She's mine

I couldn't understand why he hugged me like that and I didn't expect him to miss me in the slightest but here he was, it was a bit weird.

"Ehm....I'm here now. Why were you looking for me?"

He let go of me and looked at me, avoiding my question completely.

"Are you hurt? We should take you to the hospital, you were shot".

In my mind, I wanted to curse so badly it was making my throat itch. I mean, is he serious right now? Would I have been alive if I didn't treat a bullet injury for months? Plus we only knew each other for a while and I'm a hundred percent sure he didn't like me.

I pushed his hand away and looked at him like someone who had lost it completely.

"What are you doing? I'm here plus it's obvious I'm perfectly fine. You can stop overreacting now".

It seems what I said brought him back to his senses a little. He quickly composed himself and the woman behind suddenly coughed which drew all the attention back to her. When I looked at Lu Jinho's face, he looked five times colder than he usually looked. It was as if he was ready to kill her completely.

I still couldn't see the woman's face properly because her head was down, her hair was all over and she was covered in a generous amount of blood.

I walked closer to her and bent to see her face properly. My eyes opened up like a big tennis ball. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It was Kim Yuri, my supposed maid haaa.

I raised her face up a little and even though I knew she was struggling not to pass out, I gave her a resounding slap which caused her to bleed from her mouth a little more. Then I grabbed her by the chin and brought my face very close to hers.

"You are mine," I said that to her with a smirk on my face. I felt her tremble in fear but I didn't care. I'd show her what it meant to betray me.

"She is mine. Find someone else to torture". I said to Lu Jinho and funny enough, he didn't argue with me. He simply instructed his men to untie her and put her in a cell. I went close to one of the guards and said.

"She must stay alive". He nodded in understanding and I left to meet Lu Jinho.

"So...did you miss me that much? Or was it because of those rumors?"

He said nothing and began to walk out of the torture house while I followed him behind. Somehow, it turns out I missed talking to him like this but right now, I was too tired to continue.

When we got outside, Joo Ah and Jagi were waiting for us. When Lu Jinho saw the tiger, he looked amazed.

'Well, it is obvious we have absolutely nothing in common'.

He then turned to me and ask "who are they?"

"Ahhh, this is Joo Ah and this is Jagi. They saved my life and I've been staying with them for a while now. But they don't have q place to stay any more so I wanted to ask if they can stay here till I get a place for them".

"Mmmm, come with me". I knew he was a man of few words, but those words were all I need to hear for now.

We went into the mansion and the scared Kay was sitting in the living room. It was as though rumors had spread about a tiger being in the house so everyone was peeking to see the beautiful creature.

Lu Jinho sat on a sofa as though he was extremely tired and then he called on the head maid.

"Take our guests to the biggest room on the east coast". She bowed a little and I was about to go with then when I heard him speak again.

"Shin Suri, I didn't ask you to leave did I?"

I turned and looked at him like what now. But his eyes were closed so there was no way he could see me. I went to the living room where he was but I didn't sit.

"What is it? I'm tired and dirty. I need to wash up you know, plus..."

"Where were you? I really tried to find you I just couldn't".

"What is wrong with you? I'm not blaming you or anything. Besides it's my fault for helping that woman out of there". He looked at me like I just said something I shouldn't have.

"You let her out on purpose? Why would you do that, I kept her there for a reason".

"I didn't know, they said you would kill her".

"It's none of your business if I kill her or not. You shouldn't have gone there at all".

"Waaa so much for, 'sorry I couldn't find you'" I said the last part in a mocking tone.

'I knew he wasn't so nice. All that was just pretense. Aishhh I almost fell for it'.

"Scold me all you want but I think I already served enough as punishment. So please I'm begging you, continue your scolding tomorrow huh, I'm very tired".

I still don't know who that woman is but I know she was definitely not a maid and she definitely didn't like Lu Jinho.

"Go". As soon as I heard that, I literally zoomed toward my room.

"Yo bro, are you okay?" Kay asked Lu Jinho after Shin Suri left.

"I need to find her Kay I don't care if she becomes a ghost, I must find her. Darn it, I should have just killed her".

"You know we can't do that yet. We need to get everything back. Don't worry, we'll find her no matter what. For now, you should go easy on Shin Suri. I'm sure you know she didn't do it intentionally".

Lu Jinho didn't say anything anymore and just stayed quiet. Suddenly out of nowhere, we heard someone scream, and then there it was, we heard Jagi growling.
