. I'll talk to you tomorrow," said Chan-Mi before quickly putting the phone down. She no longer gave Salvi a chance to speak. 

Chan-Mi did not know what came over her, but she wound up walking away in the direction of her home. 

Her head was still full of worries and the next thing she heard was her father's yelling!

"No one is getting married! Not after what happened! How could you and Luiz do this?!" She heard her father say. "Nari! Answer me!!!"

Her father's judgement of her sister all the more frustrated her. She felt her blood boil as she thought, 'How can my Dad be this unreasonable with Nari? I am in a far worse position, having a cyst in my ovaries!'
