Trapped Inside a Novel as a Hidden Character

(PAUSED) One night, Faerie remembers that she wants to read a novel that was recommended by one of her students. Unfortunately, she forgets what the title was and decided to read another novel that she accidentally found on an old website. Because of how horrible the ending was, Faerie ended up leaving a review full of insults for the novel that has ended for years. It seems that this website has been dead and maybe she was the last visitor to this website. So she believes that her review won't be read by anyone. And just like that, Faerie left a review full of gag nonsense. "The worst ending in the world. If you, readers, agree with my opinions, gimme a million likes! Maybe there's a miracle for me to be transmigrated into this novel so I can change this shitty ending to becoming the best ending all of the time!" And now Faerie regrets her review that night. Faerie did transmigrate into the shitty novel by its writer who proclaimed to be a God. And her bad luck didn't end there. Faerie now possessed a hidden character's body whose destined to die at the hands of a tyrant. Now, what is Faerie supposed to do to change the shitty storyline into the best ending all of the time, and return to her life on Earth? --- Author's note: Related to chapters 01-13 which explains how the MC was able to enter the novel's world and why she was obliged to sign a contract by the Goddess with the reward: 'her life in her original world'. At the start of the story, I purposefully do not shorten and write in detail. That's because I want readers to feel the MC's mindset shift after meeting and interacting with all of the novel's characters, which was initially just focused on how to accomplish the contract. Although I am aware that you may become bored while reading 01-13, I encourage you to continue reading! Cause I am certain that this novel will not bore you! 011 - The Beginning After The End (11)

"Yes?" Faerie raised her eyebrows.

"It's a Faerie body. Faerie Voller Randell."

"The hidden Princess who will be killed by the first Imperial Prince, the main character in this world."

"Faerie Voller Randell?" Faerie quickly tilted her head in astonishment upon learning the name of the body she entered had the same first name as her.

Her name is not common, but that doesn't mean no one is using her name. Considering that the meaning of the name Faerie is meant as a fairy. Certainly, there will be others who also love fairies, just as her parents gave her the name 'Faerie'.

"Did you intentionally get me into one of the so many characters, ah, I mean, someone with the same name as me?" asked Faerie with an innocent face.

Faerie did not listen to God's last sentence. No. Faerie listened to every sentence that God spoke very clearly.

However, she decided to pretend not to listen. It was because she thought her ears must have heard wrong.

Faerie Voller Randell.

It was the name of the poor Princess who will be killed by the first Imperial Prince, the main character of the novel world that Faerie was currently entering.

The poor princess was thought to have been killed by a shipwreck but was hidden by her parents.

Faerie doesn't know what happened because it wasn't told in the novel, but suddenly the poor Princess was brought to the Moel Empire by the second Imperial Prince during the next Emperor's coronation ceremony.

The end of the poor princess was death.

If she had entered the body of the poor Princess who was destined to die, then this contract was already considered a failure.

Which God would be willing to make a contract with someone, and which one would be to their detriment later on?

Of course, there will be Gods who have such pleasure. Perhaps rather than a majestic and holy-looking God, a ruthless Demon is more suited to it.

Faerie smiled sweetly. She felt very calm and not afraid at all.

It was because she believed that the God in front of her was benevolent, considering that the God earlier healed her as an apology.

There was no way God would make her enter a body destined to die.

'Maybe it's true that the name is the same, Faerie, but it must be the other Faerie, not Faerie the poor princess!' Faerie thought, trying to comfort herself.

However, what broke her spirit was none other than the God she considered benevolent.

"No. The name Faerie in my world there is only one person." The God answered in an even tone, as if not noticing Faerie's expression which was slowly starting to change.

God repeated their words as if on purpose. "The princess that the first Imperial Prince will kill."

"Princess Faerie."

"Don't tell me you don't know the names of people in my world? That's too much." The God sighed in disappointment because of the attitude of their contractors who seemed to underestimate the world they were observing and guarding.

"It can't be like this! I will give you brief guidance before you meet all the children in my world!" The God began to seem excited and talked at length about their world and its contents.

Unlike God whose voices have various emotions. Faerie stood up straight while looking at God without expression. She didn't listen to anything God said.

Faerie felt her feet, which were currently on the floor, suddenly felt like they were floating in the air.

Her mind, especially her brain was working hard to digest the words that God had spoken

"The princess who will be killed by the first Imperial Prince."

The words God spoke kept ringing in her head. Her head was constantly working hard to interpret whether there was some kind of secret code behind that shocking sentence.

'Could it be... Am I going to become the maid of the hidden Princess?!' That was the conclusion that Faerie came to after her brain worked hard to decipher the hidden words that God had spoken.

Faerie smiled in relief as she thought about that. At least she had the advantage if she became the maid of the poor Princess.

She could prevent the Princess from being taken away by the second Imperial Prince, that way the coronation ceremony of the next Emperor, the first Imperial Prince, would not fail, and the first Imperial Prince, aka the main character, would not become a tyrant.

'Good plan!' Faerie cheered with joy when she realized that what she was doing later turned out to be very easy

At the time.

Faerie stopped cheering in her heart.

It was because Faerie remembered something strange in the body that Faerie was currently in.

The mansion was large and spacious, complete with luxurious rooms worthy of a wealthy aristocrat.

Incomparable appearance and beauty, which is common for Princesses and Lady from noble families.

And the last... Faerie spontaneously touched her neck. Her whole body shuddered as her fingers touched her slender neck.

"Lord God!" Faerie suddenly shouted.

The God, who was busy explaining this and that about their world, was shocked by the Faerie who suddenly cried out to them. "Y-Yeah?"

"Why did this body hang itself?" Without hesitation, Faerie directly asked her.

God immediately gasped when she heard the question that Faerie threw without the slightest fear.

"A-Aah... You ask why? Of course, I don't know. Even though I'm a God, I don't have the free time to observe everyone. I only look at the important people." God complained with a face that seemed to be experiencing quite severe difficulties.

'Then why did you make me enter this insignificant body?!' Faerie wanted to shout that phrase full of annoyance, but she had to stop her intention.

It was because she listened to the next sentence of God.

"But ... if you ask why... The purpose of the hanged man... to commit suicide, right?" The God answered with a questioning tone, but Faerie could feel an aura of emphasis in which the figure in front of her did not accept the words being doubted or questioned by a pebble-like herself.

Faerie swallowed her saliva while groping her neck which was no longer painful, but somehow the feeling of being 'hung' was still clearly reflected in her mind.

'What happened until 'you' did that?' Faerie wondered, but unfortunately, no one could answer her question.

'Cause, she's gone....'

Suddenly Faerie felt her heart, especially her heartfelt cramped. Did her illness from her original world also move here?

'Haha, that's impossible.' Faerie hastened to refute her thoughts.

The gods folded their hands with serious faces as if analyzing Faerie's thoughts.

"Faerie."

"Y-Yeah? Uh, are you calling me or are you talking about this body?" Faerie confused herself because her name and the name of this body are the same.

"You." The God raised their index finger, pointing at Faerie.

"No need to think too hard." Their voices were flat and dignified as usual, but this time they sounded quite warm.

Faerie looked at God whose whole face was still covered with light. Although not visible, Faerie felt that God was smiling sincerely.

'As I expected, God must be a benevolent person!' Faerie was excited and full of hope when she once again realized that she had made a contract with the right God.

"Because you won't die except for two things. So you can rest easy as long as you complete the contract in my beautiful world."

"H-Huh?"

It wasn't even a minute before Faerie praised God, but it was also God who made Faerie have to rectify her sentence and curse again in her heart.

'Damn it! *contains rude insults that are not worth writing*'

Since entering, no, since meeting the strange and ugly black ball claiming to be a God, Faerie's portion of harsh cursing had somehow grown.

How can a Lecturer like herself constantly utter harsh curses?

Faerie had to finish the contract immediately before she was affected any further.

'This black ball is a bad influence!'

Faerie wanted to continue badmouthing God, but she was forced to stop it when God suddenly said something to her.

"Don't you want to know?"

"Yes!" Faerie answered immediately. Indeed, she was curious about 'death except for two things that God kept mentioning.

God smiled. They snapped their fingers once and two white lawn chairs complete with a round white table appeared in the empty courtyard.

The place that Faerie thought was a holy temple was empty despite its size. It contained only a large statue in the middle, near the altar.

"Let's sit down."

Unable to refuse, Faerie sat down at the place God had prepared so easily.

"Hm... I feel like something's missing... Ah! You, humans like to sit around eating and drinking, right...? What a hassle."

God complained again when they managed to sit in elegant positions. Once again, the God snapped their fingers and a set of tea sets appeared, with pastries.

They are like having a picnic while enjoying the calm atmosphere that surrounds them both.

'Picnic...?'

'What the f*ck are you doing, Faerie?' Faerie cursed herself again.

Faerie doesn't even feel hungry or thirsty at the sight of warm tea or the sweet smell of pastries served before her.

"I recommend eating these foods and drinks, even if only a little."

'Cake from God....' Faerie immediately frowned when she thought of that. But she quickly put in a piece of cream cake without any hesitation. She ate it so fast, it was as if she didn't chew it but just swallowed it.

'No taste at all. I wasn't even surprised to feel that the food given by a great being like a God could be this bad.' Faerie unknowingly insulted God in her heart again.

Faerie switched from a cream cake to a beautiful, still steaming cup of clear green tea. It looked very tempting and made Faerie gulp again.

Suddenly she felt very thirsty.

Thus, Faerie carefully started drinking a cup of hot tea. Silently, she took a sip and began to enjoy the taste of the tea which warmed her whole body.

"It feels soothing." Faerie didn't feel anything special other than a warm and comforting feeling.

'Probably just regular tea.' That's what Faerie thought.

When Faerie was about to enjoy the hot tea for the second time, the God who had been watching her eat and drink in silence all this time, like a parent watching a child eat, suddenly opened their mouth. "Cute."

"Eh?" Faerie was shocked and looked at God in shock.

The God moved their hands as if gesturing for Faerie to ignore the word earlier.

"I'll continue the conversation earlier." God placed their hand gracefully on the round table.

Faerie had to turn her gaze to another direction, so as not to be fascinated even by just seeing the shape of God's hand which looks very beautiful.

In order not to look too nervous, Faerie deliberately pretended to drink hot tea while quietly listening to the words of God.

"You can't die."

"How can you die when the storyline hasn't started yet?"
