EVENING
It was time for the date and both the couples were still in their room, staring at their outfits. Jasmine looked at hers and thought, ‘Will he like my dress? Am i looking great in it?’ She kept thinking until she heard a knock on the door. Her heart chest beating in a frantic manner, she was the one who suggested they should go out on a date but now here she is, feeling nervous.
“Jasmine? Are you ready?”
She heard Cheng say and he knocked again when she didn’t answer. She breathed in and out to calm her nervousness and told herself she could do this. It wasn’t like this was the first time she would be alone with Cheng. She walked to the door, opened it and saw Cheng, looking dashing as always
“I was worried when you didn’t answer, are you okay?” asked Cheng like a caring partner that he is
“I’m fine, I was just having a flushing out my bowel,” mumbled Jasmine
“I hope you are fine?” inquired Cheng
