'BREAKMETER RAISED TO 15%'

Qui Yuan froze, he could feel his heart stopped for a minute. He almost fell on the chair he was sitting on.

[Wait a minute! Is it him? Is he really saying thanks?!]

DICCU: Probably! The breakmeter just increased

Qui Yuan stood up and then he let his palm touch the male's forehead, he scanned him from head to toe "Are you okay? You're not sick?" He asked in astonishment

It was unbelievable! The cold hearted Jiang Rui just said 'thank you' to him. The man who was threatening him everyday just said apologetic words, he was so flustered that he couldn't reply immediately.

While Jiang Rui gave him a confused look "I'm fine" he said, he jolted the moment he realized what just happened so he averted his gaze to the window. His face blushed a little.

The atmosphere lightened up when the School Nurse entered the room. She smiled at them and then she gave medicine for Jiang Rui's body pain.

The school nurse glanced at Qui Yuan "You're going to be late in your second class, Yuan" she said, Qui Yuan was always visiting the School Clinic for a week now after his accident so the nurse got used to him.

He bowed "I'm sorry but I need to attend my second class now" then he glanced at Jiang Rui "I'm going to visit you after class, and don't worry...I will tell Jiwoo, if you want to see--" he froze

"Just you" Jiang Rui interrupted him

Qui Yuan's lips smirked and then he smiled "Okay! I need to go..see ya later, Rui!!" Then he dashed towards the door until his footsteps vanished.

Everyone was calling Jiang Rui by his name but Qui Yuan calling him 'Rui' without any unusual feelings are different, it made his heart ponder a bit.

"He was so worried of you" the nurse, who was disinfecting his bruises, broke the silence when she saw how flattered Jiang Rui was.

Jiang Rui lowered his head and then under that gloomy face, he smiled.

He was quiet the whole time,until the nurse finally told him to take a rest and leave him alone.

He lay down on the bed, staring blankly on the ceiling. His thoughts flew away so deep that it came to his family status, his father was an irresponsible man while his mother died from sickness. His father was a dominant one, there's this one time when he just got home from work, he was very tired that day, his drunk father greeted him at the door asking for his salary from his part-time job. Jiang Rui admits that he was not a rich kid like the other students here, the upperclassman often bullies him because of this.

He got so sick of becoming weak so he became hostile to others, but this attitude led him to Qui Yuan. His interest piqued the male so much, especially when he found out that Min Jiwoo was Qui Yuan's best friend.

After class, Qui Yuan headed to the School Clinic. He was walking in the hallway when he passed by the School Cafeteria. He saw some fresh fruits by the stall, he decided to buy some before heading to the School Clinic.

He was smiling happily when someone approached him from behind "What are you doing?!" Min Jiwoo exclaimed clinging to his shoulders

Qui Yuan jolted and then he smiled nervously "Ehhh??!! Jiwoo?!!" He yelled as he pushed the male away

"What is that? Why so many fruits?" The male didn't contain himself to asked

Qui Yuan back away and then he slightly pushed Min Jiwoo "I need to buy this because--" he stopped and then he glanced at the male once more "Uhhh…I'm giving this to a friend"

Min Jiwoo's face turned gloomy and then he frowned "You don't have any other friends"

Qui Yuan realized that Min Jiwoo is his only friend in this world but before he could think of another reason, the other male already pinched his cheeks "Tell me! Tell me! Are you seeing someone behind my back?!" Min Jiwoo exclaimed

Qui Yuan tapped his best friend's shoulder "Okay! Okay! I'm going to tell you, let me go first, my cheeks hurt!" He yelled

The two ended up going to the School Clinic..

"Why didn't you tell me?!" Min Jiwoo snorted with his arms crossed

Qui Yuan put the fruits on the table and then he parted the curtain separating them from the other side "I'll tell you, case you just preceded me" he said

"Why did you bring fruits? I'm not in the hospital...I'm going home later" Jiang Rui insisted with his brows frown

He was going to complain another word but Qui Yuan already put a piece of slice apple into his mouth "Just keep quiet and eat this" he said

Min Jiwoo saw how the two were comfortable to each other, a sudden jolt pricked his heart. He jumped in the middle of them "I want apples too, gimme some!" He exclaimed wrapping his arms on Qui Yuan's shoulder

He was always this clingy but this time, Qui Yuan felt a little bit uneasy from his touch. He gave a slice of apple to the male "Here, have some"

Qui Yuan took another slice from the bowl and then he delivered the half to his mouth. He was going to munch it all when Min Jiwoo suddenly hovered in front of him, he pushed Qui Yuan lightly until his back leaned on the table.

"I want the one from your mouth" and then without a warning, he bit the other end of the apple in Qui Yuan's mouth.

Qui Yuan's eyes widened, his heart skipped for a second when Min Jiwoo's lips touched the corner of his mouth.

He was left there speechless, he was dumbfounded. Everything on his mind went blank at the moment.

His eyes glanced at Jiang Rui, then he saw this dreadful look on his face. A look you won't want to see.
