Things skyrocketed after that. Every time I tried to save the previous victims of Storm and his group of bullies, I ended up with the greatest shock of my life.
It was either I find Storm joking with his friends, or I won't see any of them.
Like now, in the script on the third day of the month, Storm bullied an Omega on the roof. Though the Omega didn't commit suicide like the first, the encounter with Storm scarred her for life.
Just like the other times, I rushed up the roof, intent on saving the omega before she dies.
There was no one on the roof.
It was empty.
What's going on?
I took a step back.
This wasn't how it was supposed to be. Storm and Theo were supposed to be here, bullying the little omega!
Yet, there was no one here. Not even the omega who came up here to enjoy the night breeze.
"Why do I get a feeling that you are stalking me?"
I yelped when I felt a hand wrap around my waist.
"What are you doing? Let me go!" I tried to fight off his hold.
"Why? It doesn't seem like you want me to go. You keep on stalking me, Omega. Tell me, what do you want?" He whispered into my left ear.
I shivered.
Mind you, from the cold.
"Let me go!" I tried to kick him, but it was impossible.
With the way he tightly held on to me, it was difficult for me to do anything.
"Hmm. I love your scent, omega," he took a long sniff of my neck. "You smell like strawberry. It's—"
He groaned when my hands made contact with his stomach.
"Don't you dare touch me, you bully Alpha!" I pointed at him.
"Bully Alpha?" He righted his stance. "Why will you call me a bully when I've not bullied you before?"
"You frequently do that!" I pointed at him. "Don't you dare show your face to me!"
Storm folded his arms, with an amused expression on his face. "Last I checked, you were the one who kept on showing up in front of me. Why do you accuse me of stalking you, when you are the one who stalks me?" He tilted his head to the side.
"Me? Go to damned hell! I have better things to do that don't include you." I wagged my fingers at him. "Don't ever cross my path. If you do—"
"What will you do, Strawberry?" He folded his arms.
My cheeks turned pink in embarrassment. "Don't call me Strawberry! I have a name, you know?"
"Why? Your pheromones smell like strawberries," He took a step towards me.
"Don't you—"
My legs shook when I felt his assault.
The bastard released his damned pheromones on me!
The orange scent of his pheromones was too much in the air.
"Why? I presumed you are wild and feisty. What's wrong? Why did you suddenly stop?" He took a step towards me.
"You damned bastard!" I gritted my teeth at him as I tried to rise.
If only I was still human. But being in the body of an Omega, it was impossible for me to fight Alpha's pheromones.
The damned bastard knowingly did it.
Fuck!
I gritted my teeth. My legs gave way, and I fell on my butt.
"Do you love my scent, Strawberry?" He knelt in front of me.
"Stop!"
Sweat dribbled down my face as his pheromones became stronger. I clenched my fists and gritted my teeth.
My body instantly became hot.
"Why? Aren't you—"
"Storm!" Theo called from the stairs. "It's time. What are you still doing up there?"
"I will be right there." Storm grinned at me. "It's time for me to leave, Strawberry. See you later, love." He blew a kiss at me before he turned and left.
Almost immediately, I was released from his strong pheromones hold.
"Fuck that damned bastard!" I tugged on my hair.
In the comic, Storm hardly excreted his pheromones. But here, he was giving it out to me like a dish.
"Oh, my. I think watching you getting bullied is the best thing that has ever happened to me." Fan giggled, "Mr hero has been brought to his knees."
"Do you think it's cute?" I shot a glare at him. "If you make any sound, I will fling you out of the window."
"Try it," Fan smirked. "I will have them punish you with three strokes of the cane."
"Bastard." I rose from the ground and stretched my muscles. "I don't have time for you, Fan," I dusted my clothes and headed down.
It was almost time for dinner. I bet Ray will be worried to death by my absence.
I turned the corner and almost collided with someone.
"Sorry," he stepped back.
"It's no problem. You—" The words froze in my throat when I saw his face. "You are…."
"A beta," he chuckled. "I bet you haven't seen one in your entire life."
And that was true.
Aside from the Omegas and Alphas in the comic, the Betas were just skidded over like they meant nothing.
The student in front of me has curly golden hair. His eyes were so green that it seemed as if I was looking at the sea.
"I'm Sky, and you?" He grinned.
"Brys," I beamed. "Did you guys come over tonight?"
The teachers were supposed to announce it, but they didn't. It could only mean that the Betas came over urgently or the teachers intended to introduce them during dinner.
"I wasn't supposed to show myself until class, tomorrow, but I was too excited." He beamed. "I'm glad I did so. If not, I wouldn't have met such a cute omega." He winked at me.
"I'm not cute!"
I turned my face to the side, to hide the blush in them.
"Why will you think that I'm cute? I'm manly!"
He chuckled, "See you tomorrow, Omega. I hope you will take care of me, here?"
"Of course! You have gotten a brother in me. See you tomorrow, Sky. It was a pleasure meeting you!"
"The pleasure is solely mine," he winked at me before he hurried down the hall, while I stood there and watched him until he got lost.
"Is someone having a crush on the handsome Beta?" Fan chuckled behind me.
"Shut that trap up!"
