Qi Feng who just got back from a patrol was welcomed by the palace messenger. The man bowed his head and handed out a white envelope. "Commander Qi Feng, I have a letter only for you" he said

Qi Feng made a puzzled face, who would have sent a letter? It's a very rare chance for him to receive such letters, usually it just came from the ladies of the royal capital inviting him for an audience, and yes, he didn't have time for things like this because staying with the Prince is his top priority.

"Who's the sender?" he asked. But the palace messenger just shakes his head saying that he didn't know. 

Qi Feng went into his room with doubts in his eyes,who would it be? He quickly tears the lid and opens the letter. The paper used was a simple white stationary, it wasn't from a royal or a noble line. It was unscented and plain.

He slowly opened the paper to read what's inside. At first he was a little bit suspicious but when he tried to read it again, a familiar handwriting quickly struck his eyes. Qi Feng was stunned at first because it was unbelievable, it's unexpected for him to send a letter like this. Besides the rumours about him are already spreading throughout the palace and city so he didn't know if he will believe it or not.

Qi Feng quickly clenched the paper and threw it into the small fountain of fire on the table as he mumbled some words "I will go"

"Hey stop roaming around! Make sure that you're walking closer to me, moron!" Yunmei snorted the moment he realized that Wei Shin was a distance away from him again, they came from the city municipality because they delivered letters. Mingxia asked his son to let Wei Shin come so that he will be familiarized with the village. 

Wei Shin quickly dashed to the worried male and gripped the hem of his tunic which made Yunmei look at him. "Why are you holding me like that? What are you? A kid?" he snorted again because he found it a little bit embarrassing.

Wei Shin clung onto his arms. "Then let me do this instead" he pursed his lips out "You know your legs are longer than mine so it's so hard to catch your pace" he snorted while averting his gaze somewhere. 

Yunmei was a little bit surprised but still managed to react "D-Don't blame me if you are too short like a crybaby, moron! Blame your parents!" he bickered but when he saw that Wei Shin's hood wasn't in his head, he quickly tugged it up to the male's head.

"Ow! Can you please be gentle to me! You almost ripped my ears!" Wei Shin exclaimed 

Yunmei clicked his tongue "Then fix your robe,idiot! Hide your face if you don't want me to leave you here alone! Hump!" he replied 

  A half smile was drawn on Wei Shin's face "But you're the one who told me to wear this big and thick robe! It's annoying!" he snorted and crossed his arms

Yunmei glared at him and gave him a light smack on the head "It's because your face is pretty and you are attracting people so much that it almost lead you to danger and I don't wa----" he paused then the redness started to crawled all over his face the moment he realized what he was blabbing about non stop.

Wei Shin on the other hand was surprised but fluttered at the same time so his eyes almost beamed the moment he heard what the male said "Am I pretty?" he asked unconsciously like his tail is almost wagging

Yunmei saw his reaction so he quickly brushed the male's face away "No! You're ugly!" he snorted "Stop wagging your tail,moron!" he added as he quickly trudged towards the small store not far away from Wei Shin.

Wei Shin was left on the road so he hurriedly followed Yunmei but when he was about to take a step, a chilly wind passed through him which made him wince and look down. Beside his feet, he saw a poster with a familiar face. He was stunned at first and because he was intrigued, he picked it up.

His eyes widened between shock and panic especially when he saw his own face imprinted on it as a wanted criminal with a lot of gold as a reward. "What is this?" he mumbled

"Oi! I told you to follow me inside! What the hell are you doing here standing like a stone!?" 

Yunmei's voice holding two pieces of bread snapped him back which made him crumpled the paper secretly behind him. "Nothing! I'm waiting for you!" he made a smile

Yunmei frowned after seeing the other male's smile like there was something in it. "Stop smiling like that, you're creeping me out moron!" he exclaimed as they both trailed the road

"Yunmei, you're so cruel!"

"Shut up!"

The moonlight shone brightly under the clear pathway, the chilly air was giving a shivering vibes through the night. Under that moonlight, there was a shadow trailing the quiet forest towards the old tower.

Qi Feng opened the old wooden door with vines and dust, a small light invaded the insides and there he saw another figure wearing a black robe. Qi Feng lit up the small lamp he brought and waited until the light conquered the small area.

"Are you the one who sent the letter to me?" Qi Feng asked as he tried to sway the lamp closer to the other figure to peek at his face but his hood was too long that it was covering half of his facial features.

The other figure just nodded in agreement.

Qi Feng then got a little bit annoyed because he doesn't have time to troll around and he was busy in the royal palace to watch the Prince. "What do you want from me?" he asked sternly 

"I wanted to see you"

Qi Feng was stunned and petrified after hearing the small voice, shivers crawled all over him, it was almost a month but he still recognized his voice. 

And before he could react, the figure in front of him removed its hood and revealed the face under it.

"It's me, Qi Feng" Wei Shin said

The silence fell into them the moment their eyes met, Wei Shin almost stumbled down when the male hugged him very tight, he could feel the warmth and longing from him.

  "Where have you been?!" Qi Feng almost exclaimed "The Prince was looking for you, come back" he added with worried eyes as he gripped the male's wrist

Wei Shin paused, he didn't follow the male and stayed in his stance so it made Qi Feng look back. "Why?" he asked

Wei Shin then slipped out the piece of paper he was holding from a while ago and revealed it to Qi Feng. It was the poster he picked up at the market with his face imprinted on it as a wanted criminal.

"I need an explanation about this first, Feng" he said
