Chapter 13 :Rebirth

When i opened my eyes i found myself in a house.My dress was changed.I was wearing a saree.It is an old house with a roof of dry grass.The walls were made with bamboo sticks,mud and dung.I felt very frightened.My tears were ready to fall from my eyes.I can hear the footsteps of someone coming into the room.I cannot see them clearly with my watery eyes.I just wiped my tears for a clear sight.He was Rahul.I thought that i was dreaming.I wiped my eyes again.He came and sat beside me.He was about to say something.I embraced him,his presence put new life into me.....where did you went?...I taught you left me alone..... please dont leave me.....I love you and I cannot imagine my life without you.My tears started to flow.

He took my face into his hands and wiped off my tears.Looking into my eyes,he asked me with a sweet voice "did you just proposed me?"I know he was teasing me.I just pushed him back with my hands and tried to turn out from bed but he grab my hand and pulled close to him.He hugged me.I just melted in his warm embrace.He started to kiss my neck by saying" You said not to leave you alone.Now you are pushing me...I will never leave you...I love you so much Hazel.Now have some food and rest for a while."

He handed me a boul with sorghum soup.I asked him weather he had some.He replied that he would have it latter.I took a spoon full of soup to his mouth and asked him to have it.He smiled and had it.He took the bowl from my hands and started to feed me.I asked him "how did you find me?" He said "when i came to my sences i found myself in the chilli field next to your grandpas cotton field.I started to search for you.You were lying in your field.Tears from your eyes were continuously flowing through your cheeks,your body was very cold.So,i changed your dress to keep you warm so that you can recover fast."

I was terrified and said "what !!you changed my dress?" Rahul smiled and said "ofcourse,I changed your dress.How can I allow someone else to touch my wife." I felt very shy and uncomfortable and aim my head down to avoid looking at him.He raised my head holding my chin and kissed my forehead and said "it is true that i have changed your costume but in a blindfolded condition.I swear,i didnt looked at you."I gave him a smile.

We both had our food.Rahul asked with an exitement" Do you have any idea about where we are now?"I didnt had any clue about it.I answered him "no!!where are we?" " This is my home."he replied with a great exitement.A women came with some medicines in her hand.She was young, looking very beautiful in a cotton saree.She introduced herself as Diya and her husbands name is Radha.She said "how are you feeling now?You are lucky to have Rahul as your husband.He was very worried about you."I looked at Rahul and smiled at him and answered her that I am completely fine now.Diya handed those medicines to Rahul and said "give this medicines to her after some time." and she left us alone in the room.

I asked Rahul about grandpa,Sam,Reena and Mona.He said" they were in the hospital when we used the the time machine so they would have landed in the same place which is in the town.Dont worry they will be hear soon.Until then we will stay hear with my parents."I can undestand his happiness.He lost his parents in a very young age, being alone with no one around is very painful.

Rahul said "Hazel,did you heard what my mom said.....that you are lucky to have me as your husband" I know he wants to tease me but I love the way he teases.I teased him by saying "you are not my husband.We are not married yet." He said with a smile "who will dare to marry you in my presence.I may not be your husband now but I am the one who will marry you."He gave me my medicine.We had our dinner.Rahuls mother Diya gave us a bedsheet and left from there.
