Ch.3: Beginning.

Kazemi woke up to the soft feeling of jello. 'Damn! My head hurts..' He sat up while holding his head. He was in a room that looked like something a princess would decorate it to be like.

A huge bed, 2 giants windows, a waterfall that leads into a small pond with fish.. It was actually something greater than a fairy tail. 'Hm? Why is she here?'

He saw the naked blond woman sleeping on him. She was buck naked and breathing softly. 'Wait, what is here? Like, is this a movie, tv show, manga, comic, what the hell is this?' He ignored the woman and got out the bed.

He then went over to a mirror and checked himself out. 'Average height, above average looks. Silver hair, grey eyes. High school Build. Hm, I like this new body..' He flexed his muscles then looked down.

'Dayum! I'm packing..6 on soft?! Truly is a gift from God..'

He moved his hips left to right, clapping without using hands. 'In my past life, I had a skinny build. Like I could die from the wind blowing on me...' Behind him, the yellow haired doll was blushing at him clapping without hands.

"Uhm... Good Morning?"

She rubbed her eyes while Kazemi looked over his shoulder and at her. He smiled upon seeing the doll in the bed.

"Morning, lady. How did you sleep? I slept like a baby.."

He stretched out while turning around completely. He wasn't ashamed of him flashing her as their had been days where he ran around buck naked.

"Ah! I-Idiot, turn away! Your thing is showing!"

Saying that, neither of them looked away. They each had a reason to stare as they were both naked.

"Ahem. Well, anyways, my name is Kazemi. What's yours again?"

Kazemi sparked up a conversation to ease the two. They both had thoughts about last night and how they tried to kill each other. That should cause them fo be more weary of each other when in fact, it made them closer.

"M-My name is, Tory. Nice to meet you officially."

"Yeah, nice to meet you too. Now Ms. Tory, can you tell me about...everything. Like, how did I get caught up in this? Who was that panda? And why..am I here.."

He sat down on the bed while sighing. He guessed God implanted something into his head that made him worry less because he would be freaking out from being within 10,000 feet of any girl in his other life. Their was various other factors as well.

"Uhm, Tory by itself is fine and I don't know if I can tell you everything..."

She grabbed the covers to cover herself up and sat at the edge of the bed, their backs facing each other now.

"Kazemi, you..have been dragged into a game called, Darwins Game. The game is for mutants, people with powers like you and I. We play games like death matches to earn money or just for fun."

She told him the basics of Darwin Game. 'Death matches.. Like we can die from this? That's kinda...crazy, but fun. Earning money is fun!'

"How does one...become a mutant..?"

"Yesterday, did you happen to get bitten by a green snake?"

Kazemi ran through his memories. He then saw himself standing outside at a train station with a snake sneaking up behind him. He was then bitten by the snake, causing him pass out for 3 minutes, only to end up on a train.

"Yeah, I did actually."

"That snake is called, Darwin. That gives us these random powers. It also downloads an app onto your phone to participate in the games."

She sat a phone next to him and he picked it up. He then saw a app that had a black background with a green snake around the icon.

"We are bound to this game. We must fight in order to live. Once you become involved with Darwin's Game, you can never go back."

She then got up and started putting on her clothes. 'Yeah, yeah.. Killing is bad, but I don't care. Just take powers and use them to go back earth...'

"In the world, what's the estimate number of players?"

He asked an odd question that confused her. Nevertheless, she still answered him.

"The estimate for the number of players...its around half a billion players and growing.."

'Ah, so I can take 499,999 people's power? Nice..' This was excluding the doll. She...helped him in a way so the least he could do was not take her power.

By help, he meant that she told him all of this information and even spared his life back in the warehouse...for some time atleast.

"You said that we have to participate. We'll die if we don't I assume?"

"You are correct."

"Is there a way for me not to die...now? Like, I need to think some things over right now.."

"Hm? Oh, yeah. You see, when you defeat another person, you get points. 1000 to be exact. By using 100 points, you can become afk for a week without a death penalty. No one can challenge you and you can't challenge anyone. Right now, you should have 1000 points for defeating me.."

"I see. Well, thanks lady. You really...helped me. I appreciate it.."

He was already putting his clothes on while speaking to her. He had a grey hoodie and black pants followed by black boots that went up half his leg.

"Eh? Y-Your leaving already? Isn't there more you want to know?"

She didn't want him to leave just yet. She wanted to know more about the guy who managed to take her power and give it back. 'Ah, sh-she wants me...'

"Oh, there's a lot more things that I want to know, but I just wanna get some fresh air right now. Let's meet...at the park in 3 hours, okay?"

Kazemi waved at her while grabbing his phone and leaving. She stared at his back as it left her vision with a long sigh coming out.

'Jeez... He touched all over me in my sleep and this is how he repays me...' She blushed even deeper as she remembered things from last night.

Arriving outside the hotel, he saw the bustling streets of...

'Oh, this is Japan alright. Just not with the same names..'

He went over to a map and stared at it. The cities weren't named the same as the ones from his world. 'And things are more lively..' He saw people out with their families and laughter ringing out from everywhere.

'Hmm..another pixelated ground. Just like when old dude died..' He saw a grey, human shaped imprint in the ground. It was like the ground was ate out as the imprint sunk into it.

"Wait. I wonder..."

He recalled his dead friend and that he was a user in Darwin's Game. 'I wonder if I have his power. We did touch each other a lot while running away from that... Wait, do I have that panda's power as well?'

He remembered that his friend could see heat signatures and the panda could become invisible. 'If I took those powers, then I could steal anything! I just need too.... How do I use my power? I know I have to have physical contact with someone but how do I activate it..'

[Take.]

A voice sounded out inside his brain. 'Oh, no... The voices are back too? Smh, fuck man..' He sighed while looking around. He would then see a drug store and go into it.
