Then both of them averts their gazes.
Cain finally lost it. The nerves on his temples cracked as he massaged his forehead. "Your Highness," he called out, suppressing himself. "How will you be able to understand each other if you're only using your eyes?" he asked.
Riri bolted up and exclaimed. "I-It's not like that, I'm thinking! I'm thinking about what to say,". He sat down and explained that he couldn't accept the proposal of being the Prince's lover. He instead proposed something, he can just be his personal assistant. "I mean, I can heal him, right?" Riri said.
Prince Elric pondered for a second, and then he rolled back the scroll. "If you insist it like that, then I guess I will let it be. No need for something so formal,"
