Forging Equipments
(AN: I take back what I said last time. I'll probably upload daily again...but there will be times I can't upload too,)

"...You want to use one of the forges?" Hephaestus stared at the handsome young man in front of her. He was probably one of or the most handsome man she has ever seen, whether mortal or gods.
This same young man joined her familia a few days ago, at first, she was interested in his ability. She knew he was still hiding something from her but she didn't ask as she thought it was personal.
And besides, she knew this young man is not bad. In fact, he was kind just from what he heard from the girl who was always beside him, Haruhime. And she didn't detect any lies from her words.
And now here they are, the same young man suddenly asked her he wants to use one of the forges mainly used by the blacksmiths of her familia.
"Yes, I need to forge some equipment for myself. Don't worry Hephaestus-sama, I have materials to use." Kazuya said as he thought Hephaestus was worrying about the materials.
The reason he wants to forge pieces of equipment is that his katana is slowly becoming dull now since he always goes into the dungeon. It's been a few days since they joined the familia.
Sometimes he even leaves Haruhime in the care of Tsubaki, with who he got along quickly after meeting her. He already bought the Forging/blacksmithing proficiency from the system.
He got millions of points from the manga he made after all. And he also got some metals he got in his inventory, although not as good as metals such as adamantium, orichalcum, or other fantasy metals, It should suffice.
Hephaestus heaved a long sigh once again, "Alright, I'll let you use one of the forges. If that's all you can go now"
"Yes, Hephaestus-sama..." Kazuya said with a smile then opened the door, but before exiting he turned his head back, "Also, you look beautiful today too, Hephaestus-sama" After saying so he quickly left in hurry.
"That kid..." Hephaestus muttered in annoyance but her face showed a smile. It was not always she was praised as beautiful.
As other than her best friend Hestia, probably Kazuya was the only other person who would praise her as being beautiful. The other people around her were scared of her deformed eyes, after all, especially the gods other than Hestia.

Meanwhile, after leaving, Kazuya quickly went to the workshops and found a free forging room. Seeing that he quickly occupied it and took out some metal from his inventory.
Then he started forging equipments and soon the forging room was filled with the sounds of hammer hitting metals.
Clang! Clang!
Kazuya stayed forging for hours inside the room. He entered there morning and he was finally done early afternoon, just after lunchtime. Haruhime was with Tsubaki so he didn't have to worry.
Finally, after hours of forging he was done. The finished product he made was a light black armor that is a perfect fit for him. It mainly protects his torso area, from the chest down his abdomen.
It was paired with two black boots. The remaining part of the armor was made of leather. He made the armor to only protect his vital area mainly the chest while also making it easy to move into.
On top of all that armor is a black trench coat that reaches just above the back of his knees, along with two black fingerless gloves.
If some were wondering where he got the leather, well he bought it from the market obviously. He got quite the amount of Valis since he can now go deeper without Haruhime. And as for how he utilized the leather in making armor, well he learned it.
And to complete his outfit, he also forged a longsword of which are silver in color, a contrast in color with his outfit. He didn't make katana as he wanted to try a western longsword.
With all his outfit on, he fit the description of the black swordsman, well except his silver longsword. And with that, he was satisfied with his equipment.
Smiling, he admired it for a bit. "Hm, this is good. Now I can try to go deeper, I need to test it. Alright, since Haruhime is with Tsubaki I'll go in the dungeon today"

Kazuya can now be seen walking towards the tower of Babel where the entrance of the dungeon is located at. He was wearing his newly made armor, along with his sword at his waist.
"Hmm?!" Kazuya looked around suddenly for no reason. 'I did feel someone staring at me. Wait!... Oh, f*ck don't tell me, she noticed me already?! That troublesome goddess...f*ck!' He cursed in his mind as he glanced at the top of Babel tower, which is also the home of a certain silver-haired goddess.
Shaking his head to get out some random thoughts, Kazuya quickly went towards the dungeon.

Kazuya was now inside the dungeon. Under his feet was a short grass plain. The walls are brown colored with heights stretching from 3 meters and some even reaching 10 meters.
His clothes were full of blood, he held his sword in his hand while looking vigilantly. He was currently on floor 8, where the monsters are still goblins or kobolds but much stronger.
Although he was much stronger than level one or even level two adventurers due to his training, he still needs to be careful. He was alone after all, but luckily he has sharp senses, immense amount of stamina, and stronger body so he can last for much longer in a fight.
Grr!! Grr!! Grr!
Suddenly he heard some growling. He looked ahead of him and saw that a few meters away, a pack of kobolds were there. Seeing them Kazuya smirked and tightly held his sword.
The kobolds number in 10 members. Not too many for him, then the kobolds rushed towards him. One unfortunate fellow which was also the first one to arrive in front of him was quickly slashed in half.
Slash! Swoosh!
With the longsword in hand, he slashed the kobold swiftly. It was cut in half horizontally before it disappeared into black smoke.
"Come here, doggies!" With a smirk on his face, Kazuya taunted and soon the kobolds rushed towards him again.
Slash! Swoosh!
Swinging his sword swiftly Kazuya started his killing once again. Each time an unfortunate kobold nears him it gets cut quickly. But there are some who attack him together too.
"Huup!" Kazuya ducked and avoided two attacks from the kobolds. Then he used one of his feet to trip one of the kobolds. And before the other can attack he slashed his sword cutting it in half.
While the downed kobold was also swiftly slashed by him, splattering its blood on Kazuya. Those two were the last remaining kobold.
Just after he finished, another group was spawned by the dungeon. Seeing that, Kazuya readied himself again.
"Heh! Looks like I need to stay here for a few hours. Ah, maybe I can only go home for dinner" He muttered before rushing in to kill the monsters that appeared.
