Chapter 47 : Reunited

GLEAM!

Katsuo's right eye shone menacingly towards the rest of the Chungnam Team. His aura spread towards Gi Gwum and Seokwoo Cha, surprising Seokwoo, but exciting Gi Gwum.

Judge T : "...AND THE WINNER FOR THE FIRST ROUND IS THE GUNGNAM TEAM!", he shouted, awakening the audience that were simply shocked at what Katsuo had just done...

Before he could signal the next fight....Gi Gwum jumped into the ring.....sticking his tongue out trying to look menacing towards Katsuo...

In response, Katsuo put his hands in his pocket, and looked leisurely towards Gi Gwum...

Katsuo's nonchalant attitude didn't sit right with Gi Gwum, 'WHY YOU!', He thought, before a couple of veins sprouted on his head...

He wanted Katsuo to suffer for looking down on him immediately.....but could only wait for the match to begin...

Noticing the two were ready. Judge T didn't waste anymore time, and signalled for the fight to begin :

Judge T : "ROUND TWO BEGIN!!", He shouted, before he stared at the fight carefully..

"hehehe~", Gi Gwum chuckled before a mirage of a middle aged man with a long black mustache and goatee, wearing a hat and long coat appeared behind him....

<Charyeok : Jack the Ripper>

Without any warning, multiple blades sprouted from Gi Gwum's jacket, all of which aimed at Katsuo...

SHING!! SHING!!

"You're gonna regret looking down on me~", he stated with confidence, before he charged at Katsuo, not caring about the consequences.....

Looking at the Gi Gwum's Charyeok, the other participants stared at him carefully, as they wondered how strong his abilities were...

The one watching was mostly Taek Jegal, as he pondered about absorbing his Charyeok for himself, 'Hmmm~', he thought, before he continued watching their fight.

SWISH!! SWISH!!! SWISH!!!

Countless blades were swung at Katsuo, but none of them hit him. He dodged all of them with ease, but Gi Gwum still didn't give up even though he started to sweat profusely...

DRIP! DRIP! DRIP!

YAWN!

With his hands in his pocket, Katsuo had the audacity to yawn over Gi Gwum's attacks....

At this point, Gi Gwum was fuming and wanted to seriously kill Katsuo....

SLASH!!!!

Swinging his swords like a madman, he cut the arena into pieces, but none of his attacks hurt Katsuo.

'Why can't I hit him?', he thought, completely frustrated...

'This is really boring', Katsuo thought, finally having enough. He stood still for the first time, much to Gi Gwum's happiness.....but before he could charge in.....Katsuo suddenly appeared on his left at an unimaginable speed.

Before he could do anything, Katsuo had already raised his left leg high enough, to bash into Gi Gwum's head....the force stopped all of Gi Gwum's movement for a few milliseconds....before he was catapulted out of the ring, and bashed into the outer wall....

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!

Judge T : "AND THE WINNER FOR THIS ROUND ONCE AGAIN.....IS THE GUNGNAM TEAM!", he shouted, before the audience members clapped...

CLAP!! CLAP!!! CLAP!!!!

Looking at Katsuo, Seokwoo Cha, felt like he had no chance. Furthermore, he didn't even know the strength of the 'two' behind Katsuo.

"I concede~", he stated before he sighed.

WOOO! WOOO! WOOO! CLAP! CLAP!

The audience was going crazy based on those two short fights alone. They didn't know anything, but they could tell that Katsuo was really strong.

At the same time, the other participants watched Katsuo walk off the stage leisurely, 'Does he use borrowed power? Or is he a genuine fighter?', they thought, wanting to know how strong Katsuo actually was..

Park Ilpyo : 'Just who is he...', he wondered, thinking back to when Katsuo used, <Ssam-Su Taekkyeon Techniques>.

Taek Jegal : 'He's strong....but not as strong as me~', he thought with a sinister grin as he watched Katsuo walk away.

Jeon Jugok, the grandson of the current 'Six' member, Jeon Jaesan, stared at Katsuo, 'Everyone here is weak except him~', he thought before he looked at Park Ilpyo, 'I'll show them all what I can do~', he thought, being over-confident...

After a good sleep, Mori woke up and looked around his surroundings.

WOOO!!! WOOOO!!!

He heard, before he turned over to the stage. Walking off of it was a man with white hair and red eyes, possessing an expressionless face before he turned to Mori.

Mori : 'Katsuo!?', he thought, before a smile widened on his face.

Looking at his excited face, Katsuo couldn't help but show a little smile too, before he walked away.

Mori : 'So many strong people here~', he thought with a blossoming smile...but then thinking about his grandpa, Jin Tae-Jin, his eyes turned sharp, 'I'll find you grandpa....', he thought, before turning to Katsuo, Park Ilpyo and Taek Jegal.

<5 Minutes Later>

After finishing his fight, it was time for Taek Jegal's team VS Jeon Jugok's team. Already knowing the result of it, and how Jeon Jugok would be completely crushed, Katsuo and his clones went for a walk around the venue before finding a place to stay.

His next fight would be in another few days and so he had time to stroll around without having the need to bother about the other fights.

Whilst he was walking around. In the arena, Jeon Jugok was impaled by Taek Jegal, before he was brutally beaten to the point were he couldn't move, much to the anger of his grandfather, who watched the fight with Mubong Park.

In the room they watched from, the atmosphere was deathly quiet, as even Mubong didn't like the current situation....

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

In Jeon Jugok's room, he was on the brink of death, before Bongchim Nah came to save him as a favour.

Bongchim Nah : "Hmm~, a favour.....they do say blood is thicker than water. After this, remember you're indebted to me~", he proclaimed with a smile, before reviving Jeon Jugok.

<A few hours later>

All of the fights for the first day had finished. The next fights would be occurring over the next few days.

It was currently late in the evening when Mori was walking around his neighbourhood. He was in a good mood after seeing Katsuo, who'd been missing for a while, 'I wonder how he lost his eye though~', he thought, for some reason annoyed that someone had done that.

TAP! TAP!

Whilst he was thinking, someone came from behind him.

??? : " Mr Mori Jin?, he stated, before Mori turned around.

Mori : "Huh?.

??? : "I have something for you.", he said, before taking a letter out from his pocket, "Here.", he continued, giving it to Mori.

TEAR!

Tearing the letter open, Mori looked at it before his eyes turned sharp....

Mori : "Who are you?", he said menacingly, looking at the man's wide smile.

??? : "Don't you want to know where he is?", the Man finished off.

In the picture, was Jin Tae-Jin chained to the floor, missing an arm, severely injured...

Mori : ".....", before Mori could talk....

BOOOOOM!!

A man wearing a Black Hoodie, a White T-Shirt, and Black Pants, appeared out of nowhere, before he bashed his knee into the unknown man's stomach....

<Renewal Taekwondo : Baekdu>

The man was catapulted into a building, destroying it in the process. Looking at the man standing next to him, Mori smiled, "KATSUO!", He shouted, before charging at Katsuo...

Jumping on-to Katsuo, Mori began laughing. Seeing his happiness, Katsuo couldn't help but show a small grin, "Get off of me Mori~", he stated, before pushing Mori off of him.

Mori : "Sorry~ Sorry~", he said, whilst he rubbed the back of his head.

"It's fine.", Katsuo retorted, before he listened to Mori's non-stop questions...

Mori : "Where have you been? What happened to your eye? Why did you attack that guy? He know's where my grandpa is", he said all at once.

SIGH!

"I had to go because something happened. I attacked that guy, because it was an obvious trap, and.....I don't want to talk about my eye", Katsuo uttered, before he clutched his eye, as he began to think of something unpleasant.

Mori : "....Ok!", he shouted, not wanting to pry on what happened to his eye.

Looking at how easily Mori decided not to pry about what happened, Katsuo smiled before he chuckled, "hehehe~, you never change do you Mori~".

Mori : "Nope!~", he retorted with a bright smile, before the two walked together.

The two talked for a while before they reached Mori's house.

Mori : "You can live here like old times, it's alright!", he said with certainty and a smile.

After a while of deliberation, Katsuo decided to take his offer and live there for a while. He didn't bring his clones with him, as that would cause Mori to ask questions about how there could be 3 of them, 'He'll know soon anyway~', Katsuo thought, remembering that Mori would awaken his memories soon, meaning he would become the, <Monkey King>, again.

'It's not long now~', he thought, pondering about the numerous threats that awaited him in the future. Before he thought about the 'monsters' he met 'that day', 'I'll kill you all', he thought, as countless people flashed in his mind.
