Same Page Part Two

Felix didn't really know how to address Raheem, so he went with the casual approach.

"That was a lot of bombs you dropped last night. You could have given a man a heads up." He awkwardly chuckled.

Raheem understood why Felix was so stiff and just went along with the flow. "Well, I figured I would just make a splash before the actual bombs start dropping." Felix laughed it off at first, but then he got serious.

"Give it to me straight, Raheem. What and who are all of you? I know for a fact that the woman and the blonde haired man aren't humans. I don't smell anything close to a hybrid, but I can smell and feel their magic. There is also the young witch who is trying to summon a fireball. Let alone all the blood I smell from that other Alpha."

Raheem didn't respond and just took out some more contracts. "Before I say anything, I need you and your pack to sign these contracts. I will warn you not to take them as a joke. They can and will send your soul to hell immediately."

"The test was mainly to see if it was even safe to mention it to you. For now, eat and rest up. If you have any questions, ask the dude in the sparring ring kicking everyone's ass. He is my second in command." Raheem left Felix there to really think about his decision. Because once they signed the contract, then there was no going back for them.

Raheem reached his spot in the woods that he carved out for himself. It was a small clearing that was near the river and a tree stump in the middle.

"System brings up the shop again this time, limit the techniques to supportive ones."

*Ding* [Shop list updated]

Dash - 30$

Sprint - 45$

Boost -175$

Enhance - 350$

The list went on and on. The prices were much more manageable. Raheem bought the technique Dash to test it out. He immediately gained the knowledge and was disappointed.

"System I can already perform this technique. It's useless. Why is that?"

*Ding* [That is because Host achieves the same results with his pressure or is also known as cultivation. Host is able to reproduce most techniques in this manner. This is also the reason why the system has never recommended any techniques from the shop.]

Raheem nodded his head in understanding and still chose to buy the skills so that he could teach the others. As they say, another man's trash is another man's treasure. He spent so much time looking through the different skills and techniques that most of the morning had passed.

"Raheem!" Stiles called as he stepped into the clearing. Only three people had access and could enter the clearing. Tatiana, Frank, and Stiles. They couldn't even bring other people in with them.

"Yeah, what's up?"

"Felix is asking to talk to you, and I might have hurt his packs egos. Not in a major way. Just shut a few of them up."

Raheem sighed and followed him back. When he returned, a few windows were broken, and some trees were missing chunks out of them. Peter surprisingly was still sitting in the meditation circle.

Tatiana was off to the side drinking and watching the show. Raheem glared at her. She held her hands up in surrender and went inside the house. Scott was there on the ground trying to get up. The girls and Blake were nowhere to be found either.

He looked at Felix and didn't say anything.

"Hey, don't look at me. The kid on the ground started it. He came inside the kitchen while my pack and I were eating and discussing our next moves."

Scott stood up and charged at them again. Stiles grabbed him and held him back. That didn't stop him from talking.

"They were talking about killing the hunter families and how great it would be if they all died. One of them even said that he wouldn't mind having a private meeting with some of them. They said they wouldn't even spare the children!"

Raheem calmly listened to him and watched as he collected his breath.

"So?" Raheem spoke.

Scott was in disbelief at his reaction.

"Where are the others?"

"They went inside the house and are probably watching us." Felix said as he crossed his arms and leaned against the wall.

"Raheem! Do you seriously not care about what they said!?"

Raheem felt himself losing patience as he talked and listened to Scott. He gestured for Stiles to let him go.

"Scott, not every hybrid has a happy life. These people are constantly moving and hiding from hunters. They are a part of a dying breed. Even if they do nothing wrong, people still hunt them down for sport. How many do you think have been slain?

How many have been raped? How many have been rejected? How many children have starved? I understand that you can never truly understand how they feel. You afterall never wanted to become a hybrid to begin with." Raheem voiced his thoughts in a distant tone. Scott put his head down. Stiles put his hand on his shoulder as support.

"Now, can someone here explain why my windows are broken and my yard destroyed?"

Stiles stepped up. "That's my fault when Scott got into it with one them I stepped in to calm things down, but you know how hybrids are when their tempers get flared up." Raheem nodded in understanding.

"Tatiana, you are in charge of fixing the windows and restoration." She groaned in response but knew it was her fault. She allowed things to get out of hand.

"Felix, did everyone sign the contracts?" He nodded his head and gave them back to him. Raheem signed his name as well. Everyone involved felt the connection.

"Great! Stiles will explain everything to you since he knows everyone personally already. Also, here are some techniques and skills hybrids are capable of using." He pointed his finger at his head and gave him the knowledge. Felix crumbled to the floor in pain.

"Opps, sorry about that. I probably shouldn't have sent all of them at once. You will be in charge of teaching the hybrids that come here later and your own pack."

He turned towards Stiles. "On the day of the meeting, you will be in charge of accepting and guiding the hunters get with Tatiana to learn how to properly be a diplomat." He left no room for discussion and immediately went back to his clearing and meditated. He wanted to learn and feel mana without relying on the system. He felt more resistance as he compressed his pressure and decided to take a break from that.
