"It is wrong to eavesdrop on others' conversations lady Eleanor." I paused at her words turning around gently to meet her gaze. The sad blue eyes I once saw that night had now been replaced with red eyes that glowed beneath the candle lights.
She is a vampire after all.
"No my queen, Princess Eleanor and I were just walking through this hall heading to the dining room," Gandhi responded before I could say anything.
I wouldn't blame her, she had no idea I was listening to the king and queen's conversation.
Knowing their plans now made me furious. I hated that they were planning on using Leviathan again as everyone else had done.
She stared at me one more time before walking away with the king.
"You shouldn't listen to other people's conversation child." Gandhi hissed once they were out of sight. She knew after all but just wanted to cover up for me.
"Thank you."
