When I went downstairs, I had completely assimilated my memories, I looked shocked by how rich the Midoriya family are, although Izuku's father has passed away in an accident when Inko gave birth to Izuku. Speaking of Inko, She looks more beautiful and sexy than her counterpart that looks chubby and cute.

"Ne, Astolfo-chan do you excited to see what is your quirk, I can't wait to see what is my quirk, I hope I get an awesome quirk and be a great hero like All Might!" He said excitedly.
"Are you nervous, Astolfo-chan?" Aunt Inko asked me.
"I am, I hope I get a useful quirk," I replied
"Ano, Aunt Inko, what hospital that we go to quirk appointment?" I asked her
"Oh, you don't know, well, we will go check your quirk at Recovery Girl daughter hospital, if I'm not mistaken, that place name is Dr.Kara Shuzenji hospital." She said while nodding her head.
'Thank god, he wasn't the one who check our quirk.' I breathe a sigh of relief.
"Why do you ask?" She asked
"Oh, it's nothing, I just want to know who is our quirk doctor, that's all." I said with an innocent smile on my face.
"Let's hurry to the clinic to check Astolfo-chan and my quirk, I can't wait for this." Izuku said excitedly.
"Ok ok, let's go to the quirk appointment. You really can't wait huh, Izuku-Chan." She said with a beautiful smile on her face.
'huh, what the fuck is going on, why is...it..so...dar.....' I thought before I closed my eyes and suddenly lose consciousness. The last thing he heard were shouts of his name.

(3rd POV)
It's been a few hours since Astolfo passed out and has awakened his quirk in the middle of the living room. After Astolfo passed out, Inko and Izuku quickly rushed to the hospital to see if there was anything serious that would happen to him. They hoped that the sudden black-out was just a part of his quirk awakening.
Thankfully that wasn't the case, and it was just his quirks manifesting.

Opening my eyes, I could tell I was at the hospital. I didn't even have to look around because my room had the standard smell that all hospitals seem to have. The smell of medicine, death, and.....old people! I honestly don't wanna go to the hospital again! this is suck. Luckily, this is the first and the last I went to the hospital again.
Sitting up on the bed, I began to stretch my body, only for me to notice something. my chest hurt, when I looked down, I have been greeted by a pair of boobs. huh, boobs? WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK!!

'System can you tell me about Weapon Creation Power Area Negation?' I asked the system because I don't know a single thing about this power.
[Yes, host, I will explain about Weapon Creation. Host can create weapons from nothing or by shaping the existing matter or energy, they are capable of creating virtually any weapon and however many they wish. Host also can control its telekinetically. Depending on what the weapon is made of, it can possess a variety of abilities and be very effective in both offensive and defensive combat. but host cannot create noble phantasm out of the blue because host needs to train this quirk to reach noble phantasm level or fantasy-level weapon. Unfortunately, the current host can only create normal weapons that are durable enough to cut stone but if host trained hard enough, host can directly cut through a diamond easily like a butter.]
'Okay, what about Power Area Negation?'
[Yes host, I will explain about Power Area Negation. The host can cancel out the powers/quirks of others and/or their effects, making them unable to utilize their powers as long as they are under the user's focus/area. This is useful in a supportive role as it can protect the user from harmful attacks, and even possibly undo the simulating-passive alternation powers of an opponent, in turn making them powerless. This power is in the form of a nullification zone and touch. The current host capability can use this power up to 1 meter only if the host trained this power to perfection, the host can use this power up to 1 kilometer. The drawback is, your ally quirk also gets canceled although this drawback can be resolved if the host is trained to perfection.Host also can choose to permanently or temporarily remove the powers/quirks]
'Wow,' this type of power is so op although my quirk can be canceled, wait, my ally quirk, not my quirk? hey, system why did my ally quirk get canceled, not my quirk? Also, why is my Power band locked?

Anyways, I laid back down on the bed to wait for the arrival of aunt Inko and Izuku. I didn't have to wait long because minutes later I heard the door open and a small figure ran inside the room.
"Astolfo-chan are you okay! Look I have a cool quirk that I want to show you." Izuku shouted as he ran toward me while he showed me his quirk.
"I'm okay Izuku-chan, I'm fine. Wow, look at your quirk, it's pretty cool actually, is it pyrokinesis?" I asked him
"Yes Astolfo-chan, my quirk name is pyrokinesis!" he replied excitedly
"So, what is your quirk Astolfo-chan?" Aunt Inko asked.
"It's quirks actually. I have two quirks to be exact." I replied.
"Wow, so cool! So, what are your quirks?" Izuku asked.
When I wanted to answer his question, the female doctor who was in charge of me came in, she was greeted by the sight of Izuku and aunt Inko looking at me with an awe expression.
She was confused until she saw that I had activated my quirks. What I created are a bunch of weapons and also Izuku's quirk it seems not functioning temporarily.
"Astolfo, it seems like you have a rare case of being born with two quirks. One of them is Weapon creation, and the other one can cancel quirks in the distance of 1-meter radius and by touch the person body." The doctor said to me and aunt Inko.
"Thank you doctor, so he's fine to leave now?" Asked Inko with a concerned tone. Even when the doctors and even I myself confirmed that I was completely fine, she wanted to make sure and check once again. Even though I call her aunt, she still acts as a mother would to her child.
"Yup, he's all good to go now." The doctor said with a smile on her face as she looked at Astolfo.
