449 I'll Miss You Terribly

"Luiz! Over here!" Nari called Luiz right from the driveway, asking him to follow her to the garden. The moment he arrived, Nari rushed from the back to greet him. 

He parked his car on the side of the driveway and let the security bring drive it to the garage. He grinned and walked in the direction of Nari, carrying a paper bag with him. 

It was a day before he was to leave. He needed to tell Nari he was going to Italy tomorrow.

"Why are we going to the back?" Luiz asked, glancing back at the door. 

She grabbed him by the arm and pulled his tall frame to the back garden of the mansion while saying, "Because! I prepared your special treats today! Let's have some great snack!"

Nari felt utterly guilty for Luiz's discovery of Aiden that she wanted to make up to him that weekend. The days passed by with her, feeling worried about what her best friend might feel. In fact, Luiz barely called her that week.
