Shin Suri looked extremely pale and weak but she kept pushing on. She had exercised her muscle so much that she felt she would have a muscle pull soon and that was something she knew she couldn't afford at the moment.

I was already tired from all the training. Though this body looked fragile, it obviously had its specks. It was beyond surprising that I hadn't broken down yet, apparently, this body was way stronger than I thought. However, everything had a breaking point and I knew if I didn't take a break now, I would not be able to escape again so I decided to rest a little.

I had no idea when I fell asleep but when I heard the door open, I felt a bit relieved from all the stress, it was like I had recharged. It was a man with well-built body who came in with a maid who I recognized immediately.

"I see you are finally awake"

"I see you actually left the mansion, I haven't seen you since I left. Welcome to the party".

It was none other than my beautiful maid, one of the people who really disgusts me right now. After saying what I said, I saw her smirk.

'This b*tch sure has some nerves'.

"That is bold, coming from someone beaten and thrown in a cell. Don't worry, very soon, you'll be dead".

I didn't know why but I felt this was the only opportunity I would have to escape and to do that, I was going to use this wrench to my best ability, I don't care if she does. As a matter of fact, I'd prefer it if she did.

"Ha...Haha yahh Kim Yuri" as I said this, she looked at me and I waved at her in a way that was telling her to come closer which she did, I guess she wasn't as smart as she thought.

"I'll kill you, but that's not what's important. Do you want to know what is? I'll make sure you see me taking your daughter".

I said it in a whisper, only she could hear what I said because it was directed towards her ear and just like I expected, I succeeded in agitating her.

"You witch," she said while raising me from the floor and giving me a smooth clean slap, I could feel the hot liquid from inside my mouth. With my face bent to the side, I began laughing like a mad woman. This drew the attention of all the men who were by the door. I guess they already assumed a weak girl like me couldn't do anything, they were so confident to the point that they didn't bother to tie me at all.

"Why did you have to call your big hunks huh, aren't you confident, do u really think I can kill you?"

I felt another slap on my face, this time around, I fell to the floor. This wasn't a slap from the maid, it was one of the men who slapped me and it hurt like hell. I felt my head split into two.

'This is it, it's now or never. Shin Suri, it's time to get out of here. You can't die twice in one year'.

Just then, I discreetly took the cutlery knife from the plate the maid brought. I notice one of the big boys coming over and I knew I was more than ready.

When he came low to my level, he was about to slap me again when I use the knife with the highest force I could muster and slit his throat open. I didn't give the others a chance to think about what just happened, I took the gun on the big hunks who was still trying to survive on the floor and shot another one.

Taking his body as cover before he could fall I shot the remaining two who were there. I saw Kim Yuri trying to escape so I shot her in the leg. I heard her scream but I didn't care at all. I took the gun from one of the dead men and went to Kim Yuri.

"Don't worry darling, I won't kill you just yet. I already told you, I'll let you watch me take your daughter".

"No, no please leave my daughter out of this please".

I just smirked and looked at her for a while. I knew more would come soon since they must have heard the gunshots. I had to leave as soon as possible.

I followed the back, on my way I encountered a few men I took some down, avoided some, and fought some. I wasn't stupid, I knew I couldn't fight all of them besides, I had a bad leg.

I went towards the fence and started climbing it. I was so happy I had gotten to the top after days of trying and failing. I was about to jump down into the woods when I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my back.

"Ahh!!!!" I fell face flat into the forest and everything else was blank.

"What are you waiting for, bring her back right this instant". It was Ji Min who spoke and her men spread like wildfire to find Shin Suri.

Deep inside the forest, Lu Jinho was already with his men when they suddenly heard gunshots. He couldn't think straight anymore, he immediately went towards the area where the sound was coming from. When he got there with his men, he saw Shin Suri on the top of the fence smiling, and just like that, she was shot.

Lu Jinho just stood where he was not knowing what to do. As Shin Suri fell to the ground, she rolled because it was a sloppy ground and that was when Lu Jinho finally came back to his senses, running after her.

Unfortunately, he was too late, just as he got a tiny side of her clothing and tried gripping her better, she fell into the river right after the slope.
