~ 4 Years 8 months ~

We started to study education in this world so we can sneak into the school either as a student or teacher. Well, that's what my spirits told me at least so I can blend in with the society. We also started to recruit some orphan or poor people so they can fight alongside us. Like some sort of an army, I also discovered that the more we increase in spirit ranks the books of the gate ( the tutorial book which shows the world info like in the previous 2 chapters) get more information and it started to spew something like "Great war" "Another war is coming soon." "Beware of the infinity." Anyways ignoring that we're enjoying our time as we grew comfortable with our current style of living.

~ 5 Years ~

We're currently having holidays from training. We decided that we'll go to Kyoto since there's a lot of fun to do and according to the book Kyoto is the base of the Youkai faction. We were having fun and was currently enjoying our time when we saw a pregnant woman being chased by several rogue exorcists and stray devils. So we decided to give a chase and help the pregnant woman. After a good amount of time between chasing and battling, we finally killed all the stray devils and rogue exorcists and we're currently having a conversation with her.

"Are you okay ?" I asked as if it's a normal thing to do after slaughtering several people and my body is still covered in blood. Wuhan and Xue are clearing the area and make sure nobody notices something out of the ordinary. Luckily it's near midnight which means a lot of people are asleep. The woman just stared at me and I realize my bad manner and recollected myself and coughed. "Ahem, sorry for that my name is Song Hino. My two friends are Song Wuhan and Song Xue." The woman then nodded and said, "My name is Yasaka." the woman just kept staring at me.

The silence kept on for several seconds and when I wanted to speak suddenly a few people appeared and surrounded us. We put ourselves in a defensive formation but then Yasaka just glare at them and they started to retract their weapon. She then invited us to visit her place which we happily comply. There we talk about several things and we just found out we saved a leader of the youkai faction and It gave us several privileges. So with our holiday in Kyoto, we suddenly have the backing of the youkai faction.

~ 5 Years 10 months ~

Right now we're quite nervous. Why did you ask? well, let's just say after the event 10 months ago we got closer to the youkai faction especially Yasaka. So we kinda move to Kyoto from Kuoh as a temporary base. While we would still return but it's not going so soon maybe months or even years but who knows. But right now the most important thing is that Yasaka is giving birth right now as we're really nervous especially since we're deemed as her child godparents while me being her father. When she said this I blushed a little while Xue and Wuhan are laughing their ass off. Much to my embarrassment.

Remembering that event, I swear when we go to train I would increase our training regiment. Suddenly both Xue and Wuhan got some chills 'Hino is definitely planning something and it isn't something pleasant.' We're walking around the room and then we heard the cry of a baby. The doctor opened the door indicating that we could enter and we rushed inside seeing a healthy yasaka with a baby in her embrace. She then smiled towards us and asked as her godparents and father what is her name. We already discussed in and decided regardless if it's a boy or girl her name would be Kunou.

She then smiled and kissed her baby in the cheeks and the baby smiled the drifted to sleep. I had reached rank 51 while Wuhan and Xue reached rank 50. It hadn't increased as much but with the sparring, we do with the youkai it was worth it and we also learned senjutsu and Touki. We don't know how we managed to learn Senjutsu as we're not youkai but we did it anyways and we also learned some stuff about magic.

~ 6 years 4 months ~

Now our small faction called the ST (Soul tree) [Don't yell at me for my stupid naming senses] has joined with the youkai faction as a small division which means even if we're still small we had the backing of the youkais which mean the Shinto pantheons as well. Which make some other factions interested in us and started collecting some information about us mainly 'how could such a new and small faction convince the youkai to make them a division in their ranks.' Well, it's nothing concerning as we're the real leaders there's someone posing for us in the faction. We also started training and maybe will go to seclusion for a good while. As we are torn between getting stronger or find out about the other keyholders.

~ 6 years 6 months ~

After some time pondering the decision we decided that we needed to focus on our cultivation so we would go to seclusion in the Two sun realm. Well, we needed to tell Yasaka first about our decision and I'm sure she would agree.

She did agree so we spent a few days playing and hanging out with Yasaka and Kunou. Which still a baby who still couldn't talk. After a few days pass we bid farewell to Yasaka and a few elders in the youkai faction. Before we go she gives me a hug which I returned to her. After a few months being with her, I found myself being attracted to her not as a woman but as a mother. I think that it's because I wasn't having parental love for a long time well Wuhan and Xue didn't have this problem as they saw me as a person which they could rely on. She notices this decided to adopt me in name well there's no legal form or anything.

It started when I accidentally called her 'mom' and not Yasaka which caught her interest so she said to me that she would be my mother as long as I wanted. I cried hearing that and was caught on tape by Wuhan. When I found out let's say that he didn't end up well as he was bedridden for 3 days. Xue did reprimand me for doing so but still gives me thumbs up. Back to the present, We're saying our goodbyes and hold up our fingers and suddenly we disappeared. Much to their surprise well except Yasaka as I told her that the ring on our fingers could teleport us to a personal dimension and we needed to find 2 more of such people with a ring like this on our finger. She said she would help us but when she wanted to use her faction to search for it I told her to do it discreetly and told some of the most trusted people she had to help her. Much to her displeasure, then we told some bullshit such as it could potentially be dangerous as there're dozens beings locked inside which was on par with ultimate devils and archangels so some people could misuse the true purpose of the rings and the ring is soul bound but could still be triggered without the user consent it 3 of the keyholder was present and put their index fingers in the air at the same time. Luckily she bought the lie and we prevent unwanted attention from searching people with rings on them that looks like ours.
