Yui looked surprised, but she didn't seem angry or upset. Instead, she took a deep breath and put a hand on Kazuki's shoulder.

"Kazuki, I don't know what kind of relationship you have with the Demon King, but I do know that I care about you. You're my friend, my student, and... something more," Yui said, her voice soft and gentle.

Kazuki looked at her, surprised and a little bit hopeful.

"Yui, what do you mean? What are you saying?" he asked.

"I'm saying that I have feelings for you too, Kazuki. I've been trying to tell you all day, but you've been so distant and distracted. I didn't know what to do," Yui said, looking down at her feet.
