Chapter 120: Lorius Strength II

[Mountainous Area]

Sensing the strength within that attack, Lorius couldn't help but praise shun about it

"Hmm... nice strength! Have you been working out?"

Of course hearing that Shun also made his own reply

"Yeah... well... If I have to be honest then yeah no! I've been slacking off... does that count?"

At that Lorius then suddenly chuckled as he replied

"You have such humorous reply, maybe after this you could tell me a joke or two"

With that Shun immediately pushed himself off of him and gotten some distance in between them

At the same time both Ryze and Lux threw in their attacks right at that moment

"Lucent singularity!!!"

"Overload!!!"

Seeing that Lorius immediately puts up a crystallized barrier infront of him as he used such spell tongive him time to exit both of their range

Noticing his escape Lux immediately gathered her spells as she shot it out towards Lorius

"Light binding!!!"

"Final spark!!!"

Realizing that he has been noticed Lorius then quickly ducked to the ground to avoid Lux barrage of spells, unfortunately since they were deep within the canyon and he is located between Shun and the wall, Lux attacks then blasted the whole wall behind him causing it to collapse

Due to that Lorius immediately stood up as he made his way through the collapsing rocks while cutting down any type of rocks that came falling in his direction

In between those moments Lorius would occasionally peek at both Lux and Ryze location before imprinting their spot in  his mind

But as he made his way out of that destruction,  Shun then came in as he activated his "Ghost" spell and arrived at Lorius exit point

Raising his Botrk he then slashed his way towards Lorius and clashed with him time and time again

With that Lorius then smiled as he counter every Shun's attack and trying his best to outmaneuver him

After dodging Shun's tenth slash, he then spin around to deal a blow towards Shun's nape only to hit nothing but air

Unfortunately Shun have predicted this as much as he instantly activated his flash spell which he just unlocked moment ago, thus reappearing behind Lorius unobstructed

But just as he was about to hit him directly towards his back, Lorius then brought up his own movement spell as he phased forward thus giving distance between them, not only that but it also gave time for the latter to turn around and face Shun

Gathering mana into his sword Lorius then blasted Shun away as he detonated his explosive mana upon contact with Shun's Botrk

Due to that Shun was completely blown off his feet and crash against the wall of the canyon

Upon landing he then shot some homing spells towards both Ryze and Lux without prior notice

At that Ryze immediately  used his abilities to bring both of them out of his range

"Realm warp!!!"

Unfortunately such spe from Lorius was a type of homing, thus wherever  they go they would always be followed

Upon arriving at another place such homing spell then zoomed past their distance and instantly penetrated both Ryze head and heart thus killing him on the spot

With that Ryze was instantly brought out of the field leaving Lux as the sole champion left on the scene

But just as Lorius sent another homing spell towards Lux, Akito then came in between them as he faced lorius spell calmly

"Tomura's First defensive sword form Tamari Mizu (Still Water)"

Within his stance he immediately nullified Lorius spell this saving Lux life from such an attack

Of course such phenomenon quickly caught Lorius attention as he started casting g his next spell

"Pyro graze!!!"

Slamming his palm unto the ground he then turned the whole floor inside the canyon into a sea of fire which will became very dangerous for everyone

But as a counter to that Akito once more used his move for the second time, thus nullifying Lorius spell once more

"Tomura's First defensive sword form Tamari Mizu (Still Water)"

Seeing that being nullified even Lorius himself have to be astounded

"So even that is useless"

But as he wondered this Akito himself took the charge as he ran up towards Lorius

Of course lorius took notice of this as he raised his hand and started to cast another spell, unfortunately Shun blasted the wall behind him and came out from the smoke aiming towards his raised up palm

In an instant Lorius snapped his fingers to form a prismatic barrier around his palm thus causing Shun to fail on cutting off his hand

But Shun did t gave up dire you on 6hat spot as he quickly stood up and swung his sword directly towards Lorius face, unluckily Lorius  came up with a way to escape from this as he blinked away from Shun's range and arriving infeont of Akito just I  time to slashed out his sword towards him

Surprised by this Akito was then repelled back and crash towards some distance

During that time Lorius raised his palm towards Shun and fired off an attack

"Raging flame!!!"

At the same time Shun used one of his abilities to repell Lorius

"Flame Breath!!!"

In an instant two flames then began raging at each other as one tried to dominate the other

Due to that the temperature inside the canyon rose to an unbelievable degree that even astounded Lorius himself

Quickly ending that to avoid melting point, he then changed his spell which made the whole sky deemed for some unknown reason

"Stargazer!!!"

Soon after over dozen of hundreds of light then showered from above as if its ready to bombard the while plain in which they walk

Seeing this sight not only were both Shun and Akito were astounded,  even the whole audience and the royalties were clearly shocked by this magnitude of power

Left with no choice both Shun and Akito took cover to the rocky side of the canyon as such and attack was rained down from above

Of course since Lux was currently located in an open area, she then had no way of hiding through such bombardment thus was clearly taken out by that attack

After for more than  about 1 whole minute of bombardment, the former canyon  was so destroyed that one can't even recognized it anymore

One clear factor that some changed was that there were multiple rock slopes could be seen here and there due to the rough attacks not a few moments ago, completely reforming the terrain

The former Mountainous Area was almost razed to the ground that it could almost be called a flatten land, not many mountains were left due to the sudden attacks

With this destruction scale, it clearly showed just how strong the magic that Lorius has casted

From the audience stand many were clearly shocked by this destructive scale as the screen suddenly shifted to the Mountainous Area after skipping over the desolate Area

At first they were clearly cheering on as they witness the fight between Rosalyn and Frederick, but a sudden change occurred as both Rosalyn and Frederick suddenly stopped in their tracks and looked out towards the Mountainous Area

Curious on what could have caught their attention, the screen then shifted over the Mountainous area only to see the whole terrain being bombarded by Lorius magic

With that not only its viewers from different parts of the kingdom, but also the royalties that were present were astounded by Ascalon Academy's strength once more

"A complete Catastrophe! My god!" Exclaimed by King Hendrick

"Dear! I think we need to think this through in case that child wanted to ever be a knight for this kingdom" suggested by the Queen

"Mom's right father! That guy's strength is way beyond anyone we've ever seen" said by the second prince

"Not only him father but even the two people that the guy is fighting, since if they can survive that attack and still fight head on with that Lorius guy, then they might be monsters too" said by the princess

Hearing that suggestion from his family, even King Hendrick puts that into his lind as he nodded in agreement with their thoughts,  afyer all even he himself the king which was rumored to have an astounding magic was greatly frightened by the three people's power especially on Lorius side

For him he saw Shun as an terrifying combat mage, for Akito he could portrait himself a horrifying swordsman, and for Lorius who was clearly a monster among the three of them in terms of magic and combat experience all he could say was that this guys was clearly way over the power capacity of his own kingdom

As such the three of them which has astounding talent should have existed in an era of war, where strength is everything, unfortunately all three of them were born in a peaceful era in which there talent would only be as useful for destruction

With a sighed he then glanced at three people projected on the screen and clearly stated that the three of them were clearly in a wrong era

After that bombardment from Lorius,  both Shun and Akito then charged forward taking this chance to close in the gap, since the whole land was almost flatten to the ground thus reducing the obstacle

Seeing them Lorius  spreads out his hand and conjured thousands of light orbs and shots it out towardsbthe both of them

Seeing this Akito came in first as he quickly cuts everything in his path without any reserves, while as for shun he immediately stored Botrk inside his storage and took out both I.E and Statik to give him enough attack speed to counter such rapid firing from Lorius

In rapid succession both Akito and Shun begun their cut down as their movements begun to grow faster by the second

In one glance you could almost see there foreshadows due to how fast they execute their attacks, thus causing afterimages of their past acts to float

Seeing this not only were the audience once again became stunned, but they even wiped their eyes multiple times to make sure that they were not hallucinating, unfortunately no matter how many times they did such a thing, they would always see both Shun and Akito moving so fast creating such phenomenon

Due to that the whole crowd goes wild upon seeing that spree of movements that were so fast that even stunned all of them

At this moment even the royalties that were watching this were clearly speechless

As for the Knight's that were on patrol or on guard duty, after seeing this series of movements they couldn't even move their gazes away from the screen as if they saw the next level of swordmanship from this two people

With that Lorius then became even more hyped as he charged towards both Akito and Shun while brandishing his sword

At that instant all three of them begun vlashing against each other with movements so fast that even the screen could only portray their afterimages due to how fast they were moving

After getting repelled by Lorius once more, Akito then instantly stance himself ignoring the recoil and used his movements

"Tomura's Fourth offensive sword form 23-Pon no hakai no ken (23 swords of destruction)"

Seeing this Lorius then happily confronted him

"Muscle enhancement!!!"

"Speed enhancement!!!"

"Instincts enhancement!!!"

"Reaction enhancement!!!"

With that their attacks became so rapid that it once again became blurry to the viewers eyes

At this moment Shun came in and cut through in between them as he tapped both I.E and Statik to the ground causing huge electro magnetic field to erupt

After that Lorius happily pulled in the void he was in and started gathering power for one huge destructive spell

"Demon Kings forbidden spell: world annihilation!!!"

Infront of such attack Shun then finally used his newly learned spells to counter Lorius right this moment

"Starsurge!!!"

"Celestial Expansion!!!"

Unlike ordinary Aurelion Sol's ability accumulation, Shun's own Starsurge and Celestial expansion could already be executed in just a few seconds without accumulating energy at all

Due to that the power of sudden world annihilation and universe explosion then completely collided causing an irreversible huge damage that costed the whole realm to collapse under their power

Except for Akito who has a way to survive that, both Rosalyn and Frederick were completely annihilated as attack enveloped the whole realm thus ending evrything in it except for the three people left inside

With that the whole audience became totally speechless by that different magnitude of spell which was caused y two strong abilities colliding against each other
