Chapter one
I jolt awake. I clench a hand atop of my rapid heart beat. Who was that! I think flustered. The thought of the silver haired man flys back into my mind making me groan. 'Who ever he was he was hot!!' I hear my cat say cheekily. 'Oh shush!' I scold.
My brother knocks on my door. "Y-yes?" I ask still slightly flustered. "You okay?" He asks opening my door. "Y-yeah just a wild dream! sorry if I woke you.." I sigh. "Nah I was actually about to come get you...pack training's in a few minutes..." he led on. "Your kidding me!!" I shriek. I fumbled out of bed and look at my clock. It was indeed 6:30. "Oh no I'm gonna be LaTe!" I say as I run to my bathroom.
I take a quick shower and change. "You did that in like 0.4 seconds.." My brother says shocked. "Yes, yes now let's go!" I say as I drag him down stairs. "Hold on sis, your gonna yank my arm off!!" He screeched. "It'll grow back now let's go!!" I shout. I dash off to the field. I arrive just as the alpha gets there. My brother panting beside me.
"It wasn't even that bad of a run.." I say as I look at his tall bent over form. "You....a-are...a...different BREED!!!" He yelled as he fell to the ground. I shrug. "Listen up teens!" The alpha yelled in his alpha tone. I immediately turn my head. I'm an omega meaning I'm good at running hiding and taking care of children. I'm a cat. As a lot like to call me a cat-shifter.
A lot state that they shift into these huge tall cats like tigers and jaguars but Me I'm just a tiny white cat with Heterochromia. I have a light icy blue eye and a red/brown eye. I'm the only one that know's this. I don't and never will shift in front of anyone. If I did I'd be killed or maybe turned into a pet.
The alpha is a sadistic tyrant who takes what he wants. He's a tall sandy brown haired man with intimidating black eyes. He was cursed at a young age making his eyes as dark as an abyss and his soul as icky as black tar. He hates everything and everyone. He even forced marked and mated with his mate.
Luna Isabel is a kind woman but when it comes to her first born and mate she hates them. I understand her mate but her pup...I just can't. He's a 14 year old in this group. Due to his alpha gene he's at the front of the class. I admire him. He's strong, handsome and an alpha to be. What is there not to like. Luckily he got his mothers attitude.
He's a tall tan skinned guy with dark green eyes and dark brown hair. "Today we will be battling....a very well known practice for those of the boys. Females will be participating today. Objective: win...no rules let start." The alpha said as he turned. This battle gets gruesome especially when someone gets hurt. "Stay away from guys you know you can't beat okay?" I say to my little brother.
He was a good inch taller but I'm older by 12 months. We line up and battling begins. Maria and Jax are the first contestants. Maria and Jax circle each other. Jax shifts giving Maria a second or two to attack. She grabs his neck chocking him till he passes out. Rule one:never shift in battle unless you came shifted. Next is my brother an nexus. Thank goodness there both 15. They both grin.
They're great friends and love fighting and wrestling. They roll around a bit and both shift. My brothers brown blonde fur shining in the sun. I'm extremely proud of his coat. After a good wash and condition it was as if brand new. They nip and bite just a bit of child's play then actually start. My brother and nexus growl at each other. There eyes know a golden bronze. That meant they gave control to there wolves to find out who was stronger. After my brother comes out as winner they trot off probably to get clothes. I was next and going up against..... marcus!
