Chapter 214 - Sacred Blood

He sat hovering in a sacred pond accompanied by lotus flowers that seemed to flicker unfathomable aura and a dark sinister void that spewed miasmic around its ring with the middle being utterly nothing. Then the middle was an abstract particle that was constantly shifting and moving with those who witnessed it and could describe the object as the purest light.

Few months had passed after Caelum had taken the whole snake-people under his rule, making sure to place them into his inner world, receiving a warm welcome with his citizens. The people he had taken when his on Black Clover verse had turned into higher humans after being exposed to them to his energy.

Seeing the foreign objects made their jaws drop, being overwhelmed by the advanced technology they had. Their world had centered far too much in Dou Qi causing their level of technology to remain stagnant despite being capable of living for hundreds of years.

It took them a while until they got used to the human and Caelum who once accepted someone under him would feel a certain connection. 

They had their strength increased and placed the clan leader to be commander of his army. Caelum was unsure of his path and the possibility of his inner world being exposed to the outside remains.

It was possible the resident wouldn't survive without him if they fought creatures capable of entering his inner world. However, His inner world had a Will which prevented and restricted any foreign entity without his permission.

This was similar to the counter force yet Caelum was currently trying to improve it as the Will was far too weak. In the past, he won't be too troubled yet the news of his Sapphire Nawa and Nyarlathotep leaving who's capable of guarding his inner world was going to return to their home.

He constantly cultivated and tried to understand the Will of his inner world like his own Heaven's will. It was difficult without having witnessed the object. 

Caelum had near perfect connection with his inner worlds yet without his own will then it would be futile. He was trying to create the perfect countermeasure if something happened to him that seperate himself to his true body. 

This is the reason why he is trying to comprehend his Emanation Dao that would help him form a Will inside his inner world. He tried fusing the three aspects of himself from the Void, Emanation to Original Dao. 

It only led him into making every lesser Dao into [Dao Domain] level and had near flawless understanding in each and every one. Caelum understood it might be the perfect time to become an Empyrean God to integrate his Lesser Dao in his body.

However, Caelum knew he needed to cultivate two more Immortal Physiques before trying. It would help fused his immortal physique to boost its effect. 

He had already cultivated the [Void Physique] which was faster than the [Void Imperfection] with the ability to connect himself in the surrounding space like living Void. It allowed him to travel anywhere and nearly be untraceable that added to his other physique.

It took him several days until reaching grand completion that made him dumbfounded even now. He could only imagine those who cultivate it taking thousands of year just to reach half completion. Having the [Ancestral Void Dragon God] bloodline added to it's near instant cultivation.

After finishing his grand completion in [Void Physiques] began cultivating the [Sacred Spring Physique] that would provide him an endless supply of blood energy in order to use the Asura Sutra in creating an avatar. 

Though Caelum had a near infinite supply of vitality from the Sacred Pond which was once the Fountain of Youth from nanatsu no taizai. However, it was perfect as he won't lose anything from creating the avatar.

Caelum decided that it was perfect that three great realms, which was Empyrean God, True God and Elder god would have three source laws. He would create each avatar and by doing so would increase his strength exponentially.

This reason was due the fact that if he reach the World God where he would start to create his own Dao then if he wish to go higher, then the requirement was to merge every dao he had gain turning himself into a Eternal emperor and this is depended on the Dao he had created.

He would transcend the norms and become stronger than before. Caelum intently studied the [Sacred Spring Physique] reaching the half completion and caused his sacred pond to expand even further then shot opened his eyes.

His Sacred pond flooded his entire Sea of consciousness causing him to place his Sacred pond somewhere else then instantly it was placed into his Dantian drowning his Primordial Yuan Dan and Nascent Soul along with his Heaven Defying Treasure and Yggdrasil seed.

The seed began to crack sprouting a vine then spread across his body and made him feel an agonizing pain but remained calm. It destroyed his old meridians and Veins, turning them into something else entirely.

[You have gained the Root of Life/Genesis.]

He did not have enough time to react and instantly the once clear sacred water turned into cosmic coloration akin to nebulae and gases in the vast starry sky. Caelum's vigor became a million times stronger than his old one and naturally flowed throughout his body.

Even without his ageless immortality would let him live for more than quintillion upon quintillions of years by sheer vitality and vigor. Caelum witnessed his Dantian capable of giving him a boost in physical power.

After being washed by the Sacred pond that turned into his blood gradually eased becoming still as water. Caelum observed his body then took a sword slicing his hand without hesitation yet nothing happened as his hand appeared to be unharmed only to find a hand on the ground. 

"Holy shit! Even a sword that devours vitality in incalculable speed was able to heal this quickly."

Caelum who had Blade Dao with it's own independent realm enabled him to produce any sword and weapon he desires with a thought. However, the amount of vitality he had eclipse the effect of the blade.

He felt pleased having an unkillable body that can instantly heal even with weapons that devour life. The most striking part was this was only the Half completion and three out of the twelve immortal physiques.

'I should first get used to this raging vigor before cultivating the Asura Sutra.'

For a few days, he trained his body and maintained perfect control until deciding it was the perfect time to use the Asura Sutra. He flipped the profound sutra with each turn causing a wisp of residual will of the one who created it. 

Once he reached the volume where it was about cultivating the 'essence' that corresponds in the physical body of a cultivator. He would create the avatar that represents his physical body and recalled how his first rebirth from fusing himself with his bloodline.

Caelum began to resonate with the source law called the Grandmist energy. He used his Sacred Blood instantly, felt the loss of vitality then quickly restored thanks to the [Sacred Spring Physique]. 

He witnessed his own vitality within his Dantian then continued to cultivate the first volume trying to resonate with the law. Caelum felt a connection with his Bloodline Statue resonating in the blood energy. 

It was to be expected as his Bloodline had connected to his physical body after becoming a Transcendent Being. Time passed that felt like eternity that even Caelum grew impatient.

He had long used to his thought being trapped for endless years yet cultivating the Asura Sutra was far too complicated. The Grandmist Energy existed alongside primordial chaos being the reason for its difficulty.

The only reason Caelum even had Primordial chaos this early was due to Nyarlathotep and Sapphire Nawa. His body only had wisp of it which was why it wasn't difficult.

However, Caelum pushed through and continued to cultivate until sensing something and instantly his body became heavy causing him to use gravity manipulation.

'Is this the Grandmist Source Qi?'

He witnessed his Blood energy surrounded by small particles akin to a finger nail yet the sheer energy was unbelievable. It was the same as compressing a star into a size of walnut with the same mass and energy.

It was grayish black and color that was slowly mixing with the blood energy then felt the bloodline quivering each time it fused with it.

'Body, energy and soul…'
