chapter 98 - Goodbye

Secre was stunned from what Caelum suggested. An opportunity to meet her prince for the last time when the magic stone was already gone after Caelum absorbed it in his inner world.

The stone pillar that resurrected the elves was instantly placed inside his inner world because it is part of his Wheel of Samsara.

Secre spent her time for the Black Bulls because of she thought what her prince would have tell her do. It was one of the butterfly effects that influenced her to stay with the Black Bulls.

Though it was also Asta's plot armor that helped with her staying with him. Caelum waited for her response until…

"Wait, prince? Do you mean the first Wizard King? How the hell will you do that, Samshiel!?"

"Still dumb as ever, with magic of course. Oh yeah, why don't you guys come as well, Noelle, Mimosa and of course you Mereoleona and Vanessa."

"Sure thing, Samshiel. I can't let these two get all the fun."

Vanessa exclaimed while picking his lips and smirking at the two, as both weren't as voluptuous as her even after having their bodies changed.

She pointed at the almost dead Leopold who was exhausted from Mereoleona's intense training. After giving him a kiss, Mereoleona proceeded to drag her brother to train.

Caelum prayed for his wellbeing, considering even him have hard time stopping Mereoleona from fighting when she gets too excited, unless it's a bed fight that is...

Despite being powerful doesn't mean he and Mereoleona have the same experience. She's capable of handling herself when it comes to fighting much stronger opponents than herself.

"Well alright, so Secre, have you decided on your decision?"

Secre was too stunned but compose herself while Caelum thought about making her into a contracted beast. It would be interesting to have her sealing magic. Perhaps it would increase the potential of his power.

"If your offer really is true then yes, I would like see him one last time."

Before Caelum could finish his words the three women close to him pinched his cheeks. It wouldn't hurt him but for some reason it did.

Alya, Liliena and Vanessa menacingly smiled while their killing intent was manifesting into oni masks.

"*Cough* You should stop. If not, then you won't get in bed with me for a month."

The situation was reversed, that made the three women shiver in fear. They didn't like being left alone for a month without him.

Especially Vanessa who was really addicted to his touch because of his Godly hands.

The people watching awkwardly sweated seeing the four in their own world. Caelum wryly smiled looking at them.

After integrating inside his inner world, Caelum could now teleport to any place he wants inside the world of Black Clover.

Speaking of Black Clover, Caelum has gained the abilities of every single demon inside his inner world and could use their forms if he wants to.

Though it is but a drop inside his tremendous power, it was still a convenient side effect from getting the world. Too bad, Caelum still don't have the law of karma(cause and effect) to truly manipulate the fate inside his inner world.

"Wait, when did we arrive here?"

Nero demanded from Caelum, because she was the only one that wasn't informed, but knew about the existence of some God from the water spirit, Undine. Caelum shrugged it off and explained because he doesn't care about the plot.

"Well let's just say I'm not bound by your rules, little bird."

"Don't call me that! And that's doesn't explain anything!"

"I don't have obligation to tell you, but if you are curious then date me and you won't regret."

"Onii-chan, stop flirting and go on with it!"

"Ah, sorry."

Caelum resumed his actions and placed his palm on the stone statue that began to crumble and crack shocking the spectators.

"Hey, what are you doing!? You're destroying the statue!"

"Patience and welcome back, Lumiere."

The statue texture changed into a human skin; he curiously scanned the place not feeling the aura of the devil that he was supposed to kill.

"M-My P-Prince!!"

"Is that you, Secre? But why are you more human and why don't I feel the devil anymore?"

"Because I happened."

Lumiere turned to looked at Caelum with surprise, because he could feel his connection to him via the Wheel of Samsara.

"Are you a God?"

"Hmm perhaps, but I'm not omnipotent…for now."

The people around Caelum besides his lovers were beyond shocked. A God? Their comrade was a God? His adopted brother a God?

"WHAAAT!??"

"Jeez….Alright let me get this clear, I'm not the one who created your world if you are curious."

"Well, I could feel a connection between me and you."

"You haven't been reincarnated that's why you feel that. Your sister has been reborn though."

Caelum pointed toward Mimosa who was the splitting image of princess Letia. He could restore her past life's memories, but it would better to not interfere too much.

"Oh, are you my descendants!? I could see that the Clover Kingdom is in good hands."

"WOAH!! YOU'RE THE FIRST WIZARD KING!!"

Asta who was too shocked finally reacted seeing his idol, the first Wizard King. Like, who would have thought he would meet the person that inspired him to reach the top!

"Who might you be?"

"I'm Asta and my dream is to become like you, the Wizard King!"

"Wizard King? That's what they call me? At least my dream of uniting people still lives within you, the new generation….forgive me, but I feel that my body is slipping away."

Caelum was present, due to this Lumiere couldn't stay for too long because of the Samsara Wheel. He was beginning to crumble while returning his gaze towards Secre who was heartbroken seeing her princes once again go.

"I see that you still kept your promise protect and help the kingdom even now, Secre."

"Wait, you can't go! We still need you; I still need you!!"

"No, I am but a remnant of the past and need to leave it to the next generation for the future."

Lumiere body began to crumble as cracks spread like spider web. Secre seeing this began to cry but resolved herself looking at her prince's smile.

"Secre, I hope you will still help this current generation, looking at this child, I could see he will be able to achieve the thing I dream of."

"Don't worry, I swear I will achieve your dream!"

"Thank you, young magic knight…goodbye, Secre."

"Goodbye, my princes and I swear I'll help them."

With a last smile, his body shattered into dust as Secre cried her hearts out, she had waited over 500 years and lived for so long in isolation of despair but found solace because of her promise. Now that the promise is fulfilled, she felt empty.

Secre then felt an unbelievable warmth and looked to see Caelum looking towards her with pity knowing what it feels to lose someone. Something within Caelum was in much more pain than it should.

'I did the same promise with my dad and I'm sure as hell that I'll be keeping it but…this pain why is it…'

"Onii-chan…"

"Samshiel, are you alright?"

"What is it?"

"You're crying…"

Caelum didn't notice that he was crying from his right eye. He shouldn't be this sympathetic, but it was unusual.

"Onii-chan, are you alright?"

"Ah yes, it's nothing I just…know how you feel Secre and I wish you luck fulfilling you're promise."

Caelum wiped his tears and smiled towards his lovers, while not realizing his touch influence on Secre's affection who he had encouraged towards him. Finishing their trip, they returned to the Heart Kingdom and went straight to the largest lake within the place.

'Why did it hurt so much more than it should? A promise?'

He was deep in thought about the reason why he felt hidden pain that he himself didn't know the reason of.

"Onii-chan, are you sure you're fine?"

Alya was concerned seeing her Onii-chan being sad and his serious expression. The harem parameter did not help her worry because of their connection.

Caelum held her hand and started caressing it, ensuring he was alright calming her down.

"But you were crying, Onii-chan, we can't help but worry."

"Me too, Samshiel."

"Hahaa you know how lucky I am that you guys care so about me, for that I'll give you rewards that you like."

All three women licked their lips as they eased their lover's stress while gaining the thing that they wished for.
