11 Chapter 10

Aizawa's eyes widened as many people started to come out of that portal.

"I thought we were focusing on rescue. Did the training start already?" Kirishima asked as everyone was getting closer as they wanted to see what was going on.

"Stay back!" Aizawa commanded.

The students were startled.

"This is real. Those are villains..." Aizawa put his goggles over his eyes.

Everyone became startled and started panicking slightly.

On the side of the villains.

A skinny man with multiple hands over his face, neck, shoulders, and arms was the first to walk out of the portal.

Soon after, many other villains started coming out as well. It was too much to count and the number wasn't decreasing.

"Where's All Might, Kurogiri? He should be here..." The blue-haired man said while slouching.

"I don't know, Shigaraki. The schedule said there would be 3 Pros teaching today." The purple portal had suddenly revealed yellow eyes and started talking.

Shigaraki slowly started to scratch his neck, "Do you think he'll come if we suddenly start killing a few kids?"

Back to Class 1-A

The students were on edge and scared as they heard the villain's plan.

It turns out they were here to kill the Symbol of Peace.

Even the communications and alarms were jammed so they couldn't call for outside help.

Aizawa narrowed his eyes behind his goggles. There were too many criminals.

Kazuki was not going to charge head-on since that was stupid. He wanted to wait for the portal guy to come near him so he can restrain him.

'I need to get rid of that Kurogiri guy first. I don't want to be teleported somewhere else.'

"Thirteen, protect the students and leave this place!" Aizawa said before he charged toward the horde of villains.

The students were scared and amazed at the same time as they saw their teacher handle his own against the criminals.

"C'mon students. We must get to safety before the rest of the Pros get here." Thirteen instructed.

The students nodded and started following her toward the front entrance.

As they were about to reach it, a purple mist blocked their way.

"Do you really think we will allow you to escape and call for backup?" The one known as Kurogiri spoke intimidatingly as he made his body block the sight of the entrance.

Bakugo and Kirishima were about to rush him but Kazuki beat them to it. He was waiting for this moment so he used his Air Element to blow the purple mist out of his way since he knew he was hiding his physical body with it.

"W-What the..." Kurogiri was being pushed back as the wind was too strong.

'There it is.' Kazuki could see armor coming from the neck of Kurogiri.

"You brat!" Kurogiri cursed as more of his physical body was being revealed. He was then going to warp away since this was the worst possible situation he could be in. But Kazuki wasn't about to let that happen.

Kazuki rushed toward him as he used his Air Element to boost his speed. He then extended his hand as he was going to capture Kurogiri by the metal neck plate.

Kurogiri was shocked as his weakness was found so quickly by a kid no less.

Kazuki then grabbed Kurogiri's neck plate and held him to the ground.

"Uhh!"

Kurogiri couldn't move as he was being restrained by Kazuki.

He tried to resist but Kazuki had increased the temperature on his hands and was going to melt his armor if he kept moving. Some small flames could be seen from Kazuki's palm as well.

'This kid can use fire too?!' Kurogiri was even more shocked.

"Wow, Kazuki! That was awesome!" Kirishima couldn't help but say as he watched Kazuki deal with the Kurogiri with ease.

"Tch...I would've done the same but the bastard got in the way." Bakugo said under his breath with an unhappy tone.

Kazuki looked in his classmate's direction and all of them were looking at him with hope in their eyes. Well, not all.

"No way. Did he beat him just like that?" Sato couldn't believe it.

"Incredible..." Ojiro was in awe.

"It took him only a few seconds to restrain that villain." Shoji Mezo was amazed.

"How did you know that was his weakness?" Todoroki asked Kazuki with a cold voice.

"It was obvious this guy was hiding something as he made his mist form bigger," Kazuki replied. He wasn't going to deal with this ice boy.

Midoriya clenched his fists. He had One for All but when he saw a villain up close, he froze.

'What is wrong with me?! I may have a quirk but nothing's changed since the slime incident! I'm still so useless...' Midoriya berated himself in his mind.

Even Thirteen was surprised. She thought she would have to use her black hole quirk.

She then shook her head as they were still in a crisis.

"This is no time to be impressed kids. We need to leave this facility."

The students became serious again.

"Right!"

With the blue-haired villain.

"Where the hell is Kurogiri? He should've warped those kids in different places before coming back already." Shigaraki was starting to get angry.

Aizawa handling his underlings with ease wasn't helping his mood either.

Aizawa who was fighting thugs heard Shigaraki. Even though he was a little tired as he wasn't used to these kinds of open fights, he couldn't help but smile and praised his students in his mind.

Shigaraki then looked toward the front entrance and saw the situation Kurogiri was in.

Shigaraki was slightly scratching his neck, "Kurogiri, you couldn't even handle a group of kids. How useless. If you weren't our form of escape, I would've killed you by now."

Shigaraki then looked toward the creature that had a buff body with the head of a bird and with its brain exposed.

"Nomu, go retrieve that useless Kurogiri and kill that kid restraining him."

The Nomu screeched and instantly disappeared from its spot.

"Damn it!"

Aizawa was angry with himself as he was a second too late to erase that Nomu's quirk. He wanted to go to his students but these villains didn't let him.

With Class 1-A

The students had hope in their eyes as they knew they were going to escape.

Kazuki wasn't lighting up though. Even though he was restraining Kurogiri, his eyes never left the Nomu's direction.

Once he saw him instantly disappear, he knew he was about to be targeted.

Kazuki then used his Earth Element to bind Kurogiri's neck plate to the ground before standing up quickly.

Kazuki looked over at Todoroki and Bakugo.

"You two, don't let this teleporting guy escape."

"Who the hell-..."

Bakugo was going to bark at being ordered around but Kazuki had made a thick dome before he could say anything that protected his classmates, Thirteen, and the restrained Kurogiri. He also made sure that they could breathe inside so nothing goes wrong.

"This should be enough to stop any other villain from sneaking up on them," Kazuki said satisfied. All he was thinking about was not letting Kurogiri escape and Bakugo and Todoroki were the other strongest in his class.

He then looked toward the Exit door and rushed in that direction. He wanted to draw this fight outside so he could send a help signal and hold off the Nomu until the Pros arrive.

Kazuki extended his hand and blew open the door with his Air element and headed outside.

Back with Shigaraki.

"No! Nomu, get back here! You have to wait until All Might gets back!" He shouted furiously while scratching his neck.

Shigaraki could see through Kazuki's plan but the Nomu didn't recall his Master's order since it had blindly followed Kazuki outside.

Kazuki had also made sure to block out all sounds coming from Shigaraki's direction via his Air Element so the Nomu wouldn't be able to respond towards its Master.

Aizawa slightly smiled as he was handling his own. He was glad that Kazuki thought of the other student's safety.

He didn't like that Kazuki was fighting the Nomu on his own but he was still in a pinch so he couldn't go and help. All he could do was keep all the villains and Shigaraki occupied at the moment.

But being reminded of Kazuki's full abilities, he was a little reassured.

With Kazuki.

Kazuki had flown toward the location of the bus and pointed toward the sky.

Fire was shot toward the sky and a H.E.L.P signal was made.

It was big enough for the whole of U.A High to see.

Kazuki then looked toward the direction the Nomu would be coming at him from. He wouldn't be able to detect this creature's abnormal speed so he activated all his Elements and tried to sense for the Nomu's incoming attack.

Kazuki looked toward his side and pinpointed where that attack was coming from so he stomped his feet and caved the Nomu into the ground.

Half of its body was caved into the ground while his upper body was exposed.

The Nomu screeched as it was having a little trouble escaping. Every time he would break away, Kazuki would entrap him again.

Kazuki needed to stop all his movement so he used his Water Element to drown the Nomu. So he made a huge ball of Water and sent it toward its upper body.

Of course, he wasnt trying to kill this creature, he just wanted it to lose consciousness.

The Nomu was shaking its head furiously as it couldn't breathe. Bubbles could be seen from the outside as it was struggling.

Kazuki wasn't slowing down his attack either as he backed up with his Air Element to cover some distance since he was at a disadvantage in close combat against this thing.

3-4 minutes later, Kazuki stopped using his Water Element as he could see the Nomu had stopped its excessive movements and stayed entrapped without moving.

Its eyes were still open but it stayed motionless.

Kazuki had his hand extended toward the Nomu as he was still cautious.

Some sweat could be seen on Kazuki's forehead but he wasn't near his limit so that was good.

"Where's...All Might?" Kazuki asked himself as he was catching his breath.

Kazuki and the Nomu were lightened by his Fire Element as there was a huge H.E.L.P sign above them.

Kazuki was even squinting his eyes as it was too bright. But it was needed to get the message across. His hood had also been blown away as he used his Air Element to boost his speed earlier.

Just as Kazuki was thinking about what time the Pros would get here, he saw the shadow of a muscular man on the ground.

Once he saw this, Kazuki smiled as he knew who this was so he looked toward the sky and could see the Symbol of Peace landing near him.

Boom.

A small crater was created next to Kazuki.

"Fear Not, Young Akiyama! Help Has Arrived!"

"Because I Am Here!" All Might said as he wasn't smiling at all.

Kazuki finally relaxed a bit and looked toward him.

"All Might, villains have attacked..." Kazuki started explaining everything that had transpired.

All Might was yet to smile as he was hearing Kazuki.

'I should've been here sooner...' All Might was angry at himself.

Kazuki then explained that the Nomu was designed to kill the Symbol of Peace but he had stopped it and it was now unconscious.

All Might was surprised. He then looked toward the Nomu and couldn't help but smile toward Kazuki.

All Might then put a hand over Kazuki's shoulder as he noticed the kid was speaking a bit too fast.

"Everything will be fine, Young Akiyama! The Pros will get here and you guys will be safe!" All Might reassured with a smile.

That didn't keep Kazuki calm. There was still the restrained Kurogiri that needed to be kept captured.

All Might then started walking toward the USJ building as there were still people that needed to be saved.

"All Might, wait!" Kazuki called out to him.

"What is it, Young Akiyama?"

"I'll go help inside. You should stay here and make sure this Nomu doesn't return to its Master. It was made to stop you, so no other stand a chance..." Kazuki said seriously. He knew how strong the Nomu was and he didn't want Kurogiri to somehow escape.

'This thing was biologically enhanced with multiple quirks but I don't know if that was all it received. It could wake up any minute for all I know and if I let my guard down for a second, it will cost me big...' Kazuki thought deeply.

All Might kept smiling as usual, "Young Akiyama, you underestimate us Pros!"

Kazuki clenched his fists, 'This man doesn't understand! He's also at his limit so why doesn't he just stay here and keep the Nomu busy while I go back inside?!'

All Might patted Kazuki's shoulder as he could see his clear frustration.

"Young Akiyama, it's the job of a Hero to be brave but it's also okay to rely on someone when they need it. So trust us Pros in these kinds of situations."

Kazuki lowered his head while biting his lip. Can he really just leave it all to the man in front of him?

He then looked toward the Nomu and noticed it was still unconscious as it was trapped underground.

Kazuki then sighed before looking at All Might and nodding.

"I'll still go back to the building since my quirk can help the other students," Kazuki said any reason. He would leave most of the work to All Might while he was keeping Kurogiri under his wraps. It was to ensure that the teleporting guy wouldn't be able to escape.

All Might was about to reject since it was dangerous but he realized that Kazuki handled this big creature by himself. He was almost going to go back on his words earlier that it's okay to rely on someone.

"Alright! But make sure to keep yourself safe and the other students who need help!" All Might instructed. He was at his limit so Kazuki protecting the students while he was fighting would be a big help.

Kazuki nodded seriously and followed All Might as they rushed into the USJ building.
