I don't want you to go

"Aishh, I was worried he'd find out".

Yu Lei, Lu Jinho, and Kay were all outside the house where Kim Yuri was staying. Good thing they didn't come twenty minutes ago. We went out quickly to meet them and Yu Lei rushed towards Jagi like she was his oxygen.

"Why did you leave the hospital? You were supposed to be resting".

He said in a very gentle and loving manner with so much tenderness in his eyes. It made me look at a particular someone.

'Learn Mister. You left for days without a word and you still look so cold'.

After a while, they left and since both Kay and Yu Lei were there, they took both Joo Ah and Jagi back to the hospital. I wasn't so sure but I felt like as soon as Yu Lei touched Jagi, she looked more alive. Her pale skin was totally back to normal and her tired looking eyes looked more alive.

'No way, is Yu Lei a....aishh, Shin Suri what are you thinking huh? It's obviously just the power of love'.

After seeing them off, it was just me and Lu Jinho but it seems like there was nothing to talk about so I began walking into the house.

Suddenly, he held my hand and pulled me closer to him which made my back land on his chest.

"What are you doing?"

I asked while trying to release myself from his grip but he held me even more.

"Let's stay like this for a while".

He placed his face on my neck and inhaled my scent in a nonoffensive way. I was about to loose my mind but I put my hands together tightly so I wouldn't do anything out of control.

"I missed you".

To be honest, I missed him too but I was definitely not going to tell him that so I just remained silent. After a while, he let go of me but not completely. Instead, he turned me so I could face him.

Looking directly into his eyes, I couldn't decipher what kind of emotion it was that he was feeling all I knew was that I felt completely safe in this guys hands.

"Shin Suri".

He called my name and I looked at him more seriously than ever.

"Your contracted time is almost over".

'Wait what? Is that what he wanted to say? Aishh, what was I expecting? He is right though, I have less than a month and I didn't even do much'.

I didn't let how I was feeling or what I was thinking show on my face. I kept my expression as normal as possible.

"Mhh, that's true. I have about three more weeks and I'll be gone".

By this time, I wasn't looking him in the eyes at all. My head was down so even he couldn't see my expression.

"Can't you stay?"

I raised my head to look at him and right now, it was written all over my face that I didn't understand him at all.

"I don't want you to leave. Shin Suri, I really like you".

'He's saying it again wowshh, at this point I don't think I can keep standing.

"Will you date me?"

"Huh?"

I wanted to say something but I didn't know what to say at all.

"We...well Lu Jinho the thing is...."

"You don't have to say anything for now, I'll wait but since I'm not a really patient person, I hope you'll give me your answer very soon".

After saying this, he pecked me on the cheek and walked away. I kept holding my cheek and looking at his back like a complete idiot.

"Hey Lu Jinho, how exactly am I supposed to think straight when you've completely ruined my thinking system".

I said in a low voice and went into my room. I didn't sleep much that night.

"What is this? Snap out of it will you? It's not like he is the first guy you've ever dated so what is this? Well...he is the first guy I'm really liking ever since I swapped bodies".

For a minute, I felt it made sense so I laid back down but then I stood up again.

"But even when I was Li Meilin, I never felt this way towards anyone aishhh, this is annoying".

I said while using my hand to destroy my hair.

Just then, my phone vibrated so I took it up to see who it was. When I read the message, for some reason I felt a shiver run down my spine.

"Hello, Shin Suri, it's been a while. I'm sure you've missed me".
