Yuan Xi had just gone back to the dormitory after returning from the library when some girl from another room came looking for her.
"Is Yuan Xi here? Someone wants to see her. He's waiting at the East entrance."
When Yuan Xi heard her name, she automatically put down her phone and said quizzically, "That's me. Did the guy mention who he was?"
The girl shook her head. "I don't know either. Someone else told me to pass the message."
Yuan Xi nodded and thanked the girl. After the girl was gone, she pondered as she left her room.
Before long, she arrived at the school gate.
There were hardly any students at the entrance at this hour of the day, so the security guard was playing with his phone inside the security booth. Yuan Xi walked out of the school and raised her head to glance around. She promptly noticed someone standing nearby.
