Siteseeing on the Mother Ship

After asking the guests to assemble outside the hostel in 20 minutes, Dhoop left the dinning room.

Aarti and Sherpa asked the children to visit their dormitories for a quick fresh up/ visit the washrooms etc and come outside the hostel.

As Dhoop had said two flying cars came which would seat 5 persons each. They were driven by Robots. As soon as the cars arrived, Dhoop also came outside.

"He must have been directed by one of the members of the Administrative Council to ensure that all climbed abroad safely," mused Aarti.

Sherpa looked at Aarti and was able to guess what was going on in Aarti's mind or he was a good judge of the expressions chasing each other on her face.

Soon they were off and as they had observed while they were on the Magical world, these flying cars flew above the tree tops. 5 persons could be accommodated, hence 2 cars had been called for to take them to the main garden and shopping area.

Within 10-15 minutes, the flying cars came to a hault near the main Garden adjacent to a huge golden gate. Everyone alighted and proceeded to enter through the open gate. Inside Guy an Ken were waiting for them to take them along to do a bit of shopping.

"Good morning everyone! " Exclaimed Guy, though he was addressing everyone but was looking at Tina.

All of them looked at each other grinning ear to ear. They all knew that Guy had a soft corner for Tina. But, was it just a passing phase? Were they actually attracted to each other and did they have the guts to go against all odds to cement the relationship later into matroimoney ? Only time would tell.

Tina was thinking that Guy was making her feel embaressed in front of her friends. She liked Guy but she had to complete her studies and had no intention to get involved in any sort of relationship with him at the moment. "I will need to meet Guy alone today during this siteseeing trip and explain to him that he has no business to be so gaga about me," she thought.

"Furthermore, I need to complete my education and if possible finish college too, it is too early for me to get into these things at present." she thought.

"On the other hand, where am I likely to meet such a handsome and intelligent person back home, it is impossible, as no country on Earth has achieved such advancement in space travel, inhabiting other planets, spaceships." she further thought and was in dire straits.

"Whatever it is I need to find a middle path so that I can study and complete my education, and also not lose such a nice person who is genuinely interested in me." were her final thoughts.

Everyone was enjoying a walk in the garden which was lush with greenary. In the middle of the garden was a huge fountain, which was throwinwhich.

Soon they entered the shopping area and Guy handed all of them something that looked like credit cards, but the material was not plastic and it had a fragance and reminded one of a field of lavender. They all looked at each other and then at the credit cards.

"These cards are our credit system which we use to purchase things," Guy said smiling at their surprised expressions.

"Furthermore, these are valid throughout our world of Titan as well as all our mother ships and on certain planets where we have entered into treaties for equating our credit system with their currencies," he added.

"It is like in your world you have different strong currencies."

"Earthlings are divided into countries but in the Universe, each planet is one and not divided into countries."

"The same currency is used on the entire planet by all the inhabitants, as a matter of fact, on the Magical World we have a treaty for acceptance of our credit system."

Soon they were marveled upon seeing the things being sold. The boys made a bee line for gadgets and the girls went over to check out the jewellery items.

Sherpa, Aarti and Guy were left in the middle wondering where they should go. Sherpa decide to watch the boys and Aarti decided to go with the girls but Guy wanted to talk to Tina and wanted to help the girls in selection of the things they wanted. In this way he could talk to Tina.

"Aarti !, please go with Sherpa as you both together can watch over the boys and ensure they do not get into any mischief. Boys tend to drift to other shops and two persons are needed to handle them."

Aarti was happy with the idea of being with Sherpa.

"Ok, I m going," saying this she followed the boys and Sherpa who were entering a gadgets shop.

Meanwhile Guy happily followed the 4 girls into the jewellery shop and saw that they were already admiring various items.

He talked to the sales women there and informed them that they were guests from Earth.

The sales women were taken aback, they had the impression that people on Earth were not as advanced as them.

The jewellery being displayed were from various planets. Some of the items were extremely fragile, like handle with care. Each one of the girls chose an item for themselves and another one for their mothers/ sisters etc.

Tina was also trying to select something but she wanted things for all her family members, her father , mother and her younger brother. Guy decided to help her.

"Please pay with your credit cards." Guy addressed the three girls.

"Tina is still not able to decide what to buy so I will help her."

"You please stay put after making payment and we will join you all," he added.

Guy made his way to the counter where Tina was busy selecting jewellery.

"What are you looking for exactly?" Guy questioned Tina.

Tina was startled, she never expected that Guy would approach her so soon to try and talk to her. She had figured out that he wanted to speak to her today only.

She got her wits together and responded," Nothing much, just wanted something for my mother and father as well as my younger brother."

"These twin rings embedded with diamonds will do for your parents, no, they are not expensive." Guy said.

"Here is a nice bracelet for gents, it has polished multicoloured lava piece as the centre stone."

There is a chain that can fasten it to the wrist, I suggest that you take this for your brother."

"He will love it, as it comes from his would be brother-in-law," Guy replied with a mischievious grin.

"By the way, the planet from where this lava piece came from, is no longer in existance."

Tina was fuming, "What is this Guy upto ?" " I have not even talked to him properly, in fact, I hardly know him and he thinks I am his future wife to be.?"
