I turned to look at Oliver immediately.
But he didn't look at me. Instead, he greeted Ivanka calmly, "Thank you for taking care of Fiona."
Ivanka smiled awkwardly, scratched her head, and said, "Not really. I just contacted Fiona last year. She worked in Connellsville before, and I had been staying at home all the time. I didn't have much contact with her."
With the same expression on his face, Oliver nodded calmly and said, "Since you have contacted each other, there will be more opportunities for us to get in touch in the future."
Oliver's tone was gentle. He seemed to be very sophisticated in social interaction. It was hard to tell that he hadn't even remembered what Ivanka looked like before he came here today.
Seeing this, the people who had just been talking to Ivanka also came over and greeted us.
