Anna made use of her spoon, eating and glancing at George. Her mind was busy because she was thinking of a topic she could bring up that would interest George so much to peel him out of the mood surrounding him.
Perhaps Anna should just admit that she hated the silence and vibe. "Why are you quiet, George?" She asked.
George's eyes met hers after her question. Anna was licking her spoon as she stared back at George.
"Am I quiet?" George asked. He didn't even know what was going on around him. "I just recalled how James danced in the bar with a woman he liked," George suddenly brought the topic up.
"Who's James?" Anna asked George because she failed to understand where the name was coming from.
George smiled at Anna and lowered his head because he believed that if he answered Anna's question about who James was, she might not understand where he was coming from.
