After staying at the Kawakami temple for a few hours, Kazuya soon left. While after Kazuya left, Tesshin and the others are the only ones left in the room.

"Do you know him, old man?" Momoyo asked, she was probably the only one who would call Tesshin like that.

Tesshin rubbed his beard, "I do know something about him but I can't tell you."

Hearing that they were surprised. Yamato couldn't help but ask in curiosity.

"But why Grandpa?"

Tesshin replied seriously, "I just can't" he replied then thought, 'I already promised his grandfather, and his identity is special. But that old man would be happy to know his grandson is this powerful'

Meanwhile, Kazuya soon arrived home and had dinner with his family. Then he went straight to his room to meditate.

He has been meditating ever since he knew it can help with his ki control. Just then, he heard the system notification

[Quest: Build a cafe and make it famous in the area where it is]

[Rewards: 1x Gacha spin, and 100 DC]

[Failure: Host's sense of taste will be numb for 1 whole week]

"Damn, the punishment for failure is brutal. My sense of taste numbed for a week, meaning if I failed I can't taste anything for a whole week?!" Kazuya cursed when he saw the punishment.

[Host is right]

"Fuuuh, First I need to calm down. Okay, I need to do some preparation, luckily I still have money from selling the jewels." He let out a deep breath.

"So I need a place to build my cafe first, okay tomorrow I'll look for someplace. Then the staff, but what kind of cafe should I build? A maid cafe? A normal one? Hmm let's think about that.." he started muttering in a low voice.

Kazuya stayed until late at night while in deep thought. He started a rough plan in his head.

The next day, Kazuya first redeem his daily points and got a measly 10 points, after which he went out. While walking around he noticed some buildings near his house for sale.

He checked them out, of course only the size of the buildings as he can't enter due to it being locked.

And finally, he decided on a building. It was located near Nangokuren High School. The size of the building was decent, and it is a two-story building, just perfect for his plans

He contacted the number on the notice paper, which is glued to it.

Ring* Ring*

"Hello?" A voice of a man answered.

"Um, hello are you the seller of the building near Nangokuren High School? I'm interested in buying it so if your okay, can we meet up?" Kazuya quickly said his intentions.

"Yes...of course, then let's meet this afternoon at this address xxxxxx"

"Alright" He replied

Toot!

Then the call was ended. Kazuya went home to rest and change clothes. After all, he needs to be presentable.

Afternoon, Kazuya was in front of a family restaurant called Wagnaria. It was a peculiar restaurant.

There is a waitress that punches males, a girl carrying a katana, a small girl who is actually a second-year high school, etc.

Of course, Kazuya also knew this as he watched the anime WWW.Working! Entering, Kazuya was greeted by a short girl who has long, fluffy, reddish-brown hair that is tied in a ponytail.

"Welcome to Wagnaria!" She greeted him with a bright smile.

"Is this restaurant hiring underage girls?" Kazuya said as to tease her.

Hearing that Popura shouted, "I'm in high school! I'm 17!"

"Ah okay," He replied with a disinterested face of Saitama.

"Anyway, please follow me" He followed her to a free table. He then waited for the seller.

Oh right, his outfit consists of a light blue shirt, with the sleeves rolled up till his elbows, and pants with shoes for his bottom. He also wore a watch on his left wrist.

After waiting for a bit he received a call.

"Hello, I'm here at the door. Where are you?" The male voice asked

Kazuya looked towards the entrance and saw a middle-aged man holding a phone.

"I will get you now, I see you" Kazuya replied before standing up and going to the middle-aged man.

"Hello, are you the seller of the building?" He asked politely. The man turned around and was surprised upon seeing the buyer seems so young.

"Ah yes, my name is Takizawa Ryou nice to meet you" The man introduced himself and held out his hand.

Kazuya shook hands with Ryou before introducing himself too. "Kinoshita Kazuya, nice to meet you too Takizawa-san. Oh please follow me to our table."

Ryou nodded and followed Kazuya. Then the two sat opposite each other. Then they ordered food first.

While waiting the two talked about the building.

"Takizawa-san, may I know what kind of establishment was that building before?" Kazuya asked, it was out of pure curiosity.

Ryou sighed, "It was a cafe before. I own it but...things happened and I decided to close it down" He explained with sadness.

"I see" Kazuya nodded understandingly and didn't ask further. He then went straight to the point.

"Then how much are you selling it?"

Ryou was taken aback and stared at Kazuya fill with skepticism. The supposed buyer was so young after all.

Kazuya noticed his doubt and reassured him. "Don't worry I can pay as so please tell me your price"

Kazuya didn't blame him for being skeptical as it is true he is young. People will naturally be skeptical about him having that much money.

After some hesitation, Ryou answered, "I will sell it for 1 million yen, that's the lowest I go. If you truly want to buy it, I already brought the contract and deed here"

Kazuya was pleasantly surprised, "Then let's do it" They went out of the restaurant without even getting their ordered food, of course, Kazuya already paid.

They went to complete some processes like transferring the ownership of the land and building to Kazuya.

After all, was done, Kazuya transferred the money to Ryou's bank account. And with that, the first step to completing his quest was done.
